Historical/winter skirt wearers – your advice please!
How many underlayers, and of what kinds, would you recommend for wearing under a full-length mid-weight wool skirt, for walking around in freezing temps (say, 0 to -5C)?
#i'm thinking wool tights and a cotton petticoat but maybe that's not enough?#i generally run warm so i don't need extensive swaddling#historical fashion
