i'm so fucking tired of work changing my job role every few months because the 6 directors can't fucking decide between themselves what admin roles they want me to do. can you guys make your fucking minds up!!

#plane text #idc ive been looking at other jobs already at this point bc im frustrated with the lack of communication #its like. nobody i work with personally has issues #but every time they'll say 'ok you do work for x person now #and i do it. perfectly. i am GOOD at my job #but then one of the other directors will go 'mm what is markus actually doing for us' IM DOING THE FUCKING ROLE YOU GAVE ME DIPSHIT
