So he firmly believes this beast isn’t his dead wife but some corrupted perversion (idk the rest of the beasts thoights yet but leaning towards that they prefer this ‘new’ version)

But she hasn’t. I mean she probably will change because of various factors now but it’ll be in reaction to all this.

But the thing is, she’s also an artist, a playwrite, a musician, a conductor, a muse. So if she is put in the roll of a villain then fine, she will play the part.

But she won’t forget the present, she cannot forget the past, she has the most fresh memories of the past, and she will set things right in her eyes.

She is still the hope of the beasts before they fell, and if she can’t reach them while they’re immortal beasts, then she will drag them into the world of mortals so they learn how to live on her timeframe.

And if they see her plotting as revenge then well, that’s expected for the beast of vengeance isn’t it?
