I played my first Harvest Moon game when I was like 9, so 20 years ago. Two entire decades (!!!) after becoming a fan and playing a lot of the other HM/SoS games, I'm finally playing More Friends of Mineral Town. And GOOD GOD I GET IT! I UNDERSTAND!

I'm on like Winter 22 of year 1 and it looks like I'm gonna marry our chicken man Rick and tender sadboi Cliff. The latter is no surprise, but the former......??

Anyway this is making me extra appreciative of The Shy Newcomer by Durotos on AO3, which is a VERY LONG and VERY GOOD Claire/Cliff fic that I'm way behind on. And now I want to write everything in the world about my beloved eggmonger :')
