#you have to buy the base game AND xbox live/PSN to play#they're non-committal to a PC release (so no)#they're non-committal to OT characters and instead hint at more new faces instead?#apparently they legally can't include post-OT music stages or characters? (even though nitro-fueled did?)#no plans for an offline mode at all#no story mode planned beyond a vague 'PvE' mention#which can literally mean anything#i have no idea who this game is for?#kids can't buy all that anymore when there's F2P games out there#there aren't many old school crash fans who are gonna drop much dime into something vastly different than what they're used to#idk everything about it screams corporate spitballing#just a desperate attempt to convert crash into a multiplayer driven moneypit series#not to sound too negative but i almost hope it fails honestly??? i'd rather the series go dormant than become whatever this is going for
