#i've been working here for a decade and my hourly rate has only increased by $4/hr in that entire time 🙃#and she was already making more than me 🙃#i handle literally all of the company's financials and manage the website singlehanded. 🙃#and i make the second least amount of money. above only the part time college student 🙃#for the record. i don't blame my coworker at all#she deserves to be well compensated#but hello. i would like a liveable wage too mr boss 🙂👋
