one of my friends wants a glam rock/david bowie inspired makeover and i'm having such a time just sending over inspiration of 70s clothes to them and breaking down why the fits work

#they don't know a lot either so it's fun to talk to them b/c if I go into Lecture Mode about silhouette/pants rises/corduroy/wedge sandals #they're like ''omg tell me more'' instead of being bored/annoyed #i'm probably neurotypical but when i hear my ND friends describing infodumping... I'm like kinda feeling that right now #thou knowest not the depths of the knowledge thee appealth to!! i read so much vogue as an elementary schooler lol
