fellas……. i might be cooking with this ptn oc idea……..

a very powerful AI developed by the FAC, whose purpose is to assist FAC soldiers on their missions into the DisSea or against black rings or whatever by hanging out in their helmets and giving real-time combat analyses to the soldiers (think JARVIS from iron man). well what if on one mission into the DisSea, the mania contamination was way too high and all the soldiers died while the AI was still trying to figure out the best strategy to keep them all alive. this, coupled with the excess mania messing with the circuitry (or something, idk shit about computer science lmfao) pushes the AI over the edge and it develops true sentience.

now a freshly born ‘person’ the AI escapes from the FAC, leaving the organisation’s cyberspace in absolute shambles. it wants to understand humans, needs to understand them—so it infects nearly every device it can in DisCity in search of that understanding, that essence of humanity. this is, of course, a very big problem so paradeisos themselves dispatch the chief of mbcc to deal with the problem because what else could cause this beyond a sinner?

cue a wild goose chase between the AI and chief, who is eventually coralled into the mbcc by the power of chief’s talk-no-jutsu or something, i haven’t thought that far ahead. maybe with summer’s help the mbcc develops a robotic body for the AI. in any case, the mbcc is now completely impervious to cyberattacks, and chief (but especially nightingale) have a new, hyper-effective assistant that increases the bureau’s productivity by a margin of 100%.

the AI’s ‘sinner ability’ would probably be something like infinite void for all the jjk watchers—enemies would look into the AI’s screen/face and just get overloaded with information it contains, like psychic damage kinda thing. but tbh idk abt that yet, might change it, but this was fun to think about im ngl

also this oc totally wrecks eirene’s shit in 4d chess with multiverse time travel and it infuriates her to no end
