I think the reason I'm not happy in my new city/country and kinda want out asap (luckily this is temporary, just a one-semester exchange until December, and sometime in January I'm going back to Germany) is that I haven't found My Types of Places here yet :') I came here with a bunch of people I know and I don't really like the things they like hahah, or the things tourists tend to do here. I think I'm just not well-suited to living in touristy cities 😭 That's what strikes me so much about Vienna too, I get anxious in huge crowds. I want to live somewhere where I can completely avoid and ignore the existence of those if necessary...

The problem is that a lot of history stuff here needs a car to access... :') And the theatre scene isn't quite as vibrant or affordable as in Germany (though I'm aware Germany is probably one of the best countries there is for that hahah). But idk, I guess I'll try not to despair yet, and I'll keep looking and try to make the most of everything while I'm here :')
