Personal favorite flags?

the four flags that i'd place distinctly above all others are both koreas, laos, and venezuela

they all share a few key characteristics:

they incorporate deep and specific symbolism without overcomplication

they're visually striking in colour scheme and composition

they're unique enough to be difficult to mistake for any other flag.

these four flags are what i consider the gold standard for national flags. some others come close, but nobody quite measures up.
