The reason why

My ex texted me saying, “I’m going to visit many cities.” I told her, “that’s awesome!! i hope you’ll learn lot of new things!”

She replied, “I’m not going alone. My friends are coming with me as well.” I said, “aw, i hope you guys will make wonderful memories”

That laugh and being kid with me. That makes me smile and make me feel loved. I don’t want to be with someone that I feel afraid of doing something that makes that person mad or can’t be being myself. I don’t want that. I want someone who actually loves for who I am and actually loves to spend every moments with me on the trips we take...

Hai hai! Double jointed person here as well! It indeed usually does not hurt, unless you have a connective tissue disorder, but that's rareish (think 1/5000 for the hypermobile type and up to 1/20000 for the rarer kinds)

Personal tmi/rant here, but I have that rare connective tissue disorder and I'm the only!! one!! in the family with active symptoms. People from my mum's side have just the benefits (great skin and bigger joint movement range) but no pain or physical problems of any kind. I have many physical limits because of that and I'm like screw you guys.

Also something really interesting is that hypermobility is usually present in people with autism and other types of neurodivergency. There's some studies on it but I haven't looked into it yet. I was like well, I do have both so it must be legit lol
