Honestly the soft block thing is so relatable! If a person has changed their mind and decides they don’t wanna rp with you they can just unfollow! Then we aren’t mutuals anymore and the site will tell us that! They don’t have to go out of their way to soft block cause that’s like a slap to the face. “I don’t want to perceive you so I’m going to make you not perceive me.” Just straight hard block me or send me messages on anon to test the waters before pushing me out the door.

This blog is low activity/based on muse. I’ve got a job and a life that keeps me busy, so I just ask for ✨patience✨ because I promise I love all of our threads and put a lot of thought into them when I’m able to write and give myself time to make graphics/find gifs.

I’m selective when it comes to following. I tend not to follow blogs that use large fonts or color fonts (constantly like, majority of the writing is in color) as it’s hard for me to read. If I follow back it means I’m interested in writing with you! But I will say in advance, for the cleanliness of my dash, if we do not interact within a few months of following each other (ie: no exchanging of memes or a DM or not interacting with me if I react to your plot/starter/meme call a couple times) I will unfollow due to assumed lack of interest. I don’t do soft blocking or any of that, just in case we want to try again in the future!

I write novella style, third person POV descriptive replies, use small font, gifs, icons and banners (optional! if you prefer I don't use them, lmk!), and trim my posts. I prefer short to mid-length paragraphs, and I don’t expect my writing partners to match length. I just ask for effort, like if I reply descriptively with a few paragraphs and receive only a couple sentences in response, it feels like wasted time on my part. I rarely write one-liners.

hello friends, here to talk about tagging for migraine & epilepsy triggers again since some people have started doing that (ty!!) but lots haven't. essentially, for people who may not know, migraine and epilepsy are related - though separate - disorders in which triggers, including specific visual stimuli, produce extreme physical and neurological reactions that come on suddenly + can last for days and put you completely out of commission. for lots of people with migraine and/or epilepsy, day-to-day symptom management becomes a case of trying whenever possible to avoid specific triggers and therefore avoid the painful and scary symptoms they cause. those triggers vary from person to person, but some are more common than others, and in an online context most of the common ones have to do with high contrast content and moving images. more specifically, triggers might include flashing and flickering gifs, bright/neon colors, trippy patterns, and more. this post has some really good examples of what might be considered triggering in this context, altho obv don't click on it if that kind of thing is triggering for you.

i asked a while ago for mutuals to tag flashing gifs and eye strain, but then realized that i might not have given the best explanation of what that looks like, so hopefully this is a bit more helpful ! obviously if i don't follow you i guess this doesn't specifically apply but if you want to do a little thing that might make your content more accessible for ppl this could be big <3 also if you want to use other tags for this like migraine warning or epilepsy warning or something that works as well, just lmk whatever tag you're using so i can blacklist. a final note is that i understand that some people feel overwhelmed by trying to tag for lots of things or have focus/memory issues and know for whatever reason that they won't be able to tag for this consistently, which is totally fine -- in that case i'd prefer people just lmk so i can unfollow <3

Hey, I’ve noticed with your personal posts and the subtext of other posts that you’ve reblogged recently, that are might not be in a good place mentally. I think you relate heavily to characters that are always continuously processing their trauma( Will, Malcolm, Bucky...). Right now you seem to be enjoying TFATWS and in particular Bucky and maybe even relate to him. I just wanted to say that I hope you are enjoying Bucky’s journey and his working through his trauma and that it doesn’t trigger anything for you. I don’t mean that to be condescending, I just mean that I hope it really is cathartic and fun for you. I hope you are doing well and everything is going okay. And you know, if you ever need a stranger’s perspective or just someone that you don’t ever have to see or speak to again to talk to or rant to, I’ll gladly be that person. We aren’t mutuals, but I really enjoy your blog and connect with a lot of what you talk about.

yeah i have two side-blogs. i am not gonna name them though. one is basically a blog where i save longer text posts/resources to look up/read more about later. the other blog is empty anyway, it was a blog where i could basically … blog lmao. i have always loved having a blog, i loved writing about things, choosing pictures etc about my daily life. the last time i had a serious blog, none of my friends was reading it though so, you know, what’s the point. but that second blog was originally meant for that and i cant bring myself to delete it.

since, idk 2008/2009. i was on here pretty early but i deleted all my posts back in … oh god, i dont wanna go look but i wanna say 2014? and then i started posting with a queue and tags, which i have since abandoned again lmao. it’s such a hassle to add tags on mobile, so most of the time, i am too lazy to do it.

my header on mobile is mountains with a pink sky. i wanted something rather neutral that fits with the icon, but something non-fandom.

i just checked and i follow over 1594 blogs, which uuuuhhhhhh … is a lot. truthfully, there is a couple of blog-names i remember having followed eons ago and i do like to check up on them, not in like a creepy way but in a “hope you’re alright”-way. so i would not unfollow them, couple irl-friends on here who i am not gonna unfollow either.

1. why did you choose your url? aha i feel like it doesn’t really need explanation lol joon + telepathy + i am baby = my url (i think i changed it the day of the telepathy performance? and was only gonna keep it for a day but then it just stuck i love the sound of it and again, i’m baby)
