me waiting for the book i just ordered that's only supposed to be delivered on wednesday after not touching anything other than comic books over the last 4 months

#i finally bought 'tender is the flesh' by augustina bazterrica!!! it's been on my tbr for a while now #but the dc comics brainrot is real #i'm still not over it as it's become a hyper fixation and it'll always linger in the back of my brain #and honestly it's not like i really feel any inclination to read anything other than batman comics rn but baby steps ig #it was on sale and i just had to buy it #and it's a beautiful hard cover edition too although i don't gravitate towards them often bc it's not very practical to carry around but #it's just stunning and i had to have it
