First and foremost, gotta thank me friendo @jonedwardbernthal for helping me not only pinpoint the languages, but also help me do the thing with putting the thoughts into words. You are a real one, Katie ✊😔 Thank you for not chucking me out the window with how often I asked for help . . .

1. I like writing for Cassian, but I always feel like I’m being repetitive with him because I keep having to bring up the war and how it’s impacted him. It’s not that it’s supplement for personality, it’s just that he is literally a child soldier -- the war is his life, and he appears to have only allowed so much of himself to be separate from it. (That is, until the Disney Plus series we’re owed completely smashes everything I theorized that had made perfect sense up to that point 👀👀) But I digress: Everything he’s been taught, every trauma he’s experienced winds up playing into how Cassian reacts to almost everything, including how he responds to love. I think that he does gradually get a bit better as time progresses, but the fact of the matter still stands: Cassian isn’t the most affectionate person in the more traditional sense, and even the end of the war isn’t going to change that. Even when he no longer needs to train you on how to protect yourself, he’s probably just going to find another gift to give you. Like the gift of a home together. 👀

2. Modern!Christine be like, “Okay, if you want to get back into the dating pool, we’re going to first need to learn what may be obstacles and what the way to your heart in a healthy manner would be. Let’s start simple: What’s your love language?” Modern!Erik: “Yes, please.” Okay but in all seriousness, Erik really would take any of them just to feel, like, the tiniest shard of a feeling that isn’t hate or disgust aimed at him.  When talking with my friend on how to wiggle in my headcanon that Erik both loves and hates touch, we agreed that the best way to describe the problem going on with him is that it’s like somebody with lactose intolerance still deciding to eat cheese or ice cream: Yes, it’ll cause a lot of discomfort, but . . . he needs!!  (Really, if you look at them, every single Erik piece I’ve done makes a reference to something said or referenced in the play. I’m not shy about it; quite the contrary, I like to think I’m witty for it🙃 I’d like to think that it’s a bit in Erik’s lane to be kinda cocky and do something similar, if that makes sense.)

3. General Dameron says: “Teamwork makes the dream work!” *thumbs up* And seriously, I hate that so many people seem to think that Poe is arrogant when the guy more or less doesn’t take how he looks to others seriously and also canonically celebrates peoples’ accomplishments. (Seriously, in the comics he points out to C3PO that, given his war hero status, he doesn’t need to call anyone “master”, for example. I think at another point, somebody called him a hero and he was quick to remind them they were a hero, too, but maybe I dreamt that.) And yay, I hoped that last bit turned out okay! I literally only added it because I saw an embroidery piece on our solar system and I thought, “Ooohhhh...Space map...” It’s the little things, Noah 🙃🙃🙃.

4. (Good. That was exactly the reference I had in mind. That, and The Riddler.) Oh, Bruce’s love language is due to both the loss of family, but also people just assume such because he’s supposedly a slutty, slutty man. Butiwasalreadybabblingsoihadtomakesomecuts. I really wanted to get across the more intimate bit about touch, and that it doesn’t work so freely for everyone, even a supposed manslut like Bruce: There’s not much love when the touch is meant to take something from you like trust. And if you can’t even trust someone’s hand to so much as pat your back consolingly, well, then it’s a done deal. He’s had a lotta femme fatales, but I really have some criticisms on their roles and what it says, so I more or less just wanted to slap at the idea and point out that Bruce does deserve intimacy that doesn’t come attached to some lady who’s most likely going to damage the relationship on purpose.

5. Good news: I did envision Clark probably looking up Youtube tutorials on how to do “public figuring”! 😂 Superman may be cool, but Clark Kent is a DORK and we need to embrace that! ESPECIALLY in his dialogue!

How did you get into Dragon Age? A friend of mine got a Bioware bundle I think, and gave me Origins.

Have you finished all three games? Nope, Currently starting Trespasser and at the beginning of DA2 (finished Origins)

How long did it take you to finish the series? I can say it took me around 50-ish hours to finish Origins and I’m currently at 105h on Inquisition.

What was your first Warden (gender/class/race/personality)? Curiously enough, it was a female mage elf. But since you can’t marry Alistair with that warden, I started a new game with a Warrior Female Human, Ellyah Cousland. Personality wise, I usually go for the dork sarcastic and maybe a tiny violent dialog. I can’t really remember, it was 2 years ago :T

What was your first Hawke like (gender/class/temperament)? First Hawke was a male mage, I actually forgot his name, with the sarcastic temperament. Best.Hawke.Ever

First Inquisitor (gender/class/race/personality)? Mage \female (my headcanon, they are agender but we have to choose one so YEH)\, again with the sarcasm violent dork. Also another headcanon, they aren’t a Lavellan, but a Mahariel (dalish origin from Origins), but that’s another story.

Favorite DA:O backstory? I only played the dalish mage and the noble warrior, so I’m going with the second one.

Preferred class overall? Mage. I wish they were stronger ;_;

Do you tend to play male or female characters most? Good question. I’d say it’s 50/50. Right now I have 2 male inquisitors created, and 1 female (let’s make it 2 then). on Origins I’ve only played female, on DA2 I’ve only played with males.
