expensive ticket anon, i don’t even think that ampersand is that good. there are tickets available for over $1000 (756 £) a piece. i could buy an iphone 15 pro max or whatever for that money. i really hope these tickets dont sell out. jesus christ.

from ticketmaster???? that's crazy. i really hope dan/the band address it in some capacity, cause it is kind of jarring to see people fighting for their lives and then the bas story is like is that a blue sky? 😇☀️✌️ i know there are limits on that like he cant just say shit but still

ive said it before and ill say it again, though. ticketmaster doesn't give a shit about scalper prices, they're just jealous they don't get the money themselves.

#ask #anon #if theres one thing im capable of it is bringing the haters out of the woodwork speak your truth #but no youre right #whilst ampersand has some solid songs it is definetly not what i would consider to be their strongest work #and this isnt even a production or anything like ive seen people try and justify costs with like oh they have to hire kit and things #like do you know how much cheaper it is for bands to do sit down accoustic gigs come on now #i know i keep on abt it but thats why ive been using mtv unplugged as an example cause that was literally a one off one off #in a smaller venue with a more established catalogue and the full band #and that was like half the price and also i got tickets in like 15 mins #i have general beef with the ticketmaster queueing system bc i know its purely anecdotal #but my success rate in getting tickets has absolutely plummeted since it was implemented #to the point where i wouldnt be surprised if bots actively target sales with the queuing features enabled #bc they know that they're expected to be popular #like the fact that ampersand is even relevant enough to be targeted by bots is crazy #but thats a side tangent #but yeah i thought £60 was too much imagine paying 10x that like how the hell do you justify that #like i literally saw twenty one pilots at the same venue for £35 in 2022 #got two tickets in like 15 mins and those were their only non american shows since before covid like??????#anyway in a way im kind of glad i dont vibe with ampersand that much cause some people are super disappointed #whereas was umming and ahhhing about whether i was even going to try and get tickets
