Reblogged with these tags 3 months ago but I've been working towards this goal! So far I've planted pepper seeds (might be a little behind on growth, not sure):
I've done some test sauces with different flavors:
And color experiments on how other vegetables keep their colors in different circumstances during preparation and after the final product is cooked (here's some brine samples from eggplant and red onion fermented with different preparation, added acid, and post-cooking):
I don't know how it'll all turn out but it's been a fun project so far!
