he definitely comes across as a greedy asshat (mostly because novaum employs him to sell the most god-awful products no matter how annoying the methods are) and i want to hit him with a mallet…

…but he's so PATHETIC at the same time?? he wants to seem charismatic, but in reality the bastard is so lonely that he decided to MOVE IN next to some of the only people he sees at work on a regular basis, which (unless fiddy is involved in a novaum conspiracy to keep an eye on star/bitti for the foreseeable future) i think is a little depressing. and when he's not showing sometimes disingenuous overenthusiasm, he usually either looks frustrated (when things aren't going his way), or DOWNRIGHT MISERABLE. like…LOOK AT HIS FACE 😭😭

I just need to yap and clear my head from current thoughts of this stupid motherfucker right now. Most of them are impulsive Fiddy headcanons without much thought. I…don't know whether this is comprehensible!

fiddy has unknowingly become attached to the rest of the main characters over time and only realised this when it was too late. it's rare to actually bond with random customers, especially when your job leaves you constantly occupied with more potential buyers by the day… but after a couple run-ins with those new partners (and an event or two)…fiddy found that he kind of liked being around them? he would deny the idea of this being anything personal: surely he only liked it because he knew he could make a fair number of transactions with them if he tried hard enough, ensuring a secure profit. good old-fashioned stability, and nothing more than that… …but stability IS the perfect foundation to build real, genuine connections on—

actually, this guy represses multiple i think. their emotions and thoughts are bubbling just under the surface of what is visible (especially when he is "not legally allowed" to disclose some of his opinions??), but if they're distracted or not thinking clearly those things can sometimes slip out (he's not THAT good at repressing bc he's kind of impulsive and a yapper by nature, but it's enough to stay fairly composed). he cares more than the average person about how he is perceived and WILL maintain a positive persona whenever it is feasible (sometimes it's genuine, sometimes it's a bit less).

they are also the type of person to aggressively defend themself if they feel wronged in any way whenever it's viable but they have standards and will just stop if they think it's not worth the effort

i don't think fiddy has a lot of friends if any lmao. he is such a LOSER (affectionate). he probably craves the attention of others [don't go; listen to what i have to say; i'm important enough to be taken seriously!!] which does motivate him more when he has to sell things.

THAT FIDGET SPINNER IS ONE WEAK BASTARD. he's not especially good in any particular physical field and in a fight against any other main character, fiddy loses lmfao (the only one i'm unsure of is bitti, because i don't know their capabilities). star has fucking explosion powers; what does this guy have??

this might need to be part of an AU or otherwise because canon is NOT ready for ts, but hear me out: fiddy as a parental/older sibling figure to strasm (as a dynamic, not legal custody).

wait. i'm thinking about the reSTARt AU. being the last person to interact with star, msi/bitti and strasm pre-corruption and still remembering it feels like it's just begging for angst. even though fiddy would fully well know that he had no control over the situation/the worst-case scenario was avoided (kinda), i think they'd still feel rightfully upset and a little guilty. what if he couldn't bring himself to see strasm or bitti/msi again (to see the shells of people who are similar but not quite the partners he knew feels wrong. it all feels deeply wrong)? it's not like they'll need him anyways. he bounces back, finds sales opportunities elsewhere and acts like he's as fine as ever. if he thinks about them too much, he isn't.
