my mother wants to go to a pride event with me at the end of this month and I can't tell her that that fills me with so much dread.
the first and only pride experience I've had was in utah while. you know. trapped in an rtc. and it was Certainly Something. to the point I have Avoided big events since then because June already Sucks and I want to celebrate just Not Like That.
#im so Aware of different parts right now im very overwhelmed#idk what to do with all kf these emotions and memories just fuckin Slamming me and i am Trying to journal and stuff#but it is not enough. but im barely able to do parts work in therapy without just a Complete Brain Shut Down so thats the only like#actual strategy i have#it is so bad that i cant be in a room with someone else for more than 20 minutes which has not happened for Years#(aka isolating plus the just Extreme Distress of being around People rn) (doesnt help the person i live with is my mother) (who. yeah. bad.)
