The sun was shining, a warm breeze passed through the streets. Everything about this day was perfect. The shota skipped through the streets of Hani’i happily, planning to take full advantage of the day. He had both Bun-Bun and Chu-Chi with him, not wanting them to miss out on anything. In fact, he had even invited his brother along, but the invitation was met with a glare and a mumble that Chika-chan was going to the family dojo.

It was perfect weather for ice cream. Just a few days ago, Honey had to walk around his estate in a huge, pink blanket in order to keep himself warm. At least he got to have fun wearing the blanket. Honey had pretended that whole day that he was a king, considering the way it dragged behind him like a cape.

Even without the blanket-cape, Honey still felt like royalty. Having more than enough money, he planned to buy the biggest ice cream cone he could, along with all the different sprinkles and sauces. Make that two ice cream cones. Maybe three, if he still wanted ice cream, which was very likely. Or maybe he should get one of those super mega jumbo slushies with all of the colours of the rainbow. Those were good too.

Bouncing along the street, softly singing a happy tune about the ice cream he was about to buy, he suddenly stopped when another person’s face came into view. The boy in question looked the complete opposite of happy. For a moment, Honey stood there staring at him, trying to figure out why anybody wouldn’t be cheerful. The blond had to do something about it.

Making sure that both toy bunnies were firmly grasped in one hand, he ran up to the boy from behind. He grabbed one of the taller boy’s hands to get his attention, and asked, “Why don’t you look happy? I know what’ll make you happy! Here, I’ll let you hold either Bun-Bun or Chu-Chi! Then we can play together!” Honey demonstrated both toys by holding them straight up. There was no way anybody could resist his adorable toys.

"Go ahead and leave. I'm not going to stop you."

Ratio sighed. The worst kind of patient was the ones that were stubborn. Well, the other didn't seem too be that injured, so he should be okay...though somehow the doctor was still worried. "...Fine, but here is my card. Give me a call if anything comes up..."

{☾}; "Kya!" Anna yelled this as she stepped back quickly from the street, the oncoming car scaring her. Her eyes fantically searched for something to throw at the foe, but could only find dirt; which she packed into a snowball-like form. 

{☾}; Her hands swings and the ball is released, it heading towards the car. But the car is quick and the ball misses, sending it further across the street and hitting a boy from behind. A gasp came from her lips as she realized what she did. Anna started running in the street towards him, completely forgetting the cars. "I'm so sorr-!" Her words halting; as she stopped and fell backwards from shock as a car literally screeched to a stop inches in front of her. Her breathing was deep and quick as she quickly crawled to the sidewalk, completely terrified by now.

The sounds of the waves from the beach could be heard from where Tohru was, drawing her attention to it as she was walking. Turning her head, she eyed the waves and took in the beautiful surrounding, not paying attention to where she was walking. As she took in a deep breath of the fresh air, her body collided with another; hard enough to where she pushed him over, soon landing on top of him.

For the sake of nostalgia, Shinkai had decided to go for an evening bike ride to just take in the sights of his new neighborhood. His journey had taken him all the way to Mocha Valley before he decided to take quick breather. Koi was definitely different than Hakone, but it was undeniably beautiful. Beautiful even in the rain, he mentally noted as droplets began falling from the darkening sky. Quickly finding shelter under the overhang of a nearby building, Shinkai decided to wait until the rain lightened up before returning to his home in Chai Condos.

The red-haired cyclist leaned his bike against the building and absentmindedly gnawed on a PowerBar while he reflected on his decision to leave Hakone. He had to admit, he really missed his friends from the cycling club. Shinkai was rather quiet by nature, so he hadn’t really introduced himself to many people here yet. He really wanted to make friends here, though. He wondered what the best approach to doing that would be… In the cycling club, they had all shared a common interest, not to mention they were stuck practicing together for hours every day. It had been inevitable that they would bond eventually. Here though… He wondered if anyone here liked cycling. Or maybe PowerBars? Bunnies? Someone here had to like bunnies.

Movement in Shinkai’s peripheral vision snapped him out of his musings. Well, now was just as good a time as any to try and make a new friend, right? This new start was a great opportunity to break out of his shyness a bit. He mentally geared himself up to call out to the stranger. On your mark… Get set…

"Hello!" the cyclist called out. "Some weather, huh?" Shinkai cringed internally. The weather was the best he could come up with on the spot. Well, while it wasn’t very original, it was a start. Hopefully this stranger was in the mood for a chat and would save Shinkai’s awkward conversation starter.
