Sorry for taking so long. It took me forever to come up with some of these answers.

1. Would you change your name if you had the chance?

Hmm, probably not. As a kid I didn’t really like my first name much, but eventually it grew on me. 

2. Favorite video game?

I really like the Pokémon series and Ace Attorney series. I’m not sure if they’ll stay my favourites forever though, since I still have a lot of different games I want to play eventually. 

3. Do you have a philosophy in life?

Hmm. Well, I believe that inherently nothing has meaning without humans putting meaning into it. On a universal level, nothing we do or say really matters, but that doesn’t mean that things can’t matter to us personally. Sometimes it’s good to be passionate and to fight for what you believe in. In some cases, the best thing to do is remind yourself of how little it all means and let go. 

I think we shouldn’t let ourselves get confined in our own personal bubbles. The world is so vast, and there’s so many interesting things to experience and learn about. I’d feel like my life was wasted if I died not having immersed myself in what the world has to offer as much as I could. 

4. Can you imagine your type of guy? How does he look/act?

I kinda have two specific types, which might be weird but idk. 

The first, looks-wise would look tired most of the time, he’d likely have dark circles under his eyes and get lost in thought quite often. I’d use Dane Dehaan as an example for his looks. He’d likely be philosophical, have a similar music taste to me (darkwave & post punk), enjoy strange philosophical books & films, and have a sarcastic and morbid sense of humour. I’d also love it if he smirked a lot.  

The other type would be a guy who’s a bit nerdy looking but still pretty cute. I’m just going to use Andrew Garfield as an example for this one’s looks. Anyway, he’d likely be invested in some kind of science, and get quite excited when he talks about his interests. Kinda awkward, but super sweet, and interested in hearing me speak as well as explaining interesting things to me. 

These two types are really just ideals though, I know I won’t find someone perfectly like either of those. People aren’t like characters, they’re deeper than that. Though what I’ve described sort of helps one get an idea of what I’m attracted to. 

In general, I’d like to be with someone who would enjoy having intellectual conversations and has an intellect similar to my own. I’d want us to have compatible senses of humour. It would be great if we shared interests, but obviously we don’t have to like exactly the same things. I’d like that person to be interested in a myriad of things like I am, I think it would be hard for me to be with someone who doesn’t enjoy both the arts and sciences. Ideally I’d want them to be my friend as well as my lover, and I’d obviously want to feel as comfortable around them as possible. The last thing I could think of is that I’d want us to respect and treat each other as equals. 

5. Are you a humorous person?

Yeah, my sense of humour is kinda fucked up though. It mostly consists of self-depreciative comments, sarcasm, morbidity, and memes. I also really love existential/strange humour. Most people either find my jokes confusing or concerning, but the friends I make usually tend to appreciate them. It depends on compatibility. I do like making jokes though, so sometimes I really have to hold myself back when I’m not among friends. 

6. Do you believe in ghost or evil/good spirits?

I’ve never had any paranormal experiences myself, so I’m not sure. I believe that they could possibly exist I suppose. I like reading/watching stuff about haunted places though, since it’s interesting and also acts as a mini history lesson. 

7. If you had the chance to meet a historical figure what question would you like to ask him/her?

I couldn’t really think of anything good for this question. So I guess I’d just want to ask the architect of the great pyramids of Giza how they were built and who built them. It’s a mystery that still hasn’t been conclusively solved, so I think it would be cool to know the answer. Plus then I could publish a book with some current architects explaining the process to prove all those alien conspiracists wrong. 

(I do actually believe that aliens could be real, but I don’t think that we’ve ever made contact. This video is a good explanation)

8. Are you scared of something?

Well, I guess I’m pretty scared of not being able to experience most of the things that I want to in life. I’m scared of missing out on things, in a sense. 

If we’re talking more general fears, mine are kinda weird. I’m quite frightened of spiders and certain types of bugs, but that’s the most normal of my fears. Animatronics, old dolls, and ventriloquist dummies have scared me ever since I was young. I’m also quite frightened of zombies, but not really the zombies themselves, just the fact that they can turn others into zombies. I guess if I could explain it better, I’m afraid of the possibility of becoming something inhuman against my own will.

9. Do you believe in reincarnation?

No, not really. At this point there’s probably nothing that properly proves it or disproves it, so it still remains a possibility. Personally however, I think that it’s unlikely to be something that occurs. 

10. Left or right handed?

Right.

11. Favorite Youtuber?

Vinny (Vinesauce). I’ve been watching his streams and videos for at least 4-5 years now. He’s super funny, and he just genuinely seems like a really nice guy. I especially love it when he plays weird or crappy games, but I love watching him play anything.
