Just saw the Mario movie: 0/10 not enough Bowuigi
#jk#it was like a 3/5 worth the one watch#but I think if I see it again it’ll go down#it was thematically inconsistent and barely a movie with bare bones plot and no development or weight#but it gave me some hard laughs and I liked noticing the Easter eggs#if all you’re looking for is some comedy Mario references and a cool setting than this one’s for you#but if you want an actually interesting Mario story the games will have something for you#or like read some fanfic#seriously#on another note Jack black as bowser absolutely carried#he was so good#as always
