dad!driver renaissance 🗣️🔥

i can just imagine max not wanting to push his daughter into racing the way he was but she asks for a kart for her birthday and is over the moon excited about the idea of being a driver.

he wants to make sure the only reason she wants to race is because it’s something she enjoys and not something she thinks she should be doing. (she’d absolutely make him race her in the karts as well)

No because she would want to be just like her dad 🥹

Growing up and seeing her dad win championship after championship, the entire atmosphere of the team, the celebration, she knew what she wanted since then. A kart of her own.

She would be BEGGING Max for a kart. Needless to say, I think max has a fear of her karting. Mostly due to his own upbringing and Max only wants her to know that she doesn't have to kart to make him happy for live up to his legacy.

Her response? "I don't care about yours I want my own!" ...😭

Once he finally gets her a kart for her birthday she is over the moon. I'm saying she gets in it quicker than lightning and wants to test it out. And once she gets put into karting? Max gets heart attack after heart attack.

Particularly one time where she spun out onto the grass and he PANICKED. Only for her to say "I'm okay!" with a little thumbs up in her gloves 🥹

That's his little girl out there 😔

As for racing, it's Verstappen genes. She has a drive for winning just like her dad and she had challenged him MULTIPLE times. But Max has a soft spot for his daughter and takes it easy on her every time to the point she's the one scolding him about not taking her seriously.

"Nu-uh Papa! You promised me you won't do that!"

hi! sorry i took so long to respond, but i was at work all day and needed to be in the right headspace to answer this lol.

but my headcanons about vampire!oscar don't match the moodboard aesthetic i made.. but this is what i think vampire!oscar is like lol

i see vampire!oscar as like a mix between edward cullen and stefan salvatore. he'd be the brooding type, but not like an annoying amount. like the acceptable amount for a vampire.

he was turned in the late 1800's so he's a been around the block a few times.

took the whole turning process like a champ and really adapted to the lifestyle rather quickly.

hates new vampires who prefer to drink their blood from blood bags. what's the point of being a vampire if you can't relish in it and drink straight from the source??

actually enjoys how modern society loves vampires. he's had one too many pitchforks and lighted torches in search of him over the years.

he's a loner and prefers it that way. he made the mistake of falling for a mortal in his early years of being a vampire and when she wanted him to turn her so they could be together forever he couldn't control himself and drained her :(

he can read minds. it's his favorite past time.

is insanely wealthy but with each new place he moves to he gets little random night shift jobs. his most recent one is closing shift at the movie theater.

7. The ice day were buses were late, students were falling and got posted on Instagram, and we all attacked our school supervisor for letting us go out in this weather to the point he turned off comments 😭

8. A girl sleeping with a substitute teacher and he ghosted her after they hooked up

9. THE DEVIOUS LICKS WHERE SOMEONE STOLE A SOAP DISPENSER

10. We broke a school window and it had to be replaced because of a fight and someone broke a BUS WINDOW.

This is tricky! The way people speak, I suppose? Not necessarily accents or anything just general enunciation and tone, and the way it changes depending on who they're around. Speech is such a huge part of self-expression, so yeah I think that definitely says a lot about how people want to be perceived.

I don't know why I just subconsciously psychoanalyse people a lot, mainly because I'm a chronic people watcher

This isn't necessarily weird but Orcas have really long lasting pregnancies, I believe it's around seventeen months. Which is absolutely insane and way too long. Oh and another fun fact about Orcas, they have to keep half of their brain running at all times and they do this while sleeping because breathing is a voluntary action for them. It also helps them stay alert enough to identify potential danger. This is called unihemispheric sleep or asymmetric sleep, I think (?) and this is why people say that Killer Whales sleep with one eye open because the eye opposite to the part of the brain that is awake literally remains open

Loooooveeeessss lewis. close in competition with logan. But Logan is still the light of her f1 life. Lewis got bonus points for bringing Roscoe for the British GP and they got introduced. Lewis is always so gentle with her but let’s her have fun at the same time.

Fernando is basically a grandpa for her LMAO he’s the fun grandpa that teases you all the time (speaking from experience 😭) she has likes it when he stops by to say hello or… or does those dumb tik toks for aston martin 😭 SHES BEEN FEATURED A COUPLE TIMES AND MCLAREN TOLD THEM TO STOP STEALING THEIR MASCOT 😞😞

And like brocedes would be already established, except the relationship slowly starts becoming toxic, and nico is NOT having a good time (TM)😕, so ofc with jense being his (and lewis') frnd, he goes over and rants and takes comfort against him. Except. This just keeps happening. And neither lewis and nico realise all of it is actually affecting jenson, bc they're so used to seeing the happy front he pulls, but inside Jenson just feels like shit bc the only time he sees nico and lewis is when one of them is ranting to him, and he's comforting them, and then as soon as the both of them are happy again he feels like they completely forget abt him?🤮 So then jenson slowly starts to spiral and isolate himself from them, but they NOTICE, and... okay I'm gonna stop right here bc atp this is starting to look like the info dumps I used to make bfr starting an actual fic. And I. I refuse to get back into writing right now😭. I have way too much shit to do in my life already😔😔.
