y'know i used to think tumblr was the worst it could get in terms of how kinblr just kind of bred people into thinking being mean for no reason is a personality and being a needless asshole just to look cool on the internet and yknow maybe that was true in like 2019 im not gonna say i wasnt affected by that either but what i do know is that tiktok is 100% worse. its completely infested with grown adults who make fun of teenagers just for being themselves or sharing something they made that maybe isnt all that good like not even problematic stuff just being a lame teenager. and yeah like my mutuals and i do that too sometimes but the difference is when we make fun of something like 30 people see it max but on tiktok you'll get hundreds of unfunny white gays with kpop icons getting thousands of views making fun of a teenagers just because it makes them look cool to the other hundreds of unfunny white gays in their comment section i know cyberbullying gets blown out of proportion but a lot of that really is just straight up cyberbullying for no reason. just bc ur not one of the 'cool' category but the thing is nobody is fucking cool on tiktok they just know how to appear cool when they never show their face. its the exact same thing as tumblr but on a million times larger scale and platform. social media is of the devil basically
