A few times i've been around the block to know better than this. Always careful, way too careful. Worried for bad things that wouldn't happen. Bidding my time, working my way around. Just to be deceived in a variety of ways. I thought I knew how to avoid damage, but it seems that I like the flames, standing on burning bridges until everything collapse. Yesterday someone whom I never met before told me I'm too much, way too cool, that I'm in. I couldn't help to ask myself why I felt left outside. Left to rot in the weather. I just smirked and thanked, feeling awkward for the compliment.
