  It had been so long since Lulu had found such a big city unoccupied by any other working dream eaters. It was like running free in a candy store, except a lot bigger! Some baku were very territorial, and she supposes she can’t really blame them too much for something like that, but it really hampers on her ability to keep up with fashion and other things she loves.

  “I know I saw something about that shop being in this city... it didn’t close down, did it?” She mumbled to herself as she wandered the streets. Sometimes a few people would stare at her in passing, and she could only assume that was due to the apparent exotic coloring of her eyes. Unfortunately, unlike her ears which she was able to change to look mostly normal, she was unable to change the color of her eyes. Not that she even knew what sort of color they were in the first place, or what kind of colors were considered ‘normal’. As a dream eater, she didn’t see any color at all.

  She eventually comes to a halt upon realizing that the streets she was traveling on were much, much smaller. In fact, these weren’t streets at all anymore. What were these side things called? Alleyways? “Ahhh, no, don’t tell me I’m lost! I’ll never make it there before closing if so... how depressing...” The girl slumps over with a sigh, feeling rather defeated by this big city. If only someone were around to help her...! Of course, if someone were, in fact, already there with her, she might be in for a big scare.

      A new region, a new city, would there also be new adventures waiting for her too? Dawn certainly hoped so. Coming to Unova was going to be kind of a big chance in some ways for her. It was kind of scary but it also gave her a feeling of thrill too. Seeing the big city come into view from the window of the boat she had been on for a few days now gave her an excited chill. She quickly gathered all of her things as they began to dock.

      Taking her first step off of the boat and onto the solid ground of the dock under her, she stared up at the tall buildings that loomed over her. Of course she had a huge mountain to stare at back in Sinnoh, but there weren’t any cities like this back home.

      Thankfully enough, Professor Rowan was nice enough to give her a map that would keep her from getting lost. Her starting location was Castelia City and she had to make her way to Nuvema town from here, but that was fine. It would give her a chance to actually relax and explore what this region had to offer. That’s why instead it was decided that she’d explore around and see what there was to offer here.

      However, her decision quickly came back to bite her when suddenly... she was lost. This city was huge and had so many alleyways and main streets. Trying to explore it all sort of made her lose her way. Before she knew it, Dawn was on some random street looking like a lost puppy. What a way to start a new journey huh?

      “Uu... I need to find someone who knows their way around here. If I keep walking around aimlessly like this, it’ll take me hours to find where I’m going.”

So, I made it. I officially hit the 50,000 words I committed to doing on November 1st. I'm so excited that I was able to make progress on two of my novels and take some time for myself to write. Thank you to all of my family and friends who put up with me through this and encouraged me to succeed. #NaNoWriMo #nanowrimo2015 #amwriting #dreams #idealhero

Replies will still come, just more slowly (HA IRONIC I'M ALREADY SLOW I'm so sorry) because I'm on the desktop and I can't use the desktop for as long as I can the laptop. It really did seem like they were trying to be helpful, and I’d look at it from a standpoint of at least they thought you were good enough that you were worth giving a few tips, but yes. I know how it feels, and I’m sorry it hurt your confidence<33

Thank you. I'm trying to learn from what they said. It was nice of them to go through the trouble, I'm just overly-sensitive I guess. And apparently insecure about how I play him xD;; I put a ton of work into it but there's always more to be done.

Being told off by anons is certainly no fun, but I do think they were trying to be helpful.It’s still scary and would shake me,too,especially being called offensive.Just try and clear your head and figure out how you want to deal with their thoughts.

I was definitely thrown off, yeah. I'm really glad other people think they were trying to be helpful, it's reassuring to me. ; v ; I will. I think I'll do some binge research and work this out.
