“Recently [redacted] personnel attended an Amazon Web Services conference and were gifted lanyards, which, upon examination, were found to contain a low energy RF air tag embedded within the badge reel (picture attached).  Amazon has been using these lanyards for some time to track guests in their buildings and to collect data on attendees at AWS events.”
