Trauma triggers are absolutely wild. Like one moment you are going around living your life and in the next you are struggling to breathe while a voice in the back of your head says "WOW it wasn't even that bad for you?? you are doing this [panicking quietly while completely alone] just to feel important and get attention, you little poser." Like - what???
