fighting for my life out here with my internet's customer support
#dryad speaks#idk what happened but my paperless billing was disabled#i reenabled it and just wanted my discount reapplied#and the agent has been trying to sell me so many other plans#the worst thing about reaching out to chat/phone customer service after working those same roles in the same environment#is just how pushy some of these people are and how little they do to acknowledge your actual requests when they try to sell you things#i also!!! hate that my isp won't let me call and everything is over chat now???#so what would have been maaaaybe a 5-20 minute call (it sounded like they had to contact another department) became an almost hour long cha#that's too long!!!#almost any cs contact longer than 30 minutes is either being handled poorly or is a complicated case ime#(i say having been in both of those positions)
