#genuinely think I need to go into work every day#even though it’s hybrid#if I WFH I end up fiddling around on my phone and sleeping from 5pm to 9#and not showering or brushing my teeth#at least @ work there’s other ppl around#and idk why but my mental health takes a nosedive#negativity cw#funny how when I had a 1.5 hr commute I went every day#and now that I’m 20 min away I can’t drag myself out of bed
