endlessly frustrated with the way things will get technically explained but will leave off the part that actually makes it useful. like my school told us "the human body regulates temperature via sweating" and then just kinda left it there without finishing it with "the sweat is cooled down by the air, which in turn cools you down". which fucking annoys me because that was the part my brain needed to finally conclude "if you leave the sweat there rather than wiping it off, you cool down faster and therefore generate way less of it". i am 24 years old.

#like. idk i feel like i was taught at some point that visible sweat is unsightly and must be removed but like. why. its worter.#its there to cool you down and if you get rid of it then it cant do that #and your body does not care about appearances and just Wants To Cool Down so it will continue hitting the Cool Me Down button until it work #so the sooner that happens the sooner it will Stop hitting it #origibberish #idk if thisll be as wack to anyone else as it is to me im just hrhejwbdjsbcmdn #idek how i thought it worked before either like. i guess that since the sweat is warm when it comes out‚ that meant like.#idk something something convection the heat is stored in the sweatballs . who knows
