ā€œSorry, Sheā€™s Busyā€ (Sugawara Koushi)
A/N: lol idk, I rlly like the ā€œsheā€™s busyā€ meme so this was born
Warning: Some nsfw
So first, letā€™s talk about your āœØexāœØ
It was a classic case of you walking in on him fucking another girl
And yes, you were devastated, but it only helped you to find someone who was better for you in every single way
Sugaaaa šŸ„°šŸ„°
And while you were having your own little coming of age story by falling for Suga who also happened to be a close friend to you throughout high school and there for you during your break up
The āœØexāœØ Just so happened to realize that he āœØscrewed upāœØ
Especially after he saw you moving on from him so quickly with the exact person that always made him jealous when he saw him with you
And so he makes it his personal mission to win you back
And this genius thinks by spamming your phone with texts, calls, and snaps telling you how much he missed you and how sorry he was would win you overšŸ˜’
You of course tell Suga cuz heā€™s your boyfie nowšŸ’…
Suga REALLY doesnā€™t like your ex cuz of what he did to you so he was kinda amused to see him pining over you all of a sudden because he SHOULD feel guilty for hurting you
It was pretty harmless at first, heā€™d text you, youā€™d show Suga and the two of you would have a laugh
Youā€™d rarely respond back and when you did it was just to tell him you werenā€™t interested
But as time wore on the messages wouldnā€™t stop and what used to be funny became extremely annoying
Sugaā€™s not a cynic so he didnā€™t think too much of it when he started contacting you again but even he has his limits and he was beginning to hate your ex more and more, especially for thinking that he could steal you from him
And one night, your phone wouldnā€™t stop ringing
And it JUST so happened to be a night you and Suga were trying to have some āœØfunāœØ
But you kept getting interrupted by your phone ringing
And every time you hung up, thinking itā€™d be the last time because he ā€œcouldnā€™t possibly call againā€
but he didšŸ˜”
over
and
over
and
over
again
And sugaā€™s a patient guy but getting cockblocked by your asshole ex was really testing said patience
But then he figured, this might be the perfect opportunity to finally get your ex to stop harassing you
So with your legs thrown over his shoulders while he fucked you like his life depended on it, making you cry out his name, your phone rang again...
Suga picked it up
You didnā€™t even register that he did since you were so lost in pleasure, so your moans were loud as ever, definitely loud enough so that your ex knew exactly what was going on
ā€Sorry, sheā€™s busyā€
With that your ex hadnā€™t bothered you again
A/N: I had fun writing this so if thereā€™s another character youā€™d like to see done with the same concept, feel free to ask ā˜ŗļø

Casting Thoughts
Yes, I did a long post when the rumours first dropped but hey now itā€™s confirmed plus we have characters descriptions, and Iā€™m bored so letā€™s do this all over again people.Ā  Under the cut because it got long
Sisi Stringer as Rose Hathaway
I said this in my other post but Iā€™m pretty happy with Sisi as Rose.
Visually I think sheā€™s a great fit, I love that they casted a WoC in the main role, and I think if she can bring Roseā€™s humour and sarcasm to the role, sheā€™s going to do great.
The character description mentions Rose beingĀ ā€œfiery and outspokenā€, happy to jump into the action, and the strongest fighter in her class but struggling to toe the line, which is all very Rose-esque, especially in the first book.Ā  It sounds to me like they have a good grasp on her character.
Iā€™m a little disappointed we didnā€™t hear more about Rose as a character since she is the lead - it felt like the descriptions for Lissa and Dimitri both gave us a little more to go on - but it is only a very preliminary description so Iā€™m happy to wait for more.
Daniela Nieves as Lissa Dragomir
Daniele is another one who I was happy with straight away.
Sheā€™s probably not what I imagined for Lissa visually but thatā€™s not a bad thing either; I will be interested to see if they dye her hair a lighter colour (like a caramel-blonde) but personally thatā€™s not something I need to see for her to be a great fit for Lissa.
I think she has a very sweet face which works well for a character like Lissa but I think sheā€™s also going to be able to stand up in Lissaā€™s more fiercer moments which is nice to see as well.
The character descriptions mentions her as beingĀ ā€œcarefree and kind-heartedā€ whoĀ ā€œcoastsā€ through life until a death in the family thrusts her into a new role.Ā  That sounds a lot like pre-series Lissa so I wonder if weā€™re going to see a bit of that in the show before Andre (and her parents??) die and see that change.Ā Ā
Itā€™s curious though that sheā€™s described as the younger sister of the heir apparent - which would be Andre - so it sounds like theyā€™ve changed it so Andre was supposed to be King.Ā  Obviously a deviation from the books but I donā€™t hate it?Ā  I donā€™t think it would change Lissaā€™s arc all that much because obviously she was always going to grow up to be an influential royal figure, this just slightly changes the dynamics of it.
The description also specifically mentions that sheā€™s uninterested inĀ ā€œpolitical machinationsā€ and theĀ ā€œhypocrisy of the moroi royal societyā€ which sounds very accurate to book!lissa as well.
All in all Iā€™m very happy with what theyā€™re doing with Lissa.
Keiron Moore as Dimitri Belikov
This is one whoā€™s really grown on me since the rumoured cast list started circulating.Ā  At first I was kind of eh about him but I can really see him as Dimitri now.
I will be curious to see if he grows out his hair or not though.
As far as I know Keiron is not Russian, thereā€™s not a lot about him online, but thereā€™s some instagram activity on his account linking him to UK based companies so that would be my guess as to where heā€™s from.Ā  Theyā€™ve kept Dimitriā€™s incredibly Russian name so I guess weā€™re to assume Keiron might be doing an accent and theyā€™re keeping Dimitriā€™s backstory relatively the same?Ā  Iā€™m not gonna be super mad if they change it just because I think itā€™s doable for him not to be Russian (I know, I know a whole book is set in Russia but lbr here they could make him from anywhere and just send Rose there in that book).
The biggest thing for me will be his chemistry with Sisi, Danila and Zoey had great chemistry (imo anyway) which saved the move a little for me, so itā€™ll be important that Sisi and Keiron do as well.Ā  Theyā€™ve interacted a few times online which is cute so Iā€™m hoping they were able to do some chemistry reads and that will translate on screen.
The character description mentions Dimitri as beingĀ ā€œlethal, disciplined, discreet, and totally committedā€ as well as living byĀ ā€œa deep moral codeā€ but with more going on ā€œbeneath his stoic, watchful surfaceā€ which sounds exactly like book!Dimitri to me.
They donā€™t really specify what his role at St Vladā€™s is going to be but they do mention that he is a guardian so Iā€™m assuming theyā€™re keeping some sort of age gap between him and Rose.Ā  They also donā€™t mention anything about their relationship in the description, be it student/teacher, platonic, romantic, whatever, but they do say he has ā€œan expansive spirit that could threaten to expose the underlying tension between his sense of whatā€™s right and his formal duty to the Moroi.ā€ which seems like a nod to their relationship.
Andre Dae-Kim as Christian Ozera
This was one of my favourite casting choices from the original rumoured cast list and I still love it.
The idea of a non-white Christian makes a lot of sense to me and I think Andre could do a great job of Christianā€™s aloofness (in the first book) as well as his sarcasm and growing confidence across the other books.
His character description confuses me a bit though:Ā ā€œIntelligent and thoughtful, Christian is the pariah of the school and royal court, due to his parentsā€™ unforgivable societal sins.ā€ sounds accurate enough to the book (although idk if thoughtful is quite the word Iā€™d use for Christian - maybe they mean it in the sense that heā€™s quiet and keeps to himself?).
EvenĀ ā€œWell-read and hungry for knowledgeā€ doesnā€™t sound that far off, idk if he was *that* particularly studious in the books, but it doesnā€™t necessarily not make sense either you know?
ButĀ ā€œhe searches for faith-based answers and discovers a kindred spirit who is also looking for the truthā€ ??? My cynical, irreverent asshole Christian is now a man of faith? Iā€™m assuming Lissa is theĀ ā€œkindred spiritā€ (again weird word choice but maybe they mean sheā€™s feeling lost because of the death of her family?) but I just cannot see Christian as being particularly religious.
Iā€™m trying to keep an open mind about these changes because you never know they might play out totally different on screen, but I really hope they didnā€™t make these changes, particularly that Christian is studious and religious, just because they cast an Asian actor as him (because they feel a little like Asian stereotypes).
J August Richards as Victor Dashkov
This is one that didnā€™t appear on the original rumoured cast list (as far as I saw) and itā€™s so different to his description in the books that I kind of donā€™t have an opinion about it as a casting choice.
Iā€™ve never seen him in anything before so purely on a visual level I think he could be a great fit for Victor, I just think itā€™ll really come down to how he plays it.
As for this character description:Ā ā€œVictor is a Moroi noble vampire with a heart of gold whoā€™s highly regarded for his role as advisor and political strategist to Moroi dignitaries.ā€ as well as mentioning that he has intelligence and influence, sounds pretty accurate to the book.Ā  Obviously if Andre was the heir to the throne, Victor had to be shifted out of that role, but I think his book 1 arc could still work if they wanted it to.
The ā€œheart of goldā€ bit obviously made me chuckle and I really hope they threw it in there as a kind of decoy to throw non-book-readers off the fact that heā€™s actually the villain in book 1/s1.
As for giving him a husband and two daughters, my thoughts are: why the fuck not? He didnā€™t have a love interest in the original books and Iā€™m always down for more lgbtq+ rep.Ā  My only concern is it maybe playing into the trope of evil/villain characters being queer-coded.Ā  And as for having two daughters, well as long as one of them is Natalie I donā€™t mind.
Anita-Joy Uwajeh as Tatiana Vogel
Okay this is the most bizarre one imo, not because of the casting, but just the character description.
I mean ā€œTatiana is a Moroi vampire and political underdog who slowly takes the royal court by storm. Motivated by love and a sense of justice, Tatiana has a unique skill of making herself seem of no consequence until we realize much too late that she was always the one to watch.ā€ sounds extremely Tasha Ozera to me, so like why not just make this character Tasha?Ā  Nothing about this sounds like Tatiana, and Tatiana wasnā€™t even a Vogel anyway (well Vogel wasnā€™t even one of the 12 royal families), she was an Ivashkov.
In terms of Anita-Joy herself, well I mean we donā€™t really have a character to compare her to, is she supposed to be more like Tasha or Tatiana?Ā  She looks fairly young, so my guess is actually on Tasha, but weā€™ll have to wait to see I guess.
Mia McKenna-Bruce as Mia Karp
This is another one that I was instantly a fan of.
I was so not a fan of Miaā€™s casting in the movie (I canā€™t even remember who played her tbh but I really didnā€™t like it) so this Mia is a lot closer to how I imagine her.
I think sheā€™ll be able to carry Miaā€™s transformation from bratty social-climber to badass fighter really well.
The character description is interesting though.Ā Ā ā€œWitty, cutting, and just the right kind of ruthless when necessary, non-Royal Mia has a long-term plan to social climb her way into the ranks of royalty, with all the privilege and freedom that entails.ā€ sound pretty bang on to Mia in the first book.
ā€œA plan complicated by her instant chemistry with Meredith, a Guardian-in-training, as Mia struggles to reconcile her attraction to Meredith with her lowly status.ā€ is an obvious deviation though, and one I kind of love???Ā  Give me all the queer rep, and if we get to see Mia confront the issue of comp-het Iā€™m so here for it.Ā Ā
Itā€™s kind of funny though because Iā€™ve seen theories that Meredith is a replacement for Eddie and Mia/Eddie has always been my sort of rarepair ship.
The last name Karp is weird af though.Ā  Is she supposed to be Sonyaā€™s daughter?Ā  And if thatā€™s the case I wonder if weā€™re going to actually see Sonya turn Strigoi in the showā€™s first season or something and that triggers the change in Mia?Ā  Interesting concept but Iā€™m not sure how the timeline will work.
Rhian Blundell as Meredith
So this is another new one, and tbh I hadnā€™t given Meredith *that* much though in the past but sheā€™s probably close to how I would have pictured her which is cool.
The elephant in the room with this casting is that Meredithā€™s role in the books was relatively minor - she was just kind of that character that got brought up whenever R.M needed a dhampir who wasnā€™t Rose/Dimitri/Mason/Eddie.Ā  So clearly sheā€™s going to have a bigger role in the tv show which I donā€™t mind but I do wonder if weā€™re going to lose a character - probably Eddie lbr - in order to have her.Ā  They havenā€™t casted an Eddie yet as far as we know, but I have seen it pointed out that Eddieā€™s role in book 1 was pretty small so maybe they just arenā€™t announcing it.Ā  But thereā€™s also the possibility that maybe Meredith will sort of replace Eddie and be the third part of Rose and Masonā€™s friendship.
Iā€™m very interested by this part of her character description though,Ā ā€œShe has little patience for Roseā€™s volatility or Miaā€™s elitism, and regularly calls both of them out.ā€
Jonetta Kaiser as Sonya Karp
I donā€™t necessarily dislike Jonetta as Sonya but I am confused by this choice.Ā  She looks fairly young, which tbf Sonya was young-ish I guess, but if Mia is supposed to be her daughter she doesnā€™t look old enough to have a teenaged daughter.Ā  So maybe Sonya and Mia are sisters? Cousins? Just have each otherā€™s last names for no reason? I really donā€™t know.Ā  They also look nothing alike.
Other than that, I donā€™t really have an opinion about Jonetta as Sonya.Ā  Obviously looks nothing like how Sonya was described but thatā€™s not new nor a massive concern for me.Ā Ā
I canā€™t really tell just from looking at her, and I havenā€™t seen her in anything, if she would play a good Sonya.Ā  I think with a lot of the characters itā€™s going to come down to the personality they bring to the part and the writing.
I looooooove her character description though:Ā  ā€œQuiet, careful and decidedly odd, Sonya is not of royal bloodline and sits out on the fringe of Moroi society, preferring to spend her time in the library or her gardens. Not a person who likes a scene, nonetheless she has a quiet but profound power of her own. She is taken by surprise when a Dhampir Guardian named Mikhail shows interest in her, a relationship that will expose both the brightest and darkest parts of her heart.ā€Ā  Itā€™s everything I would probably want from a description of Sonya and Iā€™m more and more convinced that weā€™re going to see Sonyaā€™s descent into madness and transformation into a Strigoi play out in maybe the first season which I am so curious how theyā€™re going to work into the timeline.
Andrew Liner as Mason Ashford
Our last one and another one who doesnā€™t look remotely like his description but again? Not a surprise and not a problem for me.Ā  He looks like he could play Masonā€™s goofiness really well as well as be a solid contender for a love interest for Rose.
ā€œCharming, loyal and popular, Mason is Roseā€™s main competition in the quest to become the No. 1 Guardian-in-training. Though their relationship is casual on her side, he is hopeful she will finally look at him and see him as something more.ā€ His character description makes a lot of sense, maybe him being Roseā€™s main competition is a bit of a deviation? But I think thatā€™s more an indication that heā€™s supposed to be a strong fighter which isnā€™t inaccurate to the books.Ā  The rest sounds great.
Other Thoughts
Descriptions of the show specifically mention friendship and classism as major themes which I am very happy to hear about because those are the two parts of VA that I love the most.
Am a little more worried about it being described asĀ ā€œsexyā€ though, if they shove a whole bunch of meaningless sex scenes in it just because itā€™s a YA show Iā€™m not gonna be happy.
Seen the show compared toĀ ā€œGame of Thronesā€ andĀ ā€œBridgertonā€ which at first had me like oh fuck oh fuck oh fuck not good not good not good.Ā  But thinking about it more and trying to understand where Plecā€™s coming from with that description I wonder if means similar to GoT as in the cut-throat nature of the Moroi/Dhampir society cause I can kind of see that.Ā  And as for Bridgerton I wonder if sheā€™s referring to the kind of social-climbing aspects of it, because again that makes sense and it seems like a theme she really wants to concentrate on.Ā  I hope thatā€™s what she means by those comparisons, or that she just wants to compare it to popular shows to get people to watch it.Ā  The worst would be if she tries to throw in a lot of unnecessary sex scenes to make it like those shows, because I hate when they do that, especially when the characters are teenagers.
Interesting to hear that Plec has known about the series since before Twilight or TVD - not sure if thatā€™s a good thing or a bad thing.
Seems like itā€™s actually mostly (or all??) written by Marguerite MacIntyre which is interesting because I know people were worried about Julie Plec - Iā€™ve never watched anything by either of them so Iā€™m neutral at this point.

Okay okay for Konnyboy, 1-10, 12, 13, 18, 21, 26, 30, 31, 36, 42, 45, aaaaand uhhh 49
babe p l s lolĀ
A LOT about fighty boi (in bnha universe) under readmore!Ā
1. Whatā€™s their full name? Why was that chosen? Does it mean anything?Ā
Konstantin Ezekial Blovasky! He was named primarily because his father was a Russian immigrant and his mom wanted to embrace his fatherā€™s culture along with hers. Thereā€™s not much sentimental thought put into Konā€™s name, and tbh I canā€™t actually remember much about my thought process behind naming himĀ
2. Do they have any titles? How did they get them?Ā
Uhhhhhhhh h h hh h hhh hh h h He technically should have a few military ranks and he was honorably discharged, but see, the thing is I have enough military knowledge to fake it to someone who knows nothing about the military. Idk enough to actually say what ranks or whatever he has.Ā
He was, however, a Warden... though if you call him that youā€™d better be prepared to runĀ
3. Did they have a good childhood? What are fond memories they have of it? Whatā€™s a bad memory?Ā
Kon had a terrible childhood, partially because he grew up believing he was quirkless. He also grew up the son of an immigrant and a rather helpless, chubby child - Kon as a kid was always getting into fights and learned very quickly how to fight back.Ā
His mom is absolutely the majority of his fondest memories - Mama B taught him how to use a gun, how to treat a lady, she raised a proper gentleman through and through and she was a redneck badass alllllllll the way.Ā
4. What is their relationship with their parents? Whatā€™s a good and bad memory with them? Did they know both parents?Ā
Kon never knew his dad Stephen, because his fatherā€™s citizenship in the US was dependent on him completing several tours in the United States military. This is actually a pretty normal way to get a US citizenship and Konā€™s father was pretty glad to do it. He met Theresa and they got married right before he left - technically he couldā€™ve gotten citizenship through the marriage, but the marriage itself was last minute.Ā
Unfortunately Stephen was killed in a training accident when Kon was a baby and it lead to Konā€™s extreme dislike of people mishandling or joking around with guns. One of Konā€™s worse memories is his mother crying as she sobbed out how his father died when she considered him old enough.Ā
One of Konā€™s BEST memories is his mother watching proudly as he left on his first tour. His absolute worst memory is coming home to nobody.Ā
5. Do they have any siblings? Whatā€™s their names? What is their relationship with them? Has their relationship changed since they were kids to adults?Ā
Nope! Konā€™s a single child, Theresa was too heartbroken to have another husband.Ā
6. What were they like at school? Did they enjoy it? Did they finish? What level of higher education did they reach? What subjects did they enjoy? Which did they hate?
Kon didnā€™t enjoy school because despite his straight to the point nature heā€™s really not a school type person. He got rather middling grades that bordered on nearly failing when he had some particularly rough years. He was a very angsty, angry teen. He ended up leaving high school and heading into the military right away once he graduated.Ā
Though he usually enjoyed history and government classes, rules and systems work great for him. He HATED any classes that had philosophy in them because high school teachers are never looking for proper philosophical answers theyā€™re looking for a Specific Answer lolĀ
7. Did they have lots of friends as a child? Did they keep any of their childhood friends into adulthood?Ā
Kon had a few people he hung out with - and like, two girlfriends - but no, not anyone he kept contact with. Nobody was particularly surprised when he left and never came back.Ā
8. Did they have pets as a child? Do they have pets as an adult? Do they like animals?Ā
Kon had a pet goldfish as a child and then his mom proceeded to get him a brand new one every time it died. This led Kon to believe he had one goldfish most of his childhood when in fact, neither of them were good at taking care of aquatic animals. The goldfish was named Mike and Kon didnā€™t learn the Truth until he graduated high school and was rather HorrifiedĀ
9. Do animals like them? Do they get on well with animals?Ā
He likes them well enough. Theyā€™re a responsibility and he doesnā€™t see much reason to have them. Heā€™s perfectly content to interact with other peopleā€™s animals and never have his own. Most animals are ambivalent towards him.Ā
10. Do they like children? Do children like them? Do they have or want any children? What would they be like as a parent? Or as a godparent/babysitter/ect?Ā
Kon is both a GREAT and a TERRIBLE influence on children. He wonā€™t lie, he doesnā€™t blunt the hard truth, and he cusses like a motherfucking sailor. This means that when babysitting, kids LOVE him, but their parents certainly do not. Heā€™s the PERFECT caretaker for traumatized, cynical children whomst hate societyĀ
He ends up adopting the two lovely genderless duo Andi and Rosey and Kon is officially a Dad. Heā€™s so weak. He didnā€™t expect to be overcome with so much emotion. The kids fall asleep on him one night and he carries them to bed and he actually stops and cries because. Oh my god. He has children. Theyā€™re so precious.Ā
12. What is their favourite food?Ā
He doesnā€™t much care about food but he likes corn nuts. Unfortunately he canā€™t really eat them after the Desert Incident because his jaw is weak on the left side and corn nuts are HARD AF. Heā€™ll still suck on the barbecue ones.Ā
13. What is their least favourite food?
Again, heā€™s not really into food stuff. He canā€™t stand anything Hot after the Uncident though and he hates liquids because they tend to spil out of his mouth easily.Ā
18. Whatā€™s their favourite genre of: books, music, tv shows, films, video games and anything else
Kon loves mystery novels, watching and bitching good naturedly about shitty reality TV/soap operas/B-Movies, and every time he calls the plot like ten minutes in. The kids are so mad.Ā
21. Do they have a temper? Are they patient? What are they like when they do lose their temper?
Kon is odd, certain things will trigger his temper very easily, and heā€™s VERY easily irritable, but in certain situations he can be surprisingly patient, like with kids. He gets very pissy very fast with grown ass adults who should know better. Kon cusses a lot as a general rule but he can get downright vicious with the cursing and insults when somebody pisses him off. And while he doesnā€™t resort to violence without due reason, he really, really is not above whooping someoneā€™s ass just because they pissed him off.Ā
26. How do they act when theyā€™re happy? Do they sing? Dance? Hum? Or do they hide their emotions?
Kon is usually oddly quiet when heā€™s happy. Sometimes he may smile idly or just sit and stare off, chilling. If heā€™s around people he doesnā€™t like he ups the cheerful factor just to fuck with them, because heā€™s a known Grouchy Asshole. But in private heā€™ll possibly hum and rumble, talking to himself. He has a very nice gravelly/raspy voice. He also may seek out casual physical affection when relaxed and happy. Just holding hands or a hand on someoneā€™s arms or bumping shoulders.Ā
30. Do they exercise? Regularly? Or only when forced? What do they act like pre-work out and post-work out?Ā
Kon is probably letting himself go atĀ ā€œthisā€ current point and he doesnā€™t work out as often as he should. When he gets really, really angry he goes to a gym and beats up people/punching bags until heā€™s black and blue. But otherwise heā€™s mostly just older muscle hidden under some chub.Ā
After all, exercising means you get sweaty and very, very hot.Ā
31. Do they drink? What are they like drunk? What are they like hungover? How do they act when other people are drunk or hungover? Kind or teasing?
Kon never drinks. If he does get drunk, heā€™s a giggly dissociate drunk who stares off into the distance and chuckles ominously.Ā
36. What are they good at? What hobbies do they like? Can they sing?
Konā€™s good at managing and following orders. Heā€™s also good at breaking orders when he needs to. He... doesnā€™t really have hobbies? Having a pseudo-personality take over your entire mental state and leaving you with several years of blurry, blank memories kind of fucks up your concept of self. Heā€™s honestly trying to figure out what he even likes at this point. Reading and being a Dad seems to be a good thing that he likes.Ā
He in fact can sing, but not very traditionally well. Heā€™s a bit tone deaf as well but his voice is really nice to listen to regardless. Heā€™s pretty deep!Ā
42. What are their goals? What would they sacrifice anything for? What is their secret ambition?
See, Kon has no idea at this point.Ā
After the Incident and the People, he barely even knows his own mind anymore. Heā€™s trying to rediscover himself and what he even cares about. His whole life is going through a crisis.Ā
However, he does seem to enjoy the kids, and he damn well will drop everything and anything to take care of them and protect them. Heā€™s quickly learning that caring about himself might be hard but he damn well can care about others.Ā
45. How do other people see them? Is it similar to how they see themselves?
People who donā€™t know him personally see him as a rough, grouchy, constantly scowling asshole. And... he is.Ā
But people who know him better know that heā€™s just a rather private person whoā€™s been through a lot and they can tell when heā€™s in good moods or not. He sees himself as an honest, serious man who isnā€™t very social or very good at the social game. Heā€™s very well aware of the type of person he puts himself out to be though. It helps keep people away generally.Ā
49. What is their most valued object? Are they sentimental? Is there something they have to take everywhere with them?
Kon used to have a picture of him and his mom that he used to carry around with him. Somewhere around a certain timeframe, he lost it... he feels really shitty about it. Otherwise heā€™s not too sentimental.Ā

top 3 controversial fe opinions
@renegaede
PUTTING THESE UNDER A READ MORE.
1. s.oren is overrated: i havenā€™t gone through radiant dawn yet but idk why people like him so much?Ā  heā€™s ornery, incredibly cynical and pessimistic and i get that he has a tragic backstory, but so does like, everyone?Ā  in fire emblem?Ā  sorry, s.oren, i get that you were hated by everyone and shunned and etc, etc. thatā€™s super shitty, but other people went through shit too and theyā€™re not annoying assholes about it?Ā  i really donā€™t care for ik.e/so.ren at all either.Ā  maybe my feelings will change once i play/read through radiant dawn, but otherwise, iā€™m extremely /: about s.oren.
2. s.igurd is overrated: i donā€™t care about s.igurd.Ā  i think de.irdre is a far more interesting character to be honest?Ā  granted, i havenā€™t played fe.4, but based on what i know about him, heā€™s kind of just eh for me.Ā  i like s.igurd more when heā€™s a dead hero because i think it really emphasizes the fantasy of him, raising him from idealistic man to mythical hero, which i think is a far more interesting concept in terms of transformation and how his death impacts the rest of the cast.Ā  i like se.liph much more in terms of trying to live up to his fatherā€™s legacy.Ā  i think thatā€™s a far more interesting narrative, but s.igurd himself is just kind of ... eh.Ā  he doesnā€™t really do much.Ā  the whole s.igurd/d.eirdre one day romance thing is ridiculous.
3. i donā€™t care about e.liwood: BYE i think he has potential and i think hector + lyn really outshine him in terms of personality, but lyn deserved to be the main lord of fe7.Ā  e.liwood is a nice, young man and i think thatā€™s fine and dandy and all, but heā€™s boring and yes, i am just mean.
