a little sad abt pizza tower

i am very obsessed w PT. it has a gorgeous soundtrack, lovely visuals, impressive and fun animations and character designs. it comes from a lot of video game history but is still really unique. i absolutely think that it is one of the best indie games out there and

there is SO much love put into it.

i think the goblin characters and the tribal cheese should be changed. i did not think the creator was a horrible person for saying something bad 5 yrs ago. i was a horrible vindictive cruel person 5 yrs ago

however. more stuff has come out, like him saying shit like "white n***er". this was not a long time ago. it was only 2 yrs ago. during the peak of blm.

he does not seem like the type to pander to people he doesnt agree with so i dont expect or need an apology. i dont think any of us were "milkshake-ducked". we should not assume people online are flawless and share identical politics and sentiments to us.

but because he is much much farther right than the center-left milquetoast eclair backbone person i expected,

i cannot in good conscience continue supporting such a fantastic game when the stains are this big.

i have not been this enamoured with a video game since tf2. it is really really special to me. i have a lot of grief with the fact that every time i see the game or fanart i think of the shit hes said. i still love the game but i cant in good conscience continue RBing. i will still like the cute community posts you guys make. this was a nice two week rollercoaster but everything must end eventually. i can already see the fandom's numbers slowing over the past three days. i tried to stay on the ship for as long as i could but im not gonna stay. i am. very sad. please update me if mcpig ever responds to the stuff leveled against him and his past.
