My teacher: okay so you're gonna need to find a topic and three articles discussing that topic that you will build your essay on.

Me: ..... I can.. I can choose any topic??

Teacher: Yes, any subject you feel like.

Me: *chooses to make my paper about the concentration camps in china*

Teacher: umm..... most people choose something like dress codes in schools and bullying.... are you sure you don't want to pick a subject that's more along those lines?

Me: Nope! Here are all the articles i found about the subject! Now its time to make a not so subtly political paper about why its fucked up that this is happening!
