I dont know how to word this but so far i cant say green is particularly mean. My impression of him since i got into pokemon in 2013 was that hes the biggest hater of all time whos actively praying on your downfall. All hes done so far is be a bit of a brat but otherwise their interactions could be normal for two 11 year old kids who grew up together. Am i missing something or perhaps im too oblivious to notice said haterism.

#ppl online speak of him like he killed their grandma whrn they were 10 #fanfictions have made it seem like he totally snubbed red and bullied him so bad he escaped to a mountain #ive never played a kanto game so i just assumed it ws true.#ummm. hes kinda rude and said like ome or two mean things but in general when you meet him #hes just lile heh look at how much progress ive made arent i amazing. let me see your progress! and maybe a jab about beimg behind him #but nothing like “wow red youre seriously trash at this just go home. pathetic.” and with the context of them growing up together #idk im only just arriving to lavender town maybe he gets worse #but i also do the classic taking everything serious and at facd value so #if hes like doing backhanded or indirect hating i cant tell
