made tofu, which is nice and all but
what do you do with the mountain of bean pulp that's left over?
#I'm talking about the stuff that is apparently called okara#mine's from cannelini beans so it's the right colour/texture but slightly bitter#I might try it as a rice substitute tomorrow. esp if it's obliging enough to crisp up when cooked#idk. there's so much of it bc my blender sucks (and also v little tofu as a result)#save it as flour? use it as breadcrumbs? idk!!#I saw a mochi recipe that I'd kill to have so on the list it goes! but that still won't use up more than a cup#thought
