rlly funny to me how pico's story is genuinely very compelling in concept (guy survived a school shooting, now suffers from multiple mental illnesses, works as a mercenary and got hired to kill someone who turned out to be his ex-boyfriend, spared him for vague reasons, went on to actively protect him from a threat again, now his fellow mercenary friends are trying to kill him but they make up in the end) but because it's told thru very non-serious and currently very story-light means it's hard to really get invested in it and take it seriously. this has not stopped me though
