I'm curious abt the "Will/Nigel (Roleplay)" just because I'm used to seeing Adam/Nigel AU's instead

Ooh yeah I love SpaceDogs, that's a great ship. If you haven't checked out an DogsDogs (Will/Nigel) or even any MurderDogs (Will/Hannibal/Nigel) fics, I'd encourage you to do so; it's an interesting dynamic.

I personally really like the DogsDogs (and MurderDogs) ship because I think Hannibal and Nigel are very similar in that they're both extremely dangerous individuals whose overwhelming love often comes at the price of the death of others, but where Hannibal is generally precise and quietly menacing, favoring beautiful displays and the delicate work of hands and knives, Nigel is loud and messy and abrasive and just does not give a single fuck about how people die and what happens to their bodies as long as he's not getting caught.

And I think there's aspects of those traits that transfer over to the relationships that Will could potentially have with each of them in fic universes. Will with Hannibal is mostly mind games, philosophy, and morals or the lack thereof. Will and Nigel is just games, and revelling in the pain rather than the events that led them there, and the idea of "don't threaten me with a good time".

Hannibal is impulsive and polite and Nigel is compulsive and rude, and sometimes I just love seeing Will in situations where he gets to say "fuck it I'm gonna let loose" with Nigel rather than having to deal with the constant upkeep of the person suit and the roundabout conversations he has with Hannibal.

My basic idea for my Will/Nigel (Roleplay) fic is that it takes place in season 3a of Hannibal and after the events of Charlie Countryman, and they're using each other as a rebound from Hannibal and Gabby respectively, and to add some fun to the experience, they show up with garment bags for each other and they end up fucking nasty half-dressed with Nigel in a garish three-piece suit and Will in a black dress and tights and heels that you might see someone wear to a symphony.

Thoughts on shaun

Shaun getting more clever and learning things is probably terrifying for the dude owning the garage Shaun lives in, like that scene in Jurassic Park where the raptors use the door knob.

Hes seen what shaun does, and this thing pretending to be human is slowly getting better at it. In itself kinda scary, but less so when its easy to push him around.

He's picking up mannerisms, instead of shifting around like he doesn't know where to put his arms.

Shaun Imitating peoples poses, crossing his arms when others do, i think it makes him feel more like hes a part of the group and being better at human

I don't think he talks much still but he is moving from single words to small sentences, still talks about himself in third person tho. Talks like someone who is esl but with all the connecting words partly missing or needing work.

Repeats stuff, the tv being the worst offender, but in fitting situations.

Like commenting on the bloodstains with what hes heard about detergent. "Hard to remove stains?" Hed mutter, "silkwhite, For best results" like some murderous parrot.

Understands that someone else might feel stuff, not just him. Might try and fail to offer support/comfort.

Monotone voice, doesnt know how sarcasm or wordplay works, very straight forward.

Gets better glasses, helps more now that his eyes are getting better.

I think he is starting to understand his disguise isnt perfect, hes not very expressive but he knows he should keep his mouth shut around strangers.

But watching this thing you know isnt human, get better at acting like a human is probably unnerving as shit.
