I am finding my way back to myself again. slowly, patiently, intricately. I am finding roads in between my heart and my mind that connect. I am finding melodies that taste good on my soul. I stray and i take detours occasionally, but I am finding my way back to myself again.

In the last couple of weeks, a diffuse dissatisfaction came up in me. 

I couldn't pinpoint it exactly, couldn't pin it down - what's gnawing at me and won't let me rest. Like a small tick that has bitten itself. I feel an itch and try to find out what has bitten me. In search of this annoying "tick" I had to start the journey into my inner world. Layer by layer I pulled off worries, fears, stress and other things - like an onion - until I reached the core of the matter.

In stress and overload had forgotten the most important thing - ME!

My energy level tends to zero - everything that brings me joy (singing, painting, meeting with friends - just to name a few) - became a challenge. Something that I "also still have to do". 

So I made a serious decision:

„Now I'm coming first".

I started singing karaoke online - and immediately felt happier, more exuberant.

I started writing this blog and love putting my thoughts "on paper".

Meetings with friends started happening and suddenly my world became a little lighter, more colorful and I know...

 this is MY WAY....

Yesssss!!! Maybe it's sign. It SUCKS to be the one that cares more about others thsn they do about you, it leaves you open for hurt. But obv that's an issue I myself have to work on inside. Because I KNOW what kind of person I am, what I have done to better myself this past year or so and what my intentions for others are. So, blood/family/friend or not ......maybe it's time to walk away and expect nothing. Maybe one day some growing up will happen and/or some egos will fade, and fate will have that come back.
