I am glad you said something I was going tomorrow say something similar this afternoon. Cirie is not a bad player but her game is not what her fans are making it out to be. She is not even the one keeping herself off the block this week. Where is the mist they mentioned? It is lacklustre and not the slam dunk win they are trying to sell.
Agreed. All season I’ve wanted to see more from her and it just kind of went no where. She’s good at repositioning herself and has laid low post Izzy and Jared but at the same time, she became less of a threat to the house without them so they overlook her anyway. But it’s like… of course they’re overlooking her with two duos right there. So can we really credit that as a move or as the nature of the house rn?
I think my issue is that I don’t mind a passive player in bb but at some point there has to be something else we (everyone in the house and us as the audience) can point to and say “that’s was a great move that benefited her game!” And I don’t think I’ve personally seen that from her so I’d love to hear her talk more about it. If she makes it to final two I think her answers and speech could provide some clarity.
When I think of the first half of this game, she had all the control and fumbled it by targeting people that could’ve shielded her core three and gave it up on a whim. Which was fun to watch but it ended up biting her in the butt now. She did recover Felicia but planting the seeds against her so early and almost out of nowhere was.. an unnecessary choice. It’s a miracle that she got her back on her side.
I just can’t call her a good player when she came in with a huge advantage of having Jared there (which became a huge disadvantage and was frustrating to watch,) had a super fan willing to die on the cross for her (completely unintentional,) and made a bunch of messy alliances just for it to get out (moves she had complete control over).
This house is full of messy gameplay and full of people that can’t lie or keep secret for more than five seconds. She can, so she has that going for her and outwardly it seems more impressive.
It’s like when a queen from drag race goes on all stars and I didn’t watch their season so I just.. have nothing to go on until I see how well they do or don’t do on the current season. That’s the camp I land in with Cirie. I don’t doubt that she’s a god tier survivor player but that doesn’t and hasn’t guaranteed that she’s also a great bb player and she doesn’t have to be. I feel like a lot of her fans can’t take her bb game for face value and admit that’s it’s just fine. Also the stan wars this season are insufferable so some of that plays into how I feel about her just like the people that don’t like Cory & America bc of the shippers.
But overall Idk if complaining about it is me just being over this season or if I’m harping on shit that doesn’t matter but it’s day fucking whatever of this long ass season and I desperately hope we get a good winner out of this cast bc it has to be worth it or Mr. CBS is gonna get it.
#I missed the Cirie boat and that’s okay#idk if there’s anything that could convince me outside of a final 2 speech and hopefully a comp win#I’d like to see what she does with an hoh#bb25#anon

The World As It Should(’ve) Be(en)
(feat. some illustrations with no consistent style that were all done in under ten minutes)
I know I’m not the only one who thought Delilah’s “The World As It Should Be” could have been a lot cooler.., so get this: what if there was another mission to dh2
(trust me it's a cool idea -- if you can’t be bothered to read, just look at the pictures)
So EVERYTHING is the same up until the bit where you go into the portal. You roll up to Death To The Empress thinking that's the last mission... but no! You go in the portal and it gives you your end of mission stats! and you're like ?? wait what i thought i was about to go kill Delilah?
The ACTUAL final mission (and actual Delilah take-out mission) takes place in a Much Better version of The World As It Should Be.
The final mission starts and you land exactly at the port where you start Death To The Empress, but everything is different about Dunwall. everything’s completely off and wack; it's sunny, the streets are bright, everyone looks happy! there are flowers everywhere! It's super aesthetic and pretty. The clothing’s also different from the rest of the game.
You walk through the same streets you walked through in the mission you just did, and there aren't wolfhounds and ppl patrolling the streets, it's not in ruin, it all looks very nice! (you land at the docks for parallels/ to make it very obvious what's changed, not because it makes sense). People are talking; they're happy! there are no guards about at all so you can walk freely and see it all, explore around this world. And the people are talking about how great empress delilah is, mainly.
And as you go through, you find notes, books, and dialogue etc that hints to an entirely different past; in the first parts of dunwall, you find that delilah has been empress for like 26 years! not just a month and a half. The story pieces together as you go along, and you work out that this is a world where Delilah was never thrown out and her father's false promises were fulfilled. This is her world as it should be.
But things keep happening to remind you that it isn't real; perhaps the sky sometimes turns to the Void, with whales floating above you, and things will somtimes momentarily look like a painting of Delilah's, not detailed reality. People’s speech repeats and loops too often. Creepiest of all, people randomly turn to stone, then back out, as if it never happened. If you put the corrupted rune in earlier, there might be more glitches than if you didn't. the glitches get more pronounced/ more obvious as you get closer and everything starts to feel a little too perfect, more and more as you go on. Everything becomes more uncomfortable. (And if you kill people in the world, nobody reacts at all. They just let you do it)
Plus, overall it feels like a very childish city? as if this might all be a little girl's dollhouse, not a real place.
You make your way to the Tower, where you find that there’s a party going on. A really nice party -- puts Lady Boyle’s Last Party to shame. Dunwall Tower again looks super nice and aesthetic. The outfits are again really nice but again rather childish.
A cool glitch here would be the partygoers keep stopping and just looking dead at you w no transition or anything. One second they’re talking, the next everyone at the party is staring straight at you. Then suddenly they’re talking again, as if that never happened. Also a lot of the partygoers faces repeat too often, reminding you that this is a simulation.
In the tower/ closer to the tower, you find more history stuff, but it's more intimate/ detailed i guess? ONE VERY NOTABLE THING YOU FIND is letters from Jessamine (!!!) who is very much alive but is just -- and has always been -- the imperial princess!!!!!!!
The letters mention stuff that shows she and delilah are close. jessamine is in this and not suffering bc it's delilah's childish, perfect world! where nothing went wrong and jess is still her sister and del doesn't hate jess! (this is to kind of push it in your face that Del is Like You i guess, but also that smthn smthn she's still thinking like a little girl bc this all stems off childhood trauma etc)
Tho as people, not the player character, Emily & Corvo are ignored in the world as it should be/ there's no mention of jessamine's family bc this is delilah's world and she's not thinking abt other people.
At the party, you see a woman who you discover is Delilah's mother, alive and well -- which again pushes the whole "this is delilah's perfect world". She talks to you a bit, talks about delilah. Makes you see a different side of her (but you can't be sure it's real; this is Delilah’s perfect, adoring world). She says she ought to go somewhere else. Things keep glitching, whales phase through the walls (it’s super cool).
You continue through the party, when suddenly you see a woman in a dark dress. She stands out from the rest of the party, in their bright colours, and it’s pretty hard to miss her. This woman is none other than Lady Jessamine Kaldwin, your dead mother or secret wife (whose, bear in mind, soul you let go 2 missions ago). Her outfit is similar to the one in Delilah’s childhood painting of her, childishness of Delilah’s world repeated.
The fact Jessamine is here makes Delilah almost more relatable (especially seeing as you just spoke to her lost loved one, her mother). It makes you understand her more because you know the protag wants more than anything to have a world where Jess lives. It helps you to understand why Delilah made this more. Actually, this whole mission is sort of "uhuhuh delilah is actually sympathetic" BUT you can still very much interpret it as her lying to you, because this is a manipulation of reality -- what's to say she isn't still lying?
Anyway, you can go up and talk to Jessamine (the game sort of encourages you to talk to her). But she doesn’t recognise you. Emily and Corvo don’t exist in Delilah’s false world, so Jessamine has never known you. It’s very painful for the protag (you can hear it in their dialogue), because their loved one is alive, but she doesn’t know you. You have dialogue options to try to convince her it’s you/ she knows you, but they don’t work.
While Jessamine doesn’t recognise you, she does say she’d certainly like to spend more time with you. She tries to convince you to stay here, more or less (yes, Inception is one of my favourite movies, what about it?) But the protag says they have a mission/ that they need to see Delilah.
Jessamine will offer to take you to Delilah, which results in a conversation -- will get to that later. The other option is keep winding through the party and to the throne room yourself.
Either way, you get to the throne room, where you find Delilah. Again direct parallel. Same pose as before, but this time, her throne room isn't dark and covered in murderous vines, it's bright and full of adoring people/ partygoers (it’s a sort of parallel to the start of the game too, especially if you walk in with Jessamine).
Delilah doesn’t quite know you’re here. She has a vague idea of who you are, but she doesn’t hate you at all. Breanna is by Delilah’s side, no matter what you did in the Conservatory. However, you don’t see any of the other Coup Crew members there -- this highlights how they were just tools to her, not people she cared for.
So you have three (yes, three — this is where things get even more fun) options here. Lethal, non-lethal, and the option I’ll get to later.
Lethal is straightforward. You kill Delilah however (nobody stops you), and the entire world begins to collapse in on itself/ break apart and very disruptively becomes the Void again. This maybe ends with you having to fight/ assassinate some Delilah copies in the near empty void/ something more similar to the World As It Should Be as we see in game.
Non-lethal is easier if you placed the corrupted rune on the throne in DTTE, but you can still do it otherwise. It would of course be something to do with trapping Delilah in the World -- somehow cutting off the exit before you go so she can’t escape, should she realise this isn’t reality.
If you pick either of these ways, you go through the portal again and return to the depressing and dark Dunwall, your Dunwall, and free your family member. (Or take the throne if you’re in super high chaos, I guess). All goes the same.
Now, the third option. The third option is to stay in the false world. It’s to stay with Jessamine, in this perfect Dunwall. To get this option, you talk to Delilah after Jess takes you to her (though you can still talk to her without Jess guiding you, Jess’ll appear).
Of course, you have the option to talk to Delilah and say this is all crazy, it’s not real, and proceed to do the former two options. But you also have the option to say you understand her or something, and she more or less offers for you to stay.
When you first express interest in staying, the Outsider suddenly appears. He’s there to try to convince you that you need to get rid of Delilah, and that your other family member is frozen in stone back in the real Dunwall. But then what Delilah does, absolute madlad, is make a copy of your family member, but how they looked in DH1, not now (idk HOW, but she does it -- she is god in this part of the Void so she just can). Delilah wants you to stay, especially if you’re Marked. Jessamine also tries to convince you to remain here, and she’s harder to ignore.
You again have the option to reject Delilah’s reality (you get a lot of options to do this), but if you choose to ignore the Outsider, you say something about him “wanting to keep power for himself”, just a lot of insulting really (being about as nice as he was to you, maybe.)e’ll disappear again, unable to stay in Delilah’s part of the Void. And you can stay with your unbroken family, with Jessamine who is alive. And not return to the real world, where you don’t know if your family member will be able to be revived from stone.
(Seeing as Delilah was in Jess’ heart, perhaps she’s able to make a Jess who is almost the same as the Jess you knew)
The third ending plays on the themes of “emily/ corvo has been ignoring the suffering in the Empire”. This is the ultimate way you can ignore it all. You can choose to completely and utterly ignore the now in ruin empire that you walked through earlier, and ignore all the people you promised to help along the way and everything you learnt. Or, you can show you’ve changed since the start, and go back to harsh reality. It won’t be nice, but you can’t ignore your people’s suffering again. Imo it gives the character more of an arc, rather than only having the option to return to the throne.
But yeah, if you pick the third ending, the Outsider of course does his speech. He tells you how the Empire has falled to chaos, fallen to civil war, as everyone vys for the throne and its power. He tells you how your allies fare. And then you see Empress Delilah on her throne in the false world (you see a few glitches to remind you it’s fake). But then you see the protagonist and their family together. It’s a really cute family moment, and aside from the protagonist being the wrong age compared to their family (you’ve got adult Em with dh1 Corvojess, or dh2 Corvo with Jess and 10yo Emily). There are no glitches bc the protag would be ignoring them. Everything seems entirely perfect.
Anyways! I hope you liked this! Don’t get me wrong, I love Dishonored 2, it’s one of my favourite games. I just think the World As It Should Be was a sort of missed oppurtunity for something VERY cool.

Needy (F! Reader/Izaya Orihara)
Chapter 2. Feed the Beast
When Izaya returned, the daylight hours were winding to a close and the sun was sneaking beneath the horizon of the cityscape, painting the world in angry reds and golds. A fitting backdrop to the fiery emotions that had taken root in your chest. Stretched out on the couch with a book that was only remotely interesting in your lap, the sound of the door immediately drew your attention. When you looked up from the pages, he looked as unrushed and unconcerned as he always did.
“Do anything fun while I was out?” Izaya asked casually, brushing past the couch - hardly paying you mind more than his words - and moving to sit at his desk.
You snapped the book in your hand shut loudly and rose to put it back in the bookcase before you looked over to answer him. “Hm,” you paused as if you had much to consider when you’d done mostly nothing for the day, save for your brief trip into town, “just a walk around Ikebukuro. Checking out the usual chaos,” you said as you fitted the book into its slot. You stepped back toward the sofa and Izaya’s desk. “Didn’t see anything particularly intriguing. Things seem… quiet.”
“Looks can be deceiving, my dear,” Izaya chided, gesturing with a finger. You noticed he was facing you as he spoke, instead of surveying his computer monitor as usual lately. His demeanor shifted, his grin dipping slightly. “Something on your mind?” He asked. You weren’t sure if the concern in his tone was genuine.
“No, it’s nothing. Get back to your work,” you tried to convince him, as if your words and a dismissive wave of your hand would put an end to the line of thought. “I’m sure plenty of people are waiting to hear from you.” You hated the pettiness clawing at your breast when you spoke. Worse, it bled through in your tone.
“Oh, is that so?” Izaya appeared suddenly far more interested in you, eyes narrowing in a calculating manner and one eyebrow arching gracefully. “What’s that I hear in your voice, darling? It almost sounded like jealousy,” he prodded, and you only barely caught the excited undercurrent in his speech.
“You’re hearing things,” you denied flatly, though you cursed the way your nostrils flared and the sourness tainting your voice.
“Hm, I don’t know.” It was hard to miss the feigned uncertainty in Izaya’s voice as he got to his feet. It was always a case to be cautious when Izaya played dumb.
Coming to stand by the full-length windows, you refused to meet his eyes, answering your reflection in the glass, speech short and clipped. “Yes, I’m sure. Go on. Nothing’s wrong.”
When Izaya spoke again, he was at your side, hooking his thumb and forefinger beneath your jaw and coaxing you to turn your head and look at him. “You’re so cute when you try to lie to me,” he said in an amused hush.
Despite the way your heart stuttered in your chest, you remained firm in your denial. “I don’t have the slightest idea what you mean.”
There was not a single trace of malice or irritation on Izaya’s handsome face as you lied through your teeth to him. But something sharp and mischievous glittered back at you from his intent stare. “Do you think I haven’t noticed?”
Anger seethed white-hot in your stomach and you balled your hands into fists at your sides, remembering how much he had ignored you over the past days. How hints you thought blatantly obvious had been left by the wayside without so much as a word, while Izaya entrenched himself in his work. Or at least what excuses amounted to work, if what you had seen earlier that day was any sign. “Oh please, you’ve been too busy with everyone but me to notice anything,” you snapped.
His sly chuckle in response made your belly twist angrily once more. “I thought you knew me better than that, darling. I know just how needy you are.” He leaned in closer as he spoke, voice dripping amusement but taking on a breathy note. “How greedy you are for my attention.” His lips brushed yours as he spoke and your anger floundered and died, overcome by a fluttering, hopeful buzz.
His lips didn’t seal over yours like you so very much wanted them to, and it left you feeling electrified and tense. The breath in your throat felt like a solid lump and you didn’t dare let it go. Izaya coaxed you backward, one hand pushing lightly into your shoulder, steering you until the solid plane of the window met you. The hand on your shoulder slipped aside, splaying over the glass beside your head.
“Now, why don’t you tell me what’s gotten you so agitated? Tell me what you’ve missed so much.” His voice was hardly greater than a whisper, but your burning ears caught every steadily more playful word. “After all, you want my attention so badly for some reason, don’t you?”
The sultry hint in his voice in the last few words made it even more difficult to breathe than it had been already. Your blood burned like fire that infused your skin and bubbled your brain. “I…” you began, the lone word breathless and hesitant.
Far gone was the indignant ball of jealousy and anger that stood before Izaya only moments ago. Here he was, clinging to every little word and flicker of emotion as you had desired, only for the courage to answer him to flee at from same intense focus.
“Don’t bother acting shy,” Izaya warned you. “I’ll get it out of you one way or another.” His voice dropped huskily, and you shivered as the thumb on your jaw stroked gently over your skin to accompany his words.
“I’ve missed your touch,” you said, swallowing to clear your throat, the words coming out like a gasp.
“Oh?” The single syllable dripped with faux-shock. “Where? Here?” The hand on your jaw caressed the line of your neck lower and lower until it touched the exposed bits of your collarbone.
Your breath caught again with Izaya’s face still so close to yours, his half-lidded gaze surveying each tiny detail. Or rather, it was more the intensity nearly made you forget to breathe at all combined with his light touch. “What about here?” His wandering hand slid down, stopping at the hem of your shirt before sneaking beneath it and delicately caressing your torso up and down, stopping at the curve of your waist.
A small whimper left your lips and Izaya’s knowing grin split a little wider. But he hadn’t gotten what he was after yet, judging by the gleam in his eyes. “Not it? Why don’t you show me then?” He suggested, rubbing small circles on your waist.
Flushing at the thought, you looked away from his keen gaze and wet your lips apprehensively. Izaya finding enjoyment in flustering you was nothing new, but somehow what he asked seemed mortifying. He remained there, waiting patiently and showing no sign of letting you get away without demonstrating where you craved his touch.
Tentatively, you slid a hand to the waistband of your pants, pushing them and your panties down enough Izaya could see as you slipped your fingers between your legs. Your face felt hotter than the sun-baked sidewalk outside, and when you looked back into Izaya’s ruddy eyes, your body burned elsewhere. A wave of warmth surged between your thighs as you dipped your fingers into your folds, already slick and dripping into your underwear.
His gaze was ardent, attention engrossed in the motion of your hand and alight with excitement. “Mm, there? How obscene!” His tone wavered with pretended surprise, as if he were aghast at your lewd behavior. You had known Izaya long enough to know he loved to make a show of things though. Nor did you think he was even close to done. “And just how have you been wanting me to touch you? What have you been hoping I’d do to you?” His words tickled your ear, his cheek feeling cool as it pressed against yours.
“Izaya, please…” you begged, still embarrassed to carry on, even when your pussy was throbbing in time with your heart and coating your fingertips.
“No need to get embarrassed now,” he teased, encouraging you with a lazy lick to the shell of your ear. “Seems like you’ve had plenty of time to think about. I bet it’s been driving you crazy.”
“I…” you began again, bordering on the choice of dignity or desire.
He was right, and you both loved and hated it. It had been driving you mad in so many definitions of the word. Izaya was leaving you little choice but to admit it and indulge his ego. But if it was that or go back to being ignored, the choice had already made itself.
Choosing the heat between your legs and the thrum of anticipation flooding you, you shifted your pants and panties further down, working your finger up and down your slit, stopping at the top and rubbing gingerly. “Yes, it’s, aah, all I can think about lately,” you confessed, the sensation of your fingers on your clit accented by the touch of Izaya’s mouth on your jawline making you pause and whine.
A breathy hum acknowledged your confession. “I thought so.” He always sounded self-assured, even in heated moments. “Have you been thinking about it while you watched me work?” Izaya pressed, looking you in lust-clouded eyes. ”Or maybe when you were spying on me in Ikebukuro earlier? Don’t think I missed that,” he hissed deviously.
You shuddered and flushed, continuing to stroke yourself, only able to manage a nod of confirmation as another whimper rendered you wordless. “I know how desperately you’ve wanted me to have my way with you again.” You rubbed yourself more urgently in the wake of his words, adding another finger and pausing only to ease them both shallowly inside your cunt.
You didn’t bother to stop when you spoke again, moving your fingers in and out slowly, absorbed in touching yourself for Izaya now that you had begun. “So, w-what?” Your voice wavered and nearly cracked, hardly managing the venom you wanted, “Ignoring me was just another, aah, game?”
His hand on your waist fell smoothly, joining your hand inside your underwear and trailing a slender finger along your folds as you finger-fucked yourself. “Maybe I just wanted to see you admit how much you wanted me,” Izaya answered with a wider smirk, placing a quick ghost of a kiss on your slightly parted lips. “But it’s been so much fun watching you pout thinking I wasn’t paying any mind, wondering what you’d do next.”
You thought back on the morning through the distraction. How Izaya had so casually acted as if he hadn’t been listening, how he had pretended to pause and consider your words, and how he had let his fingers briefly linger on your shoulder. Had the entire thing and the days before been an act? Just how long had it been going on?
“I-Izaya, stop teasing me,” you groaned as he gave you another quick kiss before peppering your jaw and neck with pecks that were equally light and quick. His fingers moved to your clit, left alone in favor of crooking your fingers inside your cunt, rubbing over it agonizingly slowly.
“Where’s the fun in that?” He asked, “Besides, you seem like you’re enjoying yourself,” he noted as you panted, thrusting your fingers into your heat more frantically as the combined touches pushed you higher. “Unless there’s something else you’ve been thinking about?”
It was getting harder and harder to think, let alone speak, and you cursed quietly, incoherently. “Don’t… don’t make me say it,” you argued.
“Mm, how else am I supposed to know?” He said coyly, acting as if he wasn’t able to read most people like an open book.
“F-fuck. Like how… you know… everything else,” you gasped, a touch of irritation rising among the meek tone. You bucked your hips, feeling the tension expanding, the point of no return so close it was nearly tangible.
“Flattery won’t get you anywhere. You’ll just have to tell me. Or maybe I should just go back to work?”
His hand stopped, and he grabbed your wrist, pulling your fingers away. You whined petulantly, reflexively trying to jerk your hand out of his grasp and return to what you had been doing. But Izaya’s grip held fast, and when you focused on his face, his expression was far too pleased, like the cat that ate the canary.
“N-no!” you protested quickly at his threat. You couldn’t take being set aside again for who knew how much longer, especially not after he riled you up so much. “Fuck, fine. I want you to…” you trailed off, watching Izaya nonchalantly lift the hand he had captured to his lips and pull your slick fingers into his mouth.
You watched transfixed, lips parted but speechless, as he sucked on the digits, the slippery, warm touch of his tongue rolling over them. When he had licked them clean of your essence, he dragged them from his mouth, eyeing you coolly, despite the hunger swirling in his gaze.
“C’mon, you can tell me.”
“Eat me out, Izaya,” you were struck from your stupor, the words bursting over your tongue and instantly giving you the sense you might spontaneously combust beneath his ardent gaze.
A grin with a hint of teeth dawned on Izaya’s face. It thrilled him it had taken less convincing than initially expected to make you admit something so dirty. “There you go. Was that so hard?” he teased, the undertone of desire that made his voice drop an octave very distracting. “All you had to do was ask.”
You let out a startled squeak when Izaya let go of your hand, picking you up off your feet. You swung your legs around his waist in panic, though you weren’t without support for long. Within a few feet, Izaya set you down on the hard surface of the edge of his desk. Disentangling your legs from his waist, he pushed you back until you rested on your elbows. He reached forward to drag your pants and underwear the rest of the way down and you did what you could to assist him, shimmying your hips and lifting them until you could kick the clothing away.
You jumped when Izaya’s touch traced over your stomach, just beneath the hem of your shirt, caressing the skin there lightly before drawing lines down toward your thighs. He kneaded the tender skin on either side; the muscles twitching reflexively under his fingers. “You seem a little tense,” he mused, leaning down and placing several open-mouthed kisses on your skin, following the same path as his hands. “Who knew you got so wound up without my attention?”
His fingers dug harder into your skin, the cool metal of his rings a pleasant contrast on your skin as he grabbed your thighs and spread your legs wider. He bent his head, the fringe of his hair blocking some of his face from sight, your thighs hiding even more of him. His tongue flickered out, starting at the bottom of your seam and barely breaching it before dragging slowly up.
You bucked into his mouth, a short gasp rolling off your tongue, the molten warmth in your gut swelling in answer. Releasing your thighs, he settled the fingers of one hand in a vee on either side of your lips, spreading your pussy open and admiring it. His tongue lolled out again, licking a more deliberate stripe up your folds and wriggling his tongue in a serpentine pattern over your clit. His free hand settled on your hip as you rolled them upward again, preventing you from squirming too much.
He continued, alternating between teasing your clit with light strokes of his tongue and sucking on it gently. His name flowed from your mouth in a breathless stream, punctuated by airy, obscene sounds. When he pulled away, you were trembling from the mounting pleasure, cunt clenching erratically around nothing and chest heaving, brought to the peak of pleasure but still not beyond. All over, your body was hot, tense, and tingling, and you yearned for the last little push.
“You must have missed me a lot. You’re so wet,” Izaya noted, pushing two fingers into your cunt and languidly pumping them in and out. “And you’re shaking. Are you that excited?” He asked gleefully.
At first, you just moaned, enjoying the new sensation, rocking your hips as much as you still could against it. “Yes, yes, Izaya,” you groaned, eyes squeezed shut, indulging in the feeling and the smooth, husky sound of his voice. “It feels so good… I’ve needed you so bad,” you admitted, crying out needily between your words.
“I can tell,” he said, sinking back down for a moment to lick and suck at your clit again while his fingers worked you slowly. “How do you want to cum, my dear? From my tongue or on my cock?” He offered when he paused again, delighting in the way your breathing hitched again.
You bit your lip, struggling to hold back the moans that poured from your lips so you could answer him. With the tight feeling in your gut growing tenser, it was no simple task. “Better decide quick,” Izaya teased again, “feels like you’re getting awfully close.”
Fighting the delicious feeling smoldering between your legs, you gave Izaya an answer, panting and unrestrained. “On your cock, Izaya. Fuck me, please. I need you,” you begged without shame, previous embarrassment and reluctance melting away in a flash of primal heat.
“You sound so sweet and desperate,” Izaya purred, moving from between your legs and standing back to undress. “I guess I can’t say no to that.”
You watched him strip off his shirt and his pants, taking a second yourself to pull your shirt and bra over your head and toss them onto the floor carelessly. When Izaya returned to you, his cock hanging stiff and eager between his legs, crowned by a bead of pre-cum, you expected him to fuck you on the desk. Instead, he picked you up again, helping you curl your legs around him and cupping your ass. To your surprise, he climbed the stairs easily with you held tightly and clinging to his shoulders.
Your cunt throbbed needily, reminding you of your desires, and your pulse pounded so loud it was all you could hear. Crossing the threshold into the dark bedroom, Izaya lay you across the sheets, tidied from the morning earlier. You scooted back, further up the sheets, until you were fully settled on the mattress. Izaya followed eagerly, though even in his eagerness, his motion was purposeful and confident.
When he reached you, he spread his lean frame along you, letting all of your skin press flush against his. You shivered again, goosebumps rising on your skin and you groaned. He nipped a path over your neck and collarbone, a few especially hard bites leaving small, angry patches of red behind.
Izaya hadn’t forgotten how close he’d brought you to cumming downstairs, nor had he forgotten your lustful pleas for him to fuck you. Slipping himself between your legs, he guided the head of his cock to your entrance, pushing forward. Slowly. Far too slowly for the intensity of your boiling blood and all the teasing he had put you through.
“Aah, Izaya… you’re going too slow. More, please,” you begged, giving your hips a short buck to try to take more of his length inside you.
Izaya moved both hands to your hips, holding them down and ruining your attempt to dictate his pace. “Easy, darling. I want to take my time,” he told you mischievously, though his voice betrayed that the slow slide of your cunt around his cock affected him as well. “You know they say patience is a virtue.” The words were low and quiet into your ear, accompanied by a hungry stroke of his tongue that turned into a bite.
You whimpered, still trying to grind your hips against his futilely. Unable to affect his pace from below, you wrapped your hands around him, trying to press him forward by his slim waist. “But maybe it’s one you don’t quite have,” he taunted, amused by your persistent attempts to bury his dick in you fully.
He continued to push forward, making sure you both felt every inch. You whimpered at the hot stretch of his cock, body buzzing with the sense of fullness as he sank deeper, your cunt throbbing. He mirrored your noises, his moans coming out softer, but deeper, between more of his lips skating over your skin. Now and then he pressed more passionate kisses to your lips, at one point tangling your tongue with his own.
“Mm, there,” he growled hotly when he was completely sheathed in your heat. He groaned and let his head loll forward, enjoying how your pussy hugged him close and tight, your arms reflecting its embrace. “You’re squeezing me so tight, how am I supposed to give you what you want?”
He lifted his hands away from your hips, unraveling your arms from around him. Gathering both your wrists in one hand, he pinned them above your head in the sheets. You were beyond sense, giving in to the hunger pervading your blood and the satisfaction of having Izaya’s full attention at last after being so sorely neglected. “Please, please, please,” you chanted, taking advantage of your newly free hips and bucking against Izaya’s.
Bracing himself on his free hand, Izaya withdrew slowly, not done tormenting you, despite how far drowned you were in your rapture. “There’s that wonderful desperation again,” he murmured, watching as your face twisted with pleasure as he sank back in, coaxing another soft whimper from your throat. “How’s it feel? Did you miss this, too?” He drew his hips back a bit quicker, driving them back until he was balls deep in your heat again, enjoying the fluttering of your cunt.
“Fuck… yes!” You cried out. “Your cock feels so good. I missed it. You. This. All of it,” your voice sank to a hush, thick and breathless, content and full as Izaya rocked into you.
“What a good girl,” he praised, catching your lips for another kiss and swallowing the moans that flowed over your tongue.
Your body tensed again, the familiar sensation of approaching orgasm dawning on you for the third time that evening. This time, your pleasure showed no signs of being taken away. In fact, Izaya responded more readily to the clench of your body around him and the increasing pitch in your smothered moans and the way your breathing picked up, heavy and short.
He broke the kiss, putting his lips to your ear again. “Don’t stop making those beautiful noises for me, darling. I can tell you’re almost there.”
As if the breathy rasp of his voice had been a trigger, the wave of your orgasm broke over you, shattering the taut spring in your gut and reducing you to a gasping, moaning mess, writhing deliciously beneath his body. You called his name amidst a string of gibberish and curses, arching your back and clenching your hands.
When he spoke again, Izaya was hard to make out through the orgasmic fog dampening your senses. “That face when you cum never gets boring.” More praise rolled off his tongue, and he thrust into you rougher, fighting the squeeze of your cunt as you rode out your orgasm. “What a mess you’ve made of me. Fuck,” he cursed.
Coated in sweat, his dark hair sticking to his forehead and brown eyes wild, he truly looked a beautiful mess, even to your muddled glance. His tempo grew less steady, coming quickly to his own end. “I hope you’re ready for what you’ve done to me,” he groaned before he came, stiffening against you.
Several more long, satisfying moans drifted into the room, overpowering your last few fading whimpers. His cum filled you, hot and thick, and he collapsed over you, catching his breath, thrusting shallowly a couple times more. He groaned, resting his head on your chest and letting go of your wrists. You both remained still for a few minutes, panting and exhausted, the room thick with the musky smell of sex.
Pulling out, he rolled off to the side, and you felt the slow, warm trickle of his cum on your thigh. You looked over, expecting that he wouldn’t stay in bed long. “I guess now you have to get back to work…” you mumbled, the disappointment in your voice poorly hidden.
To your surprise, Izaya didn’t make for his feet to leave the room and redress. He turned onto his side, grabbing you by the hip and pulling you toward him until his front was pressed to your back, hands folded over your chest. “I think I’ve got some time left.” he considered thoughtfully, his cool demeanor returning with his breath, the way his thumbs absently stroked your skin a sign of how relaxed he was. “Besides, I don’t think you’ve gotten enough me yet, am I right?”

The muffin watches Love and Redemption (insert preemptive crying here)
Aright, I finally FINALLY finished live blogging this episode. @mejomonster my thoughts are aplenty! I actually wrote way too much!
Edit: I’m an idiot, I forgot to mention a prediction/observation.
Episode 1:
The CGI is actually very nice in this drama, I’m pleased. I will definitely watch dramas with cringe-worthy CGI, but it’s always nice when they manage to integrate it with the actors and set pieces well, which is even harder to accomplish in Xianxia.
Wait, what did the god of war do to deserve the reincarnation out of the heavenly realm punishment? Didn’t she defeat the Asura/Mosha guy? Was it because she used his weapon or something? And in the first place, why does that half of the Mosha guy’s soul qualify as a celestial that can be reborn? I suppose everyone is subject to reincarnation, but this batch is explicitly for those who have committed crimes in the heavens and wasn’t he on the demon/asura side? Or…maybe he was a celestial who betrayed them? Who knows, I’m just wildly speculating…
The scene definitely suggests there is a lot the narration is not telling us about how these two ended up being reincarnated - yet.
If she lacks the six senses, then why can she see and hear just fine? She apparently can’t feel pain, which would count for the deficiency of touch. Hm.
Xuanji, I relate to just wanting to go back to sleep and not deal with visitors so much lol.
HA, that little look of alarm one of the shixiongs (Liuzi?) has on his face when Linglong tries to convince Xuanji it’ll be fun because they get to check out the handsome guys. So is Linglong supposed to be her twin since they’re both 16 years old?
The dragon wolf thing moves a little funny, but at least it doesn’t look glaringly out of place and the camera doesn’t focus on it for too long, as is typical of CGI monsters. Kudos to them!
Cheng Yi is low-key really good looking in action scenes, just putting that out there. I didn’t think I would adjust to him in period clothing and long hair so quickly, since it usually takes me a while to make the switch (after seeing him in The Lost Tomb 2), but nope! He looks really good!
Ah, so this is the ruthless sect. I love how their first rule, which is literally more important than anything else they may value or encourage in their members, is to not show their entire face when outside the sect…also, what’s the point in hiding only half your face?? Sifeng’s mask only covers one eye, his forehead, and cheek on one side…at least have it cover the entire upper or lower half like everyone else in the sect (I know it’s so we can actually see the actor’s face and not supposed to make sense in-universe)?? I actually do like how they designed it though, it’s far less clunky than the full-face masks we saw in the opening sequence, probably due to the curves.
Sect leader…Sifeng is 16, he IS little pfft. Even adjusting for the times, he is a BABY haha. As I grow older, I realize more and more how young a lot of protags in fantasy stories really are. Also, sect leader is a drama queen, like he’s just lounging on his chair with this dramatic laid-back pose, takes a deep breath, and turns his chin up. So extra.
Aw, yes, I want to see more of Cheng Yi’s easy smiles. He’s so serious in TLT2, except when the warmth seeps into this expression when he’s smiling fondly at Wu Xie…
These devil/asura people have a weird bowing pose. I can’t help but think their hands make them look like…eagle claws or something lol.
Ah, a classic ‘I forgot my invitation’ situation. Well, Xuanji doesn’t have to feel too bad, apparently none of the other Shaoyang disciples know how to fly on a sword either lol. Her sister was tied down by that spell, but could none of the others have attempted to chase after the jerk who grabbed her? (Side note: I really love the color of his sect’s outfits.)
:3 I like Xuanji’s expressions, they’re just cute? So cute. Like her little huff when she’s defending her big sister from the jerkass. Also, I love characters who are like little kittens who puff up and try to protect their friends/family even though the one they’re trying to protect is probably more capable than them.
Jerkass really does take it too far when he just DROPS HER FROM THE SKY. Like, I can accept if youthful teasing goes a little far in that he snatched her and took her for a joy ride, but when it’s apparently that she really can’t summon a sword, it’s 100% not okay to just drop her and laugh it off. If Sifeng didn’t catch her, she could’ve died, and how exactly do you plan on explaining THAT to her father, huh Mr. Jerkass? He had like a dozen witnesses too.
Well, what can you expect from a guy who forgot to bring his invitation and literally was too arrogant and entitled to wait for his teacher to come out and let them in. :p Not the smartest cookie, is he. Even if you got in trouble for forgetting your invitation, you’d get in x10 more trouble for murdering a girl. Good thing she has plot armor and Sifeng was conveniently in the right spot to catch her lol.
Small note, he left her on his sword and she fell off after a bit - so…how exactly is HE flying? Can people fly without the help of their sword? Is he able to make more than one?
Lol Xuanji tugs at him like she does to her sister, it’s cute. But he’s so PANIC every time she touches him haha poor guy. He’s so awkward…why is it so endearing…
It took me a second to realize that he stutters, also that he has a voice actor this time! Idk why, Cheng Yi has a good voice. It would’ve fit this role just fine, unless there were parts they were concerned he couldn’t do. They did a good job matching the VA to his lip movements though, it’s really hard to tell it’s not his voice. It’s been a while since I heard Cheng Yi on video, but listening and comparing, now I can tell that it’s not his in this drama. Anyways, this might be my only complaint lol. Both he and his VA do a good job conveying the stuttering though!
Cheng Yi, you’re playing another character who’s good at disappearing in the blink of an eye lol…
Aah, so normally her sister’s personality type is the annoying sort, which is why she works well as a supporting character. I love how she turns her brattiness up to eleven in order to help Xuanji get out of a scolding by their father. I just really love how these two are so supportive and defensive of each other.
Edit: Alright, but Xuanji did you really just raise a flag for yourself so early in the show. ‘I think tears are the most precious things’. I WILL EAT MY HAT IF THIS DOES NOT BECOME RELEVANT LATER.
And instead of holding onto Sifeng’s name tag for like 50 episodes, she remembers she has it and goes to give it back + some birthday snacks because it’s his birthday too! GAH Xuanji is too cute.
I love how the guy who answered the door just his back only to turn around and smoothly give an explanation for his friend’s disfluency lol (so it’s a language thing!). AND THEN HE GOES ‘carry on!’ AND TURNS AROUND AGAIN. Idk why I find this funny but.
? Why all that effort for dew from a peach blossom tree. Is this one a special peach blossom tree. Why is he making tea with it. OH OK it’s good for cultivation.
He’s so vicious ha, he’s clearly perplexed by her - I mean, he’s the top disciple in his sect, so likely he doesn’t get how she can live so carefree and not have any desire to cultivate or anything. It’s perplexing and kind of total opposite to his worldview, so he reacts harshly.
Ah, I really like Cheng Yi’s acting! He goes from flat/indifferent face to reacting angrily to her picking the snake up, then a subtle worry as his eyes drop down from her to the snake.
I don’t know why I like this snake scene but I dooo. xD Also, it’s interesting how she doesn’t feel any strong emotions (she’s actually rather intensely curious tho!), while he puts on a mask literally/figuratively to seem like he doesn’t and yet gets worked up quite easily.
I’m glad she stops imitating him when he tells her to and is explicitly angry/upset, I get enough of people being assholes and making fun of others for things they can’t help like their speech impairments or mannerisms, it’s just kind of a personal thing that irks me.
AW HE’S SO PROTECTIVE OF HIS LITTLE SNAKE.
Why is it always the peach tree forests?? They’re always weird places that trap people. I can think of two other dramas where this happens haha. I know peaches do have significant symbolism in Chinese culture, so maybe that explains it.
Lol he still flips out a bit when she gets close. Poor girl, getting dropped from the air AGAIN.
Ah, this is the lake! Where they sealed part of that Mosha guy’s soul! This can’t be good.
Aw, look at his face, he’s genuinely worried for his little snake. CHENG YI YOUR RANGE OF EMOTIONS. GAH.
I CAN’T OPEN IT. Oh wait.
WHY DID YOU GO IIIIN YOU JUST SAID YOU CAN’T DO ANYTHING AND HE TOLD YOU TO STAY OUT, YOU LITTLE IDIOT. If he’s Little Stutterer, you can be Little Idiot, ok.
Here’s an idea, she finds the snake, you fight the dragon, and then all three of you get out of there.
OH the mask comes off!! Ok, but you have seen like most of his face already…Hahaha the look on his face ‘wait…why do I feel a hand why is she touching me there…OH NO’
Ah, a nice detail I didn’t think they’d think to add in: his stuttering got way worse without the mask on, since he was so upset/shaken.
?? What just happened with her blood lol.
Final Thoughts:
An interesting start, with nice character dynamics revealed and a dangerous situation to move the plot right along. I have been informed the drama really differentiates itself from the typical setup that has been supplied thus far, and I’m excited to see it unfold.
For now, I have a tiiiiny crush on Cheng Yi and I’m interested in where they take Xuanji’s character. Also, what disasters will result from their little excursion into the super lake where a demon lord thing was sort of sealed away a long time ago...

CHAPTER 1 aka “Stranger Danger”
I’m rereading The Property of Hate by @modmad and overanalyzing it to hell and back because i can’t stop thinking about the story and getting madder and madder about the PUNS I keep finding. I’m scratching the itch and trying to find All The Details. Current plan is just to go chapter by chapter, feel free to chime in with stuff I miss! There’ll be a masterpost up soon linking everything in one spot
SPOILERS are sprinkled around extremely liberally. Masterpost
Okay, so just a million things right off the bat on page fucking one
‘The Hook’ is of course a term for the beginning of a story. Grabbing one’s attention and convincing them to go off on an adventure, so to speak
Speechboxes! Everybody’s got their own distinctive ‘way of speaking’ in this story. RGB’s are rectangular, but those straight edges are offset by these really loopy, meandering, and elegant speech tails. It’s just. Such immediate characterization.
Like, even the pose. The way RGB introduces himself by crouching on her drawers like an incredibly dapper gremlin. It creates a similar contrast to his speechbubbles- prim and proper existing simultaneously with fae and kinda ridiculous
So considering we’ve got a fairly detailed picture of roses up on Hero’s wall on the comics opening page I think we can assume this is some type of Important maybe. Just off the top of my head, isn’t the rose Englands national flower? IDK how relevant that is outside of RGB being incredibly, incredibly British
Oh god damnit I just scrolled down to go to the next page and fffFFFUCKING BLUE ROSES ON THE BUTTONS okay. Blue rose symbolism! They don’t exist naturally. You won’t just find one in the wild outdoors, so they represent the impossible, the mysterious and achievable.
Seeing blue roses right off the bat = important story theme probably. Impossible dreams are my first thought. RGB’s seemingly hopeless plan to save a world everyone else has given up to be doomed. Hero’s wish to go the fuck back home please after she’s had her fill of deadly adventure. RGB and Hero are setting out to achieve the impossible, defeat Her, and save the World of Make Believe
Last point for the first page; RGB’s drool. Except it’s not drool, we later learn it’s equivalent to blood, and he bleeds emotions he’s feeling. While recruiting Hero, RGB’s prominent feelings are, unsurprisingly in hindsight, a fair load of sadness but tinged with a dose of cheer. His last Hero failed, and every single one before that, but he’s still daring to have hope, the absolute madman. What he’s actually dripping most though is what looks like curiosity- it may be mixed with a bit of anger, which I wouldn’t begrudge the guy. Angry that he has to start over, again, angry that his world is dying, angry that he’d the only one doing anything about it
Ok but imagine you woke up to find a man crouched on your bedside table smiling this super-wide “TRUST ME!! :)” smile and blood dribbling out of it and welling up between the teeth. Like, I’m laughing, but I’d be screaming
OKAY BUT FINALLY WE’RE PAST THE FIRST PAGE. We get a clear look at Hero’s drawings taped to the wall, and check it- one kinda looks like the Idea they run into a few chapters ahead. The other picture might also be showing the House of Paint? I mean, there’s a sun there so that’s off, but the clouds and steps leading up to Madras’ door look right
And now we get Hero’s speechboxes! They’re circular in contrast to RGB’s boxes, and colored orange. The balloon tails don’t loop-de-loop all over the page like RGBs but they’re not ‘standard’ either- there’s always this little jag to them closer to the text
RGB’s speechbubbles are actually one of the plainest/most conventional in the entire story
Excluding the tails of course. Those never ever take the most direct or efficient path to his face. Yeah, it adds an impression of silliness, but also speaks to the fact that RGB takes creative and weird solutions out of situations. I’ll laugh about the entire Click arc later but like really. REALLY. RGB DID ALL OF THAT
I love how Hero’s first actual words to RGB send him immediately into ?????????????. He keeps up this huge grin for most of The Hook and this is the first time his “I’m your friendly neighborhood TV nothing to see here!!” demeanor gets shaken up
the ladder hurts Hero’s feet, so why does she sleep on the top bunk? The bottom bunk doesn’t have any bedding on it so it’s not like she’s regulated to the top by any kind of sibling dibs
Weird... weird detail to be showing us modmad.....
“Are you a monster?” “the very worst one” that’s a lotta blue dripping off yer chin there, stop crying
The mom is a character for two (2) seconds and even she gets her own unique speechbox; blue, fuzzy and barely connected, which does a really great job of communicating that she’s basically still asleep without ever having to see her
‘happy boi about to bring newest kidnapping to the sky world’
That’s a Mary Poppins reference, that is. RGB exclaiming ‘spit spot!’ earlier also got be thinking of Poppins
Clouds look so fluffy out of airplane windows, I’m honestly jealous
Doors! Gotta wonder where they all lead. Gotta wonder if they’ll get more use past this outside Hero’s recovery Time
I’ve just spend like 15m trying to figure out what the symbols above the doors are and I THINK it’s alchemy? “libra sign upside down” is luckily an easily searchable term, and that symbol in particular is for gas becoming liquid
I think the door beyond that has the alchemical symbol for gold? I’m not having luck on the others, including the door they actually go through here/its sister door Hero opens after the Elastic Valley fiasco.
RGB are you pissed that you had to tell this kid your name yourself? Are you upset about manners?? She’s like 7 dude cmon have you met a 7 year old. Thinking about it, possibly not, all the confirmed Other Heroes are definitely older- they all come across to me as adults
well, actually, who even knows how old Assok is. They might be the exception
The little ‘peephole’ eye popping open when the right key is close is nice atmospheric detail, but it kinda makes me wonder if there’s a person like. Seeing out of that eye. Whether someone gets a little notification every time one of these doors is opened
It’s the World of Make Believe! Stupendous! Break-taking! Modmad is exceptional at colors and beautiful environments full of personality! Hero’s last chance to turn back is gone!
Hero only being awake for 20 minutes before becoming Instantly Tired = biggest actual mood, my god. Me too sweetie
Except I can’t blame trees. And a sort of magical jet-lag effect. Yo, are sleeping tree’s making you sleepy the same sorta thing where when one person yawns everyone yawns
I just really like how this tail loops around RGB’s physical actual legs. It makes it seem like speech is a tangible thing that interacts with the world and that you could, like, touch or something. all it’s missing is a shadow
God, fuck me. That’s the yellow brick road. God dammit. Son of a bitch.
RGB, pg 14: do not touch me, do not look at me, don’t speak to me, you have tentative permission to breathe
RGB from the Market onwards: carries her multiple times (admittedly, almost always exactly like you shouldn’t), picks her up, swings her around, hugs her when she’s scared of the dark, ‘I Have Longer Legs, Hop On’ piggybacks, protecting her by putting his own bod in harms way, general Manhandling of Child
I kid, I kid, it’s more complex than that. For one, RGB doesn’t want Hero getting hurt cause she’s Important and has Heroing she can’t do if she’s injured. Second, that whole “don’t get attached” thing gets thrown out the window on like day 2
“I’ve only known Hero for a day and a half but if anything happened to her I’d kill everyone in this room and then myself”
RGB is honestly... super bad at not attaching to people. honestly, actually terrible at it
Ooh! Those flowers! I didn’t realize those always happen when Hero’s sleeping. They also look like she’s drawn them herself! That’s honestly… lethally adorable
Fun fact technicolor dream shell snail changes colors every panel
RGB bleeds static? What emotion is that? I dig it, unconscious is an emotion and i feel it in my soul
w...white noise.... god DAMMIT
ey, the tree’s look different in the light of day- all those blurry fairy light ‘leaves’ are gone now.
!! Hero glows the exact same way when she’s asleep! RGB, however, is not. Tree’s have leaves when they dream, huh
oh god tree’s have LEAVES when they DREAM
...we’ll come back to this thought when we get to the sick sun tree cause that thing is a whole other can of Lore worms
In a different direction, there must be some sort of difference between Tree Dreaming and People Dreaming, because dreaming trees do NOT trigger RGB’s weird stuntman nightmares
these particular trees are also see-through; i can’t remember if they’re all like this throughout the world? will have to pay attention and see
oh- OH. also just made the connection for why trees provide a saf(er) haven- bottled nightmares will very shortly be used to dispel fears. Dreams repel Fears! It’s best to sleep near tree’s because just you dreaming might not be enough to keep things at bay while your rest
And the chapter’s finished off with a new character and new speechbox to go with it! It’s the first to use a different font and text color to our main characters
Honestly though, what is UP with the Butterfly? It’s clearly keeping close tabs on them, and only speaks to Hero when RGB is unconscious or otherwise occupied. It clearly doesn’t wanna be seen by him, which is shady. It shows up like twice? And the other time RGB and Hero don’t even know it’s there and listening. Between that and the Eyes, like… does it have it’s own agenda and interests or is it an agent of Hate? Idk man maybe I’ll pick up on more Butterfly stuff on this readthrough
*notices that the plant it was resting on withers once it flies away* ... that’s no good. especially if that butterfly can do the same to trees
...... ah. it kinda can. Consider, please, Hate’s likely role in the demise of the Sun, and Her confirmed ability to smother them in [-----]
Butterfly’s parting words: “be wise”. Hero’s next and immediate action: doodle RGB’s face
And that’s the Hook! Join me next time when Hero has a fun play date with some new friends everything goes wrong almost instantly.

FTC Q&A
So for all my questions please answer them by video I am sick and i don't have the energy to read everything, so billy: I want to ask why you abstained from the final immunity challenge? Chips: throwing your vote not to jake is meh to me but tell me a move you felt you orchestrated in more detail Julia: I love you i am glad you are in the f3 queen, please hex my cold on video i want to see that. That is all good luck final 3
Answers:
Billy: I abstained because I had to do work, that requires me to be on my computer all day. I was more than willing to do the endurance, but I was not available to do the puzzle. It had nothing to do with the challenge itself, but no one discussed times for an endurance, and we were just given the puzzle and I simply did not have time.
Chips:
youtube
Julia:
Julia - What did you change in your game after winning your way back in, that allowed you to be in the majority from the beginning of the merge? Also, why do you deserve to win over two people who were never voted out?
Chips - What was the most difficult moment in the game for you, and how did you bounce back from it?
Billy - Why do you deserve to win against two people who put in (from my perspective) EXPONENTIALLY more time into the game?
Answers:
Billy: I said in my plea speech that I didn’t do as much as the other two, but I stopped caring half way through because why would I give something my all when I saw the outcome. I wasn’t going to win the challenges. The majority was never going to work with me. I was walking towards being voted out because once people are set, they’re set. I tried to get people to vote out Julia, several times, no one wanted to. So I stopped trying. Everyone was so quick to want to stick together, that I wasn’t going to go out of my way, when I knew it would be just this if I made it to the end anyway. More people like other people, that’s how it is. So why try when I wouldnt have beaten the majority in any situation? Tell me you wouldn’t have done it this way as well, and I’m not sure if I’d believe you. So, I don’t think I deserve to win. But I think for all of the people who did the work, and weren’t rewarded, and didn’t get second chances, and gave this game their all, I want to win for them, for the people who actually wanted to play the game with me and make it fun, instead of be picked off one by one. A lot of the jury played great games, and they’re not in FTC, and I wouldn’t be in FTC without them.
Chips: The most difficult moment in the game for me was the blind round. I think that the combination of not knowing who had won immunity paired with the fact that it would not be revealed who had actually stuck to what they had said created a challenge. I had previously been in a final two alliance with Chrissa called Chris² and heard early on in the round that Chrissa was the target for the round. She had heard the same herself and was trying to deflect the vote to Brandan and I knew that would be a hard sell since he had already formed a group against her and it wasn't entirely obvious who it would be safe to target instead. I bounced back from the round and losing my final two by picking up the pieces that remained and trying to make sure that even though I knew that people had taken a "shot" at who I trusted that they felt they could trust me enough to keep me late in the game. I kept up a positive social relationship with them so that we could potentially work together as the game progressed.

Questions: What was the most villainous thing you’ve done in this game?
Answers:
Billy:
Carson: the most villainous thing I did all season was sit there and tell Julia I was keeping her and voted her out, then voted for her again and was like “nah girl I got you” when the tie happened. It’s not much, but you don’t have to always be a villain to make it far. Some people rely on that, I didn’t have to (or really have to do anything)
Chips:
Julia:
Carson: The most villianous thing I did in the game was flipping sides to keep Billy in the game and voted out one of my allies (Brandan). I felt like this needed to be done #1 because people were already againts him, #2 he had already gotten a few people out himself and did so succesfully and #3 I didn't really know how well he stood with me in the game. So I promised him a vote, and didn't give it to him and he left unanimously. (SO SORRY I HAD TO DO THT)
Questions:
Chips: hello
Billy: I’m so thankful for this game because as much as we didn’t care too much we actually worked together and that’s cute because I really have grown to consider you a friend in these things. Had we gotten Chips out when I went home, what would your plan have been for the end game?
Julia: ugh queen. Why should Billy get my vote over you?
Answers:
Billy: my plan was to go to F3 with you and Drew, as I saw both of you deserving the win. We worked together from day one in this game, and I wanted you to take it to the end. I knew I was just a number for you, and I was ok with that, because I wouldn’t have flipped on you. It didn’t make sense to. Had Brandan not flipped sides, and you went home, I would have stuck with you and Drew to make it to final three.
Chips: Hi
Julia: hi dan! ummm i dont think he should bc he didn't do anything and like wouldnt submit challenges ect.. lol
Questions: Did not submit
Answers:
Billy:
Chips:
Julia:
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, i had to drop out early into the merge so i feel as though i don't truly know who has done what in this game. so, what would each of you say was your strongest asset, and strongest game move? (i had no interactions with billy, and i had more conversation with julia than i did chips despite only playing two rounds with her before i had to depart).

Gavin: my strongest asset was finding the people in the game who actually wanted me in the game and sticking to them. I wish we had gotten to talk, because it sucks you had to go. But I don’t think we crossed paths before then. But I would have liked to. I’m not going to pretend like my game is the strongest, because it isn’t. But I played my game, and that’s all it was. I hope everything outside the game is better though, real life comes first, and I think a lot of people in this community forget that.
Chips:
Gavin I think that my strongest asset in this game definitely was my ability to take and use information effectively. I found out who was getting votes and why and if I did not like that outcome I used that information to redirect the vote. This asset extended into knowledge of the powers that were distributed in the game as well in that I had formed a relationship with Madison that enabled me to know about her initial power and the one that you had gifted her when you left. -- My strongest visible game move was teaming up with Madison to disrupt the flow of the round where she played her Ruby Monkey idol. It was the most "visible" move I made during the game because it took the two people being targeted and flipped the vote onto someone unexpected (Noah). I think it was the strongest because it was a choice made by me to effect a vote and its outcome and following the move the rest of the votes fell as I wanted without me having to struggle with the "let's stick to this" mindset that had been previously in place. -- My strongest "non-visible" move was maintaining a strong relationship with Brandan and Julia the round that Dan was planning to vote me out by convincing Julia to throw her vote. They caught wind of the true plan and came to me with it telling me that they would NEVER vote me out, switching their votes to Dan in the process.
Julia:
Gavin: My strongest asset in the game was that I was able to talk to people from both sides at one point and I could be able to have SEVERAL options that I wanted to follow thru with. My biggest game move was probably finding out that Dan had lied to me about a vote that we were promised to go thru with. If I didn't have the connection I had with Brandan at the time, than I wouldn't have realized what was about to happen. So after compaing notes, I had succesfully voted out someone who had tried to do me dirty AGAIN the second time in a row. And from that point on, making it to the end was 1000x easier!

Julia: why do you feel like you deserve to win when you literally wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for me and my idol plays? and you can’t claim “our relationship” or anything as the reason I kept you safe, it was literally just bc you’re a woman. what have you actually done? bc I don’t see much.
Chips: I’m voting for you dw bb you played an incredible game and no matter what happens you deserve it.

Julia: I mean I thought we had like a friendship bc I would have never voted you and never did vote you. Always stuck by your side ect. But weather you see it that way or not you keeping me safe guarenteed I would see another round regardless. Sooooo idk whatever LOL hexed
And as to what I did I was in the loop for alot of things. Such as when Dan got voted out tht wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for me going back to Brandan figuring out Dan lied again. Or the time tht I was able to stay in the majority, or maybe being hated by everyone sm yet still remaining in the f3? Idk take it as you please.
Chips:
Madison Omg! I love you so much.
Billy: In a goat accent Now I’m glaaaad I had it tieeeee and you lost as a resullltttt. I already acknowledged my being a goat in the game. Did you even read my opening? Probably not.

it’s jay. again. my browser just crashed. so i’m just gonna copy and paste my old intro. there’s no time to try and make it better. rip !
⌊ priyanka chopra, cis woman, antigone ⌉ ⏀ have you spoken to ALEXANDRA “ALEXA” MEHRA recently? the THIRTY-FOUR year old who’s been in seneca for SEVEN YEARS or so? either way, they always seem to remind me of FLOWERS PLACED ON A GRAVE, A RUSTY COMPASS, STORMS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT whenever i see them on main street. on a good day they’re pretty MORALISTIC, but they can also be RESISTANT. ⌊ jay, 19. est, she/her ⌉
the story of antigone that y’all probs already know but jic.
triggers: brief implication of incest but like wbk, brief mention of suicide, death, creon bein a bitch
brief overview of antigone (character + eponymous story):
antigone was born to oedipus and jocasta.
we all know what happened there. after that, oedipus was like “see no evil feel no evil” and jocasta yeet’d out of living.
her brothers went to war against each other. when creon ascended to the throne, he allowed burial for eteocles with honors, but was like “lmao if u bury polyneices i will kill u”
but antigone was like ‘lmao SURE JAN’ and tried to convince ismene, her sister, to help her bury polyneices. ismene was like ‘ok that’s a rly bad idea like good luck but count me out tbh.’
antigone is rly bad at digging graves tho so polyneices’s body was found and creon was like ‘oh my GOD’ and she’s like ‘fuck the government viva la morality!’
then creon was like ‘ok anyway rmr when i said u wld die if u buried polyneices so ig now u have to be buried alive in a tomb’ then antigone was like ‘actually i’ll be hanging myself before u can do fuck the government’
then he was like ‘at least u’ll be dead! oh wait -
Y’ALL GO SAVE EVERYONE’ but then it was too late
antigone and his son had both killed themselves and everyone, including himself, were just like
“get WREKT creon!!!!!”
alexa ( play despacito ).
triggers: suicide (x2), death (x3), mental illness implications, war, brief mentions of torture and murder
ok now onto alexandra ! so, like i did for valda, i looked up names that shared the same meaning as ‘antigone’ (which essentially means “against”) and one of the suggestions was alexa but i also wanted it to sound. super valiant. but at the same time. i wanted it to be something that could have a conversational nickname. so im already hc’ing that she has ‘despacito’ saved on her phone. also alexandra is my middle name so like?? stan list?? OK ANYWAY.
alright, so alexandra was born to a very upper-class family. her father was a politician and her mother was a successful lawyer. they provided well for the perfect nuclear family –– two sons, two daughters, a golden retriever, two cats in the yard life used to be so hard now everything is easy cause of-
like... her early life, say birth to age 14, was... nice. actually normal and nice. have i ever done that before? has my own edgelord ass ever done that before? i don’t think so.
which is why things obviously took a turn for the worse
but yeah. when she was 14, she was like “hey mom idk how to do pre-algebra” (a mood) but there was no response from her mom. so shrug city, you know? she just went to her older sister instead. but like... so much time passed.... and nothing....
finally, this nosy bitch decided to be like “ok i’m gonna go see what tf she’s doing” and that was just... a terrible idea. instead of finding her mom doing her nails or talking on the phone or any number of reasons she may not have come out yet, she found her mother hanging from the ceiling fan.
she tried to get her brothers’ and sister’s help, and they tried so desperately to help (you know, while also calling 911 and their father), but it was to absolutely no avail.
after this hella traumatizing experience, the children grew closer as the father grew farther.
he began getting lost in his own mind, sometimes accidentally mixing the past with the present, a la willy loman style. he would hold slight conversations with their ‘mother’ while at the table, then began holding them with various others from the past. it was pretty clear that his mind had just been looking for an excuse to snap, and the death of his wife had been the perfect scapegoat.
although it had originally just affected him in his home life, he began holding said conversations in the presence of people outside his family.
this is not good for a politician.
i mean it’s not good for anyone but...
his support immediately began dropping. his team gradually left him, finding there was no way he would ever be able to gain another victory if he kept on living in a limbo between the past and the present. given that he’d started ‘talking to his brother’ during one of his speeches...
rest in peace to his career.
alexa (play despacito) was 18 at the time, her sister - 20, one of her brothers - 21, the other - 24.
they were all legal adults! some of them had even moved out! so their father figured his next move would not affect him in the way their mother’s death had!
so he shot himself.
the only people who showed up at his funeral were alexa and her sister. her eldest brother proclaimed that flying across the country would be too much of a hassle for that, and the other brother simply did not respond.
her eldest brother did, however, enlist in the army after setting legalities in place that would allow him to send money back to his siblings. he had joined simply because it was an easy opportunity (what with all of the propaganda), but his decision prompted the other brother to do the same –– this time because he was talented at ‘the art of fighting.’
and bc more money but like... get wrekt.
alexa’s sister dropped out of college to work a full-time job –– one that paid fairly handsomely. alexa took some odd jobs.
aka, everyone was trying to make money.
creon was right when he said “money! nothing worse”
so things kind of dipped when the eldest brother was killed. after an accusation that he’d become a traitor, their other brother had taken it upon himself to ‘anonymously’ torture and shoot him. but the other side did it!
which everyone knew was a lie.
because of the accusations, he was not only not allowed a military funeral, he was also not meant to be buried in any honorable fashion. instead, his body was returned to his hometown to be buried there following a quiet and uneventful funeral.
his grave was left unmarked.
nonetheless, the grave was visited every day, new flowers laid atop.
meanwhile, their other brother was considered a newfound military icon. he’d gotten rid of a ‘traitor’ (they continued to pretend it was someone from the other side, of course), he’d killed many an enemy, he’d done this and that and this and that and it all made him look so morally grey to alexa and her sister (who, granted, had yet to find out he’d killed their other brother), but like such a white knight to his fellow soldiers.
he truly rose in the ranks. it was what he was meant to do.
but the more he killed, the more he tortured, the lack of grief towards his brother’s death...
alexa’s sister wasn’t buying her hypothesis. it wasn’t necessarily because she saw their other brother was some pure being, but because she simply didn’t believe he was capable of that.
the next time alexa saw her brother, she got confirmation enough. what to do with the information, she wasn’t sure, but she knew she had to do something...
murder wasn’t the solution... she didn’t have any military connections that would allow for her to spout some lie about why he needed to be dishonorably discharged... but what he did couldn’t skate by...
to this day, she is still wondering what she can do to fuck him over. his success in the military keeps growing grander and grander, thus rendering any fake dishonorable discharge excuses completely moot. her sister still doesn’t believe that there really is a solution –– that, while it is greatly harmful, there’s absolutely nothing they can do and ruminating on it is worthless –– trying to find some quest to defeat their own brother is absurd.
although she has since moved to seneca, attracted to its small town appeal, she continues to visit her eldest brother’s grave every week –– it’s about a two hour drive, so it’s worth it.
she’s taken up work as a cemetery caretaker
because of COURSE she would.
and, although its pay is.... lousy, she’s been making due. for the tombstones no one visits any longer, first she’ll look them up to make sure they weren’t slave-owners or anything, she’ll bring them their own flowers. the dead deserve just as much respect as the living, hm?
personality.
i just realized i didn’t do this for valda (aka, i’m about to update her intro with it), but a total enneagram type 2.
too empathetic for her own good, too ‘this person whom i do not even know deserves flowers’ for her own good, too ‘i’ve got to protect _______ by doing _________’ for her own good
a capricorn
so driven by her own moral compass, she does not CARE about anything that says she has to go against it
her moral compass can be super faulty sometimes tho
pretty quick to make assumptions tbh, but has so far been right abt most of them.
so also driven by gut feelings ig
dramatic tbh. i mean she’s the adapted version of a character whose first lines contained “there's nothing, no pain—our lives are pain” SO.
also p independent (as in i said valda was independent), but her vendetta isn’t against men in general, rather just her brother who is still alive
so like,,, that said,,, holds grudges.
im bad at personality sections!! as has been stated before!! but i think the gist has been gotten across!!
wanted connections.
so rn i only have one specific one which is her sister and can be found on the wc page
will come up w/ unique ones later but until then open 2 hearing urs/brainstorming!
tl;dr.
(refer to triggers listed before the bullets.) a lot of death? like mom kills herself then dad turns into willy loman then dad kills himself. brothers both join the army. one brother kills the other brother for being accused of being a ‘traitor.’ said brother doesn’t get a proper funeral and his headstone is unmarked. the other brother rises in the rankings and alexa knows what happened. convinced her sister of it, but her sister is more logical and let her know that she was very angry too, but making her entire life about it would do nothing but endanger herself and others. moved to seneca because she liked the small town feel. still visits her eldest brother’s grave every week to leave flowers. works as a cemetery caretaker bc WHY NOT. brings flowers to graves that are either unmarked or no longer visited. i hope you read all of that and just thought ‘oh my god fckin EDGELORD’ because you’re right.
alright ! fin.
like this or hmu if you’d like to plot !
#divined.intro#i wanted 2 put my tl;dr in a blockquote but y'all my browser's being so weird SO.#ALSO if i RECALL there r like 100 typos in this i wrote it at like 5am asdfjlk PLS J BEAR W/ IT
