with all the love I can muster: it is very strange to see people going "yay toxic yuri" over 3rd workers island when it's in reference to a scene that, going off of the very abstract body language the medium provides, very may well depict two grown adults engaging in a sex act whilst a young child is sitting there watching the whole thing. jokes are jokes but this isn't a case where the joke fits and in fact it's just. not great...she's being abused further here, y'all. it is abuse to force a child to witness sex in this way.
