please go back to my post and read the part where i said it’s often (not always) done to convey negative aspects of jason’s personality which aren’t consistent with previous canon, and my supporting evidence is the frequency at which jason is given these designs as compared to the characters for whom they make more sense logically. at no point did i say that giving him scars at all inherently means he’s getting into fights frequently (which, as i said originally, is subconsciously or consciously a reflection of people’s perception of him as reckless and quick to anger. I’m not talking about the actual action of fighting so much as i am what it indicates, as I’ve already said). At no point did i say that an individual’s interpretation of jason is inherently indicative of a bias. i was very clear that i was talking about the proportion of people who give jason those characteristics but not anyone else, for whom it may even be more likely.

i already talked about juni ba using the scars to show jason’s internal state. however, i put the direction of the issue along together with that choice of design and said that ba’s intention is to show jason’s particular unsuitability and inability to cope with his past, which is something only he is forced to wear on his body, as an impossible to ignore reminder of his past defining who he is, because ba sees him as unreasonable for not moving on.

if you’re defending your own personal and specific way of viewing jason’s scars, then i don’t understand why you would word your addition with assumptions of how i view your headcanon. i haven’t read your posts and am not addressing you. I’m explicitly talking about a specific trend present a large portion of fan content alongside ba’s writing and design. if you’re not following that specific trend that i criticized, then this post has nothing to do with you.

Peoples reactions to the scars coving his face is what really gets to me no matter what people say they make no sense Jason has the best head protection out of all the bats he's basically wearing a motorcycle helmet constantly and before that he was healed completely by the pit but people will still make the same excuses that they make in regards to the autopsy scar just because scars cool okay then give those scars to Dick tim or Bruce it makes more sense for them to have them then it does jason

I’ve talked about it before in regards to the frequency at which people mention jason with a nose that healed crooked after being broken vs bruce, dick, tim. i know people aren’t entirely sure whether the lazarus pit wipes scars but it’s supposed to be like rebirth that heals the person entirely. so if he did have scars or his nose was visibly previously broken, it shouldn’t be anymore. it’s very likely he picked up some scars in the year he spent training before UTRH, but far less likely than it is for bruce or dick or tim to have scars or noses that healed crooked. then there are the women but the idea of giving women features like crooked noses upsets people because god forbid they don’t look like the picture of conventional beauty. but that’s a different issue. the point here is that jason is less likely to have any of these but it’s so much more likely to see him have them than the others in an attempt to make him gruffer or make it clearer that he’s more likely to get into fights than the others (which isn’t even true because jason avoids fights unless he’s planned them out or is very sure he’ll win/get something out of it, and he rarely fights physically to take the edge off like bruce does).
