Jasper (presumably) gave Fancy a scratch across the nose that is ever so slightly swollen, so I have to keep an eye on that and if it isn't better tomorrow, take her to the vet.

If we can't get this nonsense settled between them...well....

To those who sent funds our way, thank you. That covered Fancy's vet visit and meds, and will start in on Junie's spay.

We are going to talk to Fancy's vet about anxiety meds and I will be working with Jasper to burn off and redirect more of his energy while his sister is in the pokey with her spay. He wants to wrestle so I need to find a way to give him that.

It's hard to stop them misbehaving because right now even though they know their names they don't care, and they won't usually come when called. So we are working on that, too.

I do not want to have to rehome this stupid little burger boy.

Or this little pixie who reached out while being cuddled to pull my hand in and kiss it sleepily. (She was not grumpy, she was sleeby and just has grumpy markings.)

I don't want to have another loss, and rehoming them would be a kind of loss. Fingers crossed this will resolve in a way that won't be absolutely awful.
