A little bit of a vent piece, less for a specific burst of emotion but more of a kind of passive state that's ramping up a little more as of late. Having a lot of thoughts about my identity and my place in the world, trying to figure out who/what I am.
While the peak of this feeling has passed since I take forever to make art, I don't doubt this will pick up again. After a while though this became more of an artistic experiment and a way to test out my art setup on my laptop. I think it looks alright?

Do you feel like sharing any more of your story about working in harm reduction and leaving because of PTSD? I ask because I really resonated with your tags on that post -- I've semi-recently had to get out of a career in front-line mental health work due to my own PTSD, and there are days where the loss and the changes are devastating. On my good days, I loved that job - and my trauma made me *great* at it. I haven't found my feet on a new path yet; I'm just subsisting on short term disability until I can get up off the floor long enough to figure that out.
I don't know anything about you yet other than those tags, but I saw a stranger I maybe connected with and wanted to reach out. I hope it's going okay for you. It's okay if you don't want to share further.
Yeah, so I have been doing education and outreach work in some capacity off and on since I was in college, lo these many years ago (I am now in my mid thirties). I've mostly done this work for either asexuality/general queerness or for basic science (I am a scientist), mostly in the fifteen years of my adult life in which I lived in Georgia or Texas.
I also come from a family that works on the Hill, a military family that were really big into John McCain, and I was explicitly groomed to be a public servant for most of my childhood. For reasons I'm not getting into right now, my mother and I had a lot of conflicts when I was a kid, but I was always close to my paternal grandmother, and that's the branch of the family that's super into being neck deep in political shit. For a long time, I used to do shit like writing depositions for the Texas Lege, talking to other scientists about how to communicate with public stakeholders about science. I spent a lot of time talking honestly about politics and trying to figure out how to kindly but firmly advocate for my own existence, both with my family and with strangers.
In 2017, I tried reaching back out to my grandmother, because I was scared. And she... made me think that I was loved, and welcomed, and wanted for the first two days of a week long visit. Invited me and my spouse out to dinner at a fancy restaurant owned by a friend. At which point my grandparents very literally picked a fight with me about whether my work had worth and stormed off, leaving me and my spouse on the side of the road with nowhere to go and no one to contact. I begged everyone I knew to put us up for the night and the rest of the trip. That, ah, that one left a pretty bad mark.
I can't do shit like that with people I have an ongoing relationship with anymore. Burned that shit out. Can't let myself be too vulnerable when traveling, either.
So, ah. That's that grief, there.
I do know a little about being burned out by your job, though. My relationship with my academic advisor went badly south during my PhD and he appears to have actively attempted to destroy my career, and that has also left some trauma scars. Add in a helping dose of autistic burnout, compounded shit from the family thing I mentioned, and repeated major housing disturbances during the PhD, and my ability to do my job—which I also love—went straight to hell around 2020, when I finally graduated. (I have very bad luck.) I stumbled out of that job totally unable to function and probably would also have needed short term disability if I hadn't been able to get by using the pandemic as cover.
There are some things about my capacity to do science that I will never get back. I cannot put in the hours I used to. I get stuck a lot. Time can be hard for me. I can't keep up masking as long as I used to be able to, either.
I have found different ways to do my work. I'm still in academia, but I'm eyeing up different jobs if I need them; I have taken the time to think about my skills and what I can do that doesn't mash the sores that my old job chafed to the bone. I needed time to do that. I might need more time than this job can give me, and I have to accept that.
But when I talk about the work, I don't mean the shit they pay me to do, exactly. You're not asking me about what I do to pay my bills. I mean the bigger work of trying to make the world a more knowledgeable, wiser, kinder place. Think about trying to untangle an enormous, hideous knot: you can't fix the whole thing at once, you have to find loose places or places that you can jam a pin into the knot or places where loops can be spooled along to stop them tangling as someone tries to untangle a different section. If the knot is big enough and godforsaken enough, you can have a whole mess of people working on the same knot all at once.
So okay. You can't do the front line stuff you were doing. You're too banged up on that part of yourself now, maybe forever. What can you do?
You know, crisis situations have an awful lot in common with teaching, weirdly enough. (It's having to manage control of a classroom and the ability to catch miniscule displays of uncertainty.) Is there any way for you to train other front line workers or help them prepare? Are there resources you could build and work on? You have knowledge and skill, or at least the memory of skill: how can you impart those things to others?
Is there knowledge that would have saved you from developing your injury? (For example, one of the biggest prediction markers of going on to turn a stressful experience into a trauma is finding that the survivor feels that their social circle views them to be responsible for the stressful event that happened to them. This is really helpful to preventing traumas, so I try to spread that knowledge around. It was absolutely something that played an enormous role in the injuries I sustained, so part of what I try to do is talk about it.)
Basically, you can't untangle knots any more by tugging at them the way you used to. But that doesn't mean you can't continue to participate in the untangling of the great communal knot of societal fuckery. It just means that you might have to think about learning new techniques or how to work with new types of tangles to use your real, valuable talents in a direction that isn't going to continue to damage you and put you in pain.

Warriors HC collection - 1st Edition
Hey boppers! How are you doing in this beautiful night? I have some head canons for each crew waving from the station! Keep your radios tuned, boppers, and enjoy~
THE WARRIORS
The gang was founded by Cleon and Cochise. The next members (lieutenants) to join were Ajax, Sawn, Rembrandt, Cowgirl and last but not least, Fox. After the events of the album, Mercy became a Warrior.
At the beginning, they used Cleon's apartment as headquarters, but since the gang begun to expand its territory, and therefore recruit more soldiers, they had to find somewhere bigger. After much consideration, small confrontations with the local population and the police, they decided on an abandoned warehouse at the amusement park.
The place is decorated with murals of all the gang members painted by Rembrandt, with a main mural representing Cleon. At first, Cleon didn't feel very comfortable with the idea of having a giant drawing of her on the wall of the HQ, but Rembrandt and the others insisted.
There are *some* young men in the gang as soldiers, but "coincidentally" they are all queer. The girls and the gays, literally.
Now that I talked about them in general, individual head canons ahead
CLEON
She's the oldest, and because of that some of the younger members see her as a motherly figure, but she prefers to be addressed as a mentor rather than that.
She's straight, but she's an ally (duh) and supports a lot of the queer community movements in Coney.
She knows how to sew and knit.
Masai and her started to hang out a lot after the events of the album, becoming very close. There are even some rumors that they are dating! 👀
COCHISE
She knows Cleon from when they were both young affiliates of other Coney gang that now is mostly dissolved or part of the Warriors, since they took over the entire region.
She's also straight, but she definitely experimented before.
She designed the Warriors' vest. The first ones were all handmade by Cleon and her.
Most stylish member of the gang.
Knows how to break dance (I don't remember who told me this but, pal, I'm stealing it now)
She's a huge Michael Jackson fan
REMBRANDT
Tagged the Wonder Wheel as her initiation (read We Need A Tagger for more information, I'm just agreeing with the author)
She's a lesbian 100% never even tried boys. She used to be very much closeted at the beginning until she realized the amount of queer people that crew actually had.
I usually don't really like shipping people inside the same friend group but screw that the fanfics are too good you're winning me. Rem x Ajax.
She's very introspective. She could go an entire day without saying a word if no one talked to her.
FOX
The youngest and the prettiest (not even a HC I just like this part of the song)
She LOVED going to arcades, and she was very good at it, meaning she even got into fights because of it.
One day she caused such a mess with local bratty teenage boys the Warriors ended up involved, and that's how she met Swan, who recruited her.
She was very intelligent, had quick thinking and enviable reflexes, which made her a quite decent fighter, despite still being a beginner.
Ajax is was teaching her how to fight.
She died at 18.
She was always sneaking into 21+ clubs using false identities to drink with the others. (I have a lot of friends that did stuff like that back in the day. I never had the balls 😂)
Because of that, the Warriors only found out her real age when she got caught and expelled from one of those clubs. Since them, they didn't allow her to drink.
She was bissexual.
AJAX
She's a drummist, and a very good one.
She ended up fighting Cleon before being recruited. The match was a tie, and to this day the mystery of who would have won hadn't Cleon invited her into the crew still stands.
She doesn't label herself as anything but queer, and she's obviously very gender non conformant.
As I said earlier, I'm starting to like Ajax x Rembrandt
She's actually very disciplined, have a good diet and a constant workout routine. She's probably the healthiest Warrior.
Swings at Swan a lot, but they don't actually hate each other.
Her favorite band is Queen, and her favorite song is another one bites the dust (also this reminds me I need to make a theory post about when the events of this album take place)
After the events of the album, she was arrested for two months until the Warriors, in a partnership with the Riffs, broke her out of jail.
SWAN
Swercy. They stay together after the events of the album, and they work very well as a couple.
She's a lesbian, but she dealt with a lot of homofobia from her family growing up, so she ended up being very insecure about it. When she got into the Warriors, this started to change, and now with Mercy it's changing for good.
She knows how to play the piano, but doesn't play as regularly anymore.
Her favorite band is also Queen, so Ajax and her have all sorts of discussions about their favorite songs.
She was kicked out of her home in Queens, and for a long time she wandered around the city and was kicked out of various gang territories until she finally made it to the far south of the city, where she joined the Warriors.
Because of that she was so reluctant in making her way uptown.
MERCY
She was Sully's girlfriend, but never actually liked him.
When the Warriors, a full female gang, appeared out of nowhere that night, she had the realization she didn't need to run with those suckers to be protected.
And that's why she ran away with them.
She's a lesbian, but dealt with *severe* hetcomp, hence she getting into various unsuccessful relationships with men.
This unhealthy way of dealing with her own sexuality and lack of attention comes from the fact that it has always been left aside by her own parents.
All she did that night counted as initiation and she was jumped into the crew by Swan. After everything they went trough, Cleon really didn't feel the need to formally initiate her.
COWGIRL
Straightest girl in the gang, which is not that much, but still.
She actually knows how to ride (horses)
And the other things too but that's just canon .
I HC all the Bizzies as gays that were just trying to convince them to go with them trough seduction, so I can imagine the very funny scene of Cowgirl going back there to finish what she started with the Bizzie who bit her and receiving only a "honey, I have very bad news for you... 💅🌈"
She cried about it for a week.
She loves country music (shoutout to my girl she'd love to meet Ana Castela).
She's actually very chill, but fights well when she has to.
She was born in a small town in the countryside and her family moved to the big city to try to make a living when she was around 10. A series of tragedies happened and now she is alone, which is why she ended up in a gang.

/surprise leap out from your screen! Hahahha!
Yo Claire, first! I gotta say, I didn't expect to read BL meta essays when I followed your blog, but now that it's part of my dashboard, I like it! I'm not familiar with BL culture and stuff (the only BL stuff I really like is this Japanese manga named The Summer Hikaru Died, and even then I'm more sucked in by it being of the horror genre with interesting philosophical explorations), so these essays are so interesting to read!
And another thing! This post about the highest-grossing GDH movies mentioned The Medium (which I liked!), and that reminded me: I need Thai horror recommendations!
I don't know if you're into it, but maybe some of your friends do? And they can give me some good stuff? It's been so long since I've watched Thai horror—I grew up with that shit, man. I figured that someone who watches a lot of Thai media probably knows quite some newer Thai horror films I can watch on a weekend or something. Thanks!
(P.S. I realize I still have so many thoughts about สาธุ. I'm rewatching it when I have the time and realized there are still more details I forgot from the first viewing. A lot of them is embodied by the actors so well! I hope to find the time to write some essays/rambles about those things these days! Honestly... this is the only thing I can contribute to the สาธุ/The Believers tag 🫡🥲)
Hiiii Lyn! You are always welcome in my humble inbox.
You cannot imagine my happiness knowing you will soon fill he สาธุ/The Believers tag with insightful metas/essays. No pressure though but I am now indeed impatiently waiting for more สาธุ posts.
Aw, I'm so happy to hear that you've enjoyed the BL metas I've put on your dash even though queer love series are not usually ones you would watch because they're mostly romance based. ಥ_ಥ
Okay now onto the main part of my answer. Even though romance and comedy are indeed my favorite genres of series, as an enthusiast and follower of Thai actors and their works, it is inevitable to come across horror works (films or series) starring my favorite actors. Even though I'm not the biggest fan of horor (i'm a huge scaredycat), the genre has never stopped me from watching works of my favorite actors before -> I've definitely watched more horror media than I wanted to (┬┬﹏┬┬). I'll separate my recommendations into two part: one for series and one for films.
Thai Horror Anthology Series Recommendations
1. Girl From Nowhere Season 1 & 2 (2018 -2021)
Synopsis: A mysterious, clever girl named Nanno transfers to different schools, exposing the lies and misdeeds of the students and faculty at every turn.
Thoughts: although it would qualify more as thriller than a horror, girl from nowhere offers sharp commentaries about violence, sexual assault, bullying and various social issues. The series is more like an anthology with each episodes presenting a different story. The way my jaw dropped when I found out that the storylines in the episodes are inspired by actual real news reports/stories. Watching both seasons, you may feel that S1 is less budgeted than S2 which is true because S1 wasn't funded by Netflix Thailand. After picking S1 for streaming, Netflix decided to invest in a S2 for GFN and the cinematography for S2 is just immaculate.
youtube
2. After Dark (2020)
Synopsis: When the night falls, humans are more of a threat. Composed of 4 interlinked horror stories:
"Blind Date": Pink, a dating app addict, meets Q, a mysterious handsome guy. They establish a deep connection that ends up with Pink having a strange pregnancy which haunts her until the end.
“Requiem of the Adolescent”: Lada, a nurse hired with a vast amount of money to take care of Her Serene Highness Srisaang. Her terrors awake when her patient abnormally gets better.
“Death Channel”: Off and Boat, a successful youtuber and an idol team up to create a paranormal activity channel that has been sponsored by an anonymous user, they never know what is waiting.
"Into the Hole”: Chai, a charismatic person is a one-night stand expert in hopes to record a sex tape to earn a dime. Then he meets Dao, a charming woman. His mischievous behavior continues, but this time it would not be as easy as before.
Thoughts: it's gory, gross, raw, rough and scary as hell. some of the most visually traumatic series i've ever watched. incredible acting performances.
youtube
3. Angkhan Khlumpong The Series (2021)
Sypnosis: It is made based on ghost stories that people called and shared on the "Angkhan Khlumpong" radio program.
Thoughts: Episode 5 'Imaginary Friend' is scary as hell. All the episodes are quite scary in general. The stories rely a lot on jumpscares but Thailand is really good at making scary ghosts, the makeup team is always going all the way.
Note: Netflix Thailand is producing the sequel series Terror Tuesday: Extreme (2024), which comes out in 10 days (August 20). Netflix Thailand has never really disappointed with their budget so I'm pretty sure it'll be spooky.
youtube
Thai Horror Films Recommendations
1. Hoon Payon (2023)
Synopsis: Tham searches for his brother Te in order to deliver the news of their parents' passing. Te is ordained as a monk at a temple on Don Sing Tham Island. On arrival, Tham meets Jes, the grandson of the former abbot. Jes makes hoon payon, enchanted effigies of the dead. Tham learns of a rumour that Te vanished after murdering the abbot. Tham doesn't buy the story nor does he respect the villagers' strange reverence for the sculpture of Pho Pu Sing Tham. Though his appearance is unsettling to Tham, Pho Pu Sing Tham is said to protect them. Soon, a girl goes missing, a wild predator roams the island, a vengeful ghost is rampant and worse yet, the figure of Pho Pu Sing Tham is destroyed. The enraged villagers prepare to curse and hunt down the unknown culprit.
Thoughts: I watched this for Up Poompat who plays Te and I was genuinely shocked by his performance. Not scary enough as old Thai movies but still very thrilling.
youtube
2. Shutter (2004)
Synopsis: Tun, a young photographer, and his girlfriend, Jane, were driving home after drinking with friends, when suddenly they crash into a girl that was walking in the street. Panicking, Tun tells his girlfriend to run away. The next day, Tun discovers mysterious shadows in his photographs, and his girlfriend start seeing strange things in his house.
Thoughts: This is a classic Thai horror film and arguably the best horror film Tong Banjong (the director of The Medium) has ever directed. Director Tong's forte is really horror so please don't mind that the next 3 recommended films are all from him. They are truly THE classic horror films of Thailand.
youtube
3. Alone (2007)
Synopsis: Conjoined twins Ploy and Pim are very close until Pim meets a boy named Wee, causing her to decide to separate from Ploy. The surgery is performed but Ploy does not survive. Years later, Pim and Wee are living together in South Korea when Pim suddenly has to return home to take care of her mother after she has a seizure. While back home, Pim is haunted by a ghost from her past.
Thoughts: I really don't know what Director Tong is lacing in his horror films but they're always keeping me on the edge of my seat and most of the time my hands glued to my eyes 😭
youtube
4. Phobia (2008)
Synopsis: A horror movie anthology containing 4 stories-Loneliness: a woman confined to her apartment starts to receive texts from a stranger, Deadly Charm: a group of high school delinquents get cursed by a student that they bullied, The Man in the Middle: Four friends go on a camping/rafting trip that turns out far differently then they had planned, The Last Flight: A flight attendant has to accompany the body of a princess, the wife of her lover.
Thoughts: Another horror classic from GTH studio. I can't remember the details to all these stories but I can assure you when I was closing my eyes through half of this film because of how scared I was. I wanna say it's because I was young when I watched it but I'm sure I'd still be keeping my eyes close shut if I watch it again.
youtube
5. Phobia 2 (2009)
Synopsis: A horror omnibus consisting of five stories - Novice: a teenager takes refuge at a Buddhist sanctuary after committing a crime, Ward: a biker has to stay overnight in a hospital room with a strange man after an accident, Backpackers: a Japanese couple hitchhikes across Thailand until; they accept a ride from the wrong person, Salvage: karma visits woman who has successful business fixing up cars that were involved in fatal accidents, In The End: the movie crew working on a horror sequel experience a night of real fear.
Thoughts: They're all scary but I think the scariest segment is 'In The End'. I would say this is one of those rare occasions where the sequel outdid its predecessor Phobia.
youtube
6. Sick Nurses (2007)
Synopsis: A group of sexy nurses who harvest organs are haunted by the vengeful spirit of one of their dead patients.
Thoughts: this is more slasher than horror but i remember watching this when i was younger and i was scared as heck. I don't even dare to search up the trailer to embed here.
Bonus: 'not purely horror, only has creepy elements but deserves a honorable mention on this list because it's super underrated' film
Malila: The Farewell Flower (2017) dir. Nuchy Anucha Boonyawatana
Synopsis: Former lovers Shane and Pich reunite and try to heal the wounds of their past. Shane is haunted by the tragic death of his daughter, while Pich suffers a grave illness. As death approaches, Pich dedicates his remaining time to making Bai Sri, a ceremonial ornament. Meanwhile, Shane decides to become a Buddhist monk until one night at a graveyard, he encounters his lover in another form.
Thoughts: not horror but i think this film is the first that pops into my head while watching The Medium. Similar feels in their portrayal of Thai rural village lifestyle and Buddhism being a big part of both stories.
You may notice that most of these horror films from GTH Studio share similar directors, screenwriters or other creative staffs with The Medium. And that's because GDH 559 is basically the successsor of GTH Studio (which got dissolved in 2015). I've always a big fan of GDH films and I do try to watch as much GDH/GTH works as possible, but horror is really not my forte so I can only offer you these humble recommendations. I hope you'll enjoy at least one among the ones in this list.

Shipper Tag Game
I was tagged by @a-very-fond-farewell! Thank you so much, darling! Though I'm not sure how good I'll be at it x'D
---
1. What ship were you completely obsessed with when you were a teenager, but now you don’t care anymore?
Honestly? None. While I did have some ships I was interested in, I wasn't obsessed with any of them. And I kind of still care about them? In a very nostalgic way. So I kind of fail at both parts of this question x'D
2. Which ship would you consider your first one?
If I'm going with the one I got really invested in? Destiel tbh. Mainly because I was very much a late bloomer who didn't really discover fandom and fanfics until I was 20-21. I mean, I HAD read some before that but since I didn't have internet in my apartment until I went to university (I was too poor xD), it wasn't easy for me to access them. Shipping is just easier when you have internet.
But, once I had it, I DID revisit a couple of ships that were technically older than Destiel that I had never really gotten into before that, many of them from video games, anime/manga, and books I'd read. But they were all overshadowed by Destiel so that's the one I remember as my first.
3. Your first fanfic belonged to which couple?
Are we talking reading or writing? I guess I'll do both?
Reading: I think it was a Zell Dincht/Seifer Almasy one from Final Fantasy VIII that a friend printed out on actual paper and gave to me back when I was 16 or 17 (again, no internet). And I honestly can't say why he picked that pairing xD (I'm definitely more of a Squall/Seifer girlie now)
Writing: Sterek. Because it felt interesting but also not too intimidating. And I also just like werewolves?
4. Do you remember the first couple you saw a fanart over?
Not really, no. Since I've been drawing for so long I spent more time looking for art than fanfics when I was younger so I probably stumbled over a lot of them without even knowing it.
5. Did you ever get into ship discourse?
Not if I can help it, no. I tend to stay away from that sort of thing as best I can and just let people ship whatever they want. It's honestly none of my business.
6. Did you use to have any no-otp or have it currently?
I have several, mostly based on what I find triggering or squicky. But I don't announce them publically because that's just rude to those who DO ship them. And, as stated above, I try not to get involved in what other people ship or don't ship.
7. Who were the couples in the last fanfic you read?
Choi Yoon/Yoon Hwa Pyung from The Guest. Because who doesn't love some pining and Catholic guilt?
For real, though, I read very few fanfics right now and actually had to go check my history on AO3 to figure this out x'D The second to last fanfic was a Strangers From Hell one. And the one before that was a Guardian one!
8. Currently do you have any OTPs?
Several. Honestly too many to list x'D I'm one of those people who don't really let go of ships I like. They're not always at the forefront of my mind, though, but I remember them fondly and coo a little when I think of all the fond memories.
But if we're talking about the ones I'm the most focused on right now I'd say Kang Yo Han/Kim Ga On from The Devil Judge, Yoon Sa Wol/5-8 from Black Knight (currently struggling with chapter 6 x'D), the aforementioned Choi Yoon/Yoon Hwa Pyung from The Guest, and Shen Wei/Zhao Yunlan from Guardian.
9. Is there any couple that, to this day, you are extremely mad about not getting together?
Sterek. But that has less to do with my dedication to the characters and more to do with the queerbaiting and how extremely shittily Jeff Davis handled that whole thing. To use the Sterek shippers for publicity and hint that maybe it could happen, only to turn around and do everything within his power to not make it happen?
I take that personally, not because I have a huge stake in Stiles and Derek as characters, but as a queer person who, for once, thought that maybe we would actually get to see a couple we really liked get together, and then didn't.
I had more hope for Sterek than I ever did for Destiel, which technically had more in-canon queerbaiting, because the people behind Teen Wolf did their damndest to give me hope. Only for me to be ignored and basically told I was being gullible for ever thinking it would happen.
And that's a betrayal I'm probably never going to forgive.
10. Is there any ship you used to dislike but now you think they are kind of interesting?
Not... really? I can't think of any, at least. But that could be because I always have a pretty good reason for disliking the ships I dislike. As mentioned, it's usually based on triggers and squicks and those don't really change. So my opinion on ships I dislike aren't likely to change, either.
11. Do you have any ship that, in the past, was considered normal but now you would be cancelled over?
I mean, considering the social climate right now? Even Sterek qualifies because Stiles was underage when I started shipping them and Derek most certainly was not xD That said, I always prefer the fics when Stiles had time to turn 18 before any of the sexy stuff happened.
12. What was your favourite crack ship?
Okay, so, I've actually read a lot of fics for ships I don't actually ship, just for research purposes. Like, I find it FASCINATING to watch what other people like, how they choose to write about the things they like, and how they decide to portray the characters. Basically, I like to analyse authors just as much as I like to analyse characters. It's a hobby of mine.
And one of my absolute favourites was reading fanfics for Newt Scamander and the original Percival Graves from the first Fantastic Beasts movie (Sidenote: She-who-must-not-be-named is an asshole and this is not an endorsement of her franchise or shitty beliefs). And why I loved that so much was because the fics were about THE ORIGINAL Percival Graves who, technically, was never IN the actual movie (he might not even be alive anymore?). Like, it was Grindelwald all the time. We never actually SAW the original Percival Graves, just Grindelwald's impersonation of him.
And I just had so much fun reading various authors' takes on this character who was never actually seen but, based on Grindelwald's impersonation, can sort of be hinted? Because he must have done a good enough job of it that the people around Graves didn't notice? It was like an anthropological dig of Percival Graves transpiring right before my eyes and since I got on the train pretty early, I could see authors being inspired by each other and how the fanon developed over time. 10/10 would recommend if you're interested in watching a fandom evolve.
(also, some of the fics were so fucking good. So there's that, too xD)
13. Who is the couple you read most fanfics of?
I'm not entirely sure if it's Destiel or Stony, but definitely one of them (Sterek is most likely in third place). Partly because there are just so many to partake in (those fandoms are HUGE), but also because they've been with me for so long and numbers accumulate. That said, I haven't read any for those ships in a long, long time. But considering how many fics I devoured during the time I was the most active in those fandoms? It's going to be difficult for any of the ones I'm currently into to catch up.
Also because I tend to be in much smaller fandoms now >_>
14. What do most of your ships usually have in common?
WELL. A while back I would have said that even if there are some enemies-to-lovers tropes and antagonising in some of them, they're all mostly unproblematic and pretty healthy.
... I can't really do that anymore, can I? x'D
I mean, Kang Yo Han is problematic all on his own, but even HE is a green flag compared to Seo Moon Jo. That fucker is just a straight-up psychopath x'D
A more serious answer: An interesting dynamic. Which sounds like a given, but is actually a bit more tricky than that. Because I've only gotten more and more picky over the years. I've actually spoken to my wife and friends about this, because I've seen a pretty noticeable shift in my own shipping practices lately.
I gather fewer and fewer new ships and that's not because I watch/read fewer things, but because I'm getting pickier about them. There has to be an extra spark that interests me, often connected to the characters' personalities and how they play off each other, while, before, a bit of chemistry was enough.
But that also makes me more versatile, I guess? Because I focus less on tropes and more on characters and dynamics. But that also makes it harder to spot similarities xD
15. What do you absolutely hate in a ship?
I mean, hate is a strong word. But, again, it would mostly be connected to my triggers. I don't like ships that are too abusive and unbalanced. A little bit of danger is fine, but things like abuse, infidelity, grooming, non-con etc. don't work for me, personally.
---
I don't really know who to tag so just do it if you want to! :D
#Amethystina Does Tag Games#Shipper Tag Game#I sometimes feel like I'm kind of bad at shipping#I'm never quite as invested as everyone else seems to be#But I also stick with a ship a lot longer than the average fan#Not sure why xD#I'm also known to both write and read for ships I don't ship#Just because I think it's fun or fascinating#But people usually assume that because I read or write for them I MUST ship it#To be fair#I sometimes DO end up shipping it eventually#But like#I didn't technically ship Winteriron when I started writing Autonomy#I just wanted to try it x'D#(blasphemy I know)#But that's one of those that I would say I ship now#But it actually took a while

Born to "Hiiiiii :3" forced to "What's up" (about me post)
About me page I'm so nervooouussd
I very much wanted to post things for fun and figured I would do it on Tumblr since it seems like a chill place where likes and follows don't matter and also my friends and family (which I'm not out to yet) follow me on every single social media and I do not want them stalking me when I post about who knows what
That being said, I do not come from the golden age of Tumblr or any age really but I do watch Strange Æons religiously so I'm not completely clueless ig, but if I break some sort of unspoken rule it wasn't me
All that unnecessary text aside, hi, my name is Kristian (although that name is not set in stone because I'm indecisive just trans things am I right) and I go by Kris, but you can also call me Hammerhead or Moonshine/Moon
I am a digital artist and have been drawing for like forever and my dream is to one day turn the story I'm currently working on into a visual novel/webcomic
(edit:) I'm sorry if I don't reblog a ton of posts, I know some people view not reposting posts as rude but it's just that I'm not used to being on social media that has a repost feature so I don't have the reflex to repost things
I'm queer and also transmasc <3
(also edit:) sorry if I don't respond to your comments complementing my art, it's just that I get nervous/don't know what to respond with, I assure you the complements are very appreciated and people who like/comment on/reblog my art have a special place in my heart
(also also edit) you can tag me in "tag x people" and tag chains and stuff but I probably won't continue the chain as I probably don't have enough people I would comfortably tag and even in that "would comfortably tag" group I am probably still too shy to tag them, and one or more of those people in that group are usually the ones that tagged me in the first place so it's not really like I could tag the person that tagged me in the tag chain??? Is anything I'm saying making sense???
My current fixations/ the fandoms I'm in are:
Redacted Audio (proud Cutie, Vega n Christian apologist RAAAAHHHHH 🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅/j)(also proud Lasko stan and 7eleven trio shipper)
Bungou stray dogs (biggest Sigma stan)
MHA (although I'm kind of out of it, I'm mostly just silently keeping up with the manga but I am still kinda obsessed with mha ocs) (if you hate mha ocs or really any fan ocs DNI because I have like 40 of them) (no I am not a 30 yr. old woman shipping her self insert with Bakugo leave me alone)
Don't hug me I'm scared (not rlly in the fandom)
Chainsaw man (not rlly in the fandom)
Fear and Hunger aka Funger and Gunger (I can't say I'm really in the fandom and can't say I'm that involved into the game it's too big brain for me so I just observe it from afar and laugh at the memes)
DNI lists are kinda useless but racism, sexism, abelism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia ect is not tolerated here but also like if you're one of those people who are really ticked off when they see a minor talking about NSFW stuff and act all wise sage I suggest you DNI because I assure you your rambling and skull emojis are not going to prevent me from developing hypersexuality, you are like 11 years late to that my friend (or if you're just uncomfortable hearing a minor talk about nsfw that's cool too)
And also fuck off if you think sexualizing minors (fictional or not) is okay
This is a xenopronouns/neopronouns, xenogender, furry, therian safe space, I really don't judge
I think this goes without saying but cringe culture is dead, if you get pissy about things being cringy please don't come to the person who's internet alias is literally a Penelope Scott song, other alias is a reference to a gay ship from my hero academia and the person who named themselves "Kristian" because they thought that naming themselves (the atheist) a name that means "God's follower" was hilarious, but again this is tumblr so I expect most people here are cringelords
Anyways, fuck you Adam you can go suck my long horse weewee, Moon x supremacy always
Also if I tell anyone to kts I was just joking PLEASE

Hello! I found your Persephone Project while idly tag-hopping to find Hades/Persephone-themed stuff, and I must say I love it! I wish *I* had the dedication to review and analyse so many different works about my favorite mythical figures and couples! Is the project still ongoing?
If so (and ofc, if you're at all open to suggestions or recs - if not, sorry for bothering you and please feel free to just disregard this part of the ask!) I'd like to point out two short retellings that flow pretty well (I think they'd be quick reads even if someone did not enjoy them), put interesting, if sometimes questionable, spins on the myth, and that I'd love to hear your opinion on.
The first is The Dark Wife by S.E. Diemer. It's a lesbian retelling, as Hades is genderbent into a (cis) woman, and stands very much at the "Hades and Persephone are incredibly soft for each other and also unproblematic in every way right from the start" end of the spectrum. I liked that it included other queer and genderbent characters instead of having the main couple being The One Special Case, that it used one of those other queer characters to (very briefly) touch on the issues in god/mortal relationships brought on by their different natures, and that it didn't cast Demeter as a villain, having her be a genuinely loving and caring (if rather sidelined) character. Instead, the villain of the novel is Zeus, who is cast both in opposition to Hades and as a threat to Persephone... which is my main problem with the story, tbh. While I'm not opposed to a twist like that on principle (we've already had works like Disney's Hercules using Zeus as the good guy and Hades as the bad guy, it's fine to have some role reversal sometime!), I didn't really care for the way his villainy was depicted. Especially because I felt it had some (hopefully unintentional) transphobic undertones... basically, at the beginning of the novel, Persephone is surprised to find out Hades is actually a woman as she is known as "Lord Hades." That's not because Hades herself is particularly butchy or gender-noncomforming, but because Zeus sometimes likes to bully the gods (particularly the goddesses) he doesn't like or sees as a threat to his power by spreading lies about them (and especially about their genders) to the mortals, who then incorporate them in their cults. In isolation, I wouldn't be too troubled by this, as it seems mostly a way to answer the question "so why do all the myths portray Hades as a guy" - the kidnapping itself is framed as a nasty rumor in-universe, with Persephone narrating her own tale to bring the truth back to light. But that bit of info is then coupled with a line about how this version of Zeus doesn't just shapeshift into animals or disguise himself as a mortal man like in the myths, he also occasionally changes his biological sex on a whim... which arguably casts the main conflict as a couple of nice, not particularly gnc, cis Gold Star lesbians against a possibly genderfluid big bad villain. Which, tbqh, yikes. That said, I don't recall anyone ever expressing the same concerns as in any review I've read, so this might be all down to me just overthinking it.
The second work I actually have much less to say about, but I did find it a really nice read. It's Persephone remembers the pomegranates by Samantha MacLeod, a short story (20 pages or so) in the erotic romance genre. As you can imagine, that means smut but also feels, and I really like the author's take on both. Persephone is cast as very much a young heroine just coming into her own and still figuring herself out, discovering her sexual and romantic desires and what she wants out of her life, while Hades, while less developed, comes across as lonely, melancholic, gentle, and passionate. The one thing I didn't like here was Demeter's portrayal: at the beginning she seemed to be just the overbearing, overprotective mom you'd expect from a story focusing so heavily on sexual awakening as a theme, but by the end she was revealed as a selfish, even somewhat villainous character. The author went all for the "Demeter keeps Persephone under her thumb and unaware of her true potential so she can leech off her power/make her do all the hard work then take credit for it" trope, which I always feel is a disservice to Demeter as a character. I also read a Norse mythology-themed novel by the same author with Balder and Hel as the romantic leads were Frigg was portrayed in a very similar way as only wanting Balder back from the dead to use his beauty and nice personality for diplomacy in the Nine Worlds, and while that also tied into the themes of the story, it did make me wonder if MacLeod just has something about mythological mothers.
Yo, anon. Thanks so much for this! For starters, yes the project is ongoing in theory, but I haven't come across any new versions of the myth in a while (it was easier when my side job was in a bookstore) or at least none that I wanted to commit to (as in, the things I've come across have been novel length and I have a lot of books to read). I have a book in my bookshelf right now on the topic, but I just started reading something else. I'll get to it eventually.
The Dark Wife was actually on my reading list a little while ago, but I never got around to it. Your critique of sex and gender in it is interesting though. I'm actually kind of surprised that the idea of shifting biological sex isn't more fundamental in Greek myth in the first place but then Ancient Greece was pretty darn gendered in a way other ancient civilizations weren't. I actually had a student do a project on that topic specifically two years ago.
The second story rings a slight bell. If it's that short, I could probably make the time to read it although I'm having a hard time finding it online.
The most interesting thing I've read lately on this topic via an email from TamedWild is that apparently there are tales where the sirens were once the handmaidens of Persephone and as a water lover this was super cool to hear. I want to see if I can find anything about this in detail.

Master post
Hello! This blog is for my writing prompts and tips (moved from my fanfiction profile), and while the big majority of prompts are fanfiction-based there will also be other prompts tagged #general prompt.
After the Keep reading you will find indexes of this blog’s four categories:
Fandoms (Links to respective fandoms can be found after the keep reading!)
Writing Advices
Writing Exercises
Writing Tests
BTW: Regardless if you use a prompt for a fanfic or original project you do not need to credit me, but I would appreciate if you could post a link in the comment of whichever you was inspired by so not only I but others who would enjoy reading it can find it, thank you! <3
Bonus prompt for ANY story:
Make it LGBT+. Maybe have a non-binary character? An asexual or demi one? Someone whose sexual and romantic attraction aren't aligned? It doesn't need to be the main character(s) or have the plot revolve around their attraction/gender itself - peoples lives don’t revolve around being queer after all. Just include some non-staight and/or non-cis characters that aren't tokens.
And to any troll that might try pull the pedophile/beastiality card: Children and animals CAN'T GIVE CONSENT, therefore pedophiles are NOT a part of the LGBT-community no matter how much bullshit-propaganda might claim it is.
Fandoms:
General promts / Non-specified fandoms
All fanfiction-based prompts
Crossover prompts
Addams Family
Artemis Fowl
Asterix / Asterix and Obelix
DC (Batman, Aquaman)

Lord of the Ring / LotR
Marvel / MCU (Avengers, Hulk, Iron Man, Spiderman, Ant-man)
M*A*S*H
One Piece
Persona/Persona 5
Silent Hill
Spyro
Tintin
Undertale
Some prompts are (or can work as) crossovers and will be tagged with #crossover too.
*Regarding the Harry Potter prompts... I, as many others, are pissed off at rowling's due her treatment of the Trans Community. I might be cis myself but she have hurt a lot of people. There are a few (as in very few) HP-fanfics I still read but those are mostly crossovers because I enjoy seeing how people handle the mash-up, and/or because they are tackling problematic issues better than many officially published works do.
I’m trying to go through all HP-based prompts I have posted, to see which can be turned into a general/other fandom prompt and so on, but if I can’t figure out how to make it that I’ll still leave them up in case it can inspire you for some other fandom fics (or make a HP fic that’s really “FU rowling”). It is, however, a v e r y slow going.

indirectly tagged by @lampmeeting
it's not part of the original thing but I'm gonna add a silly little self portrait as well~
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/57ea5434c8abbd7f30e98dc4bf117515/dc023406912cf2f8-47/s540x810/c0beaff216c79adcd13dca5c40ff39c5675d3936.jpg)
Questions to get to know you a little better:
1. What do you prefer to be called name wise? Robin or any kind of nickname related to that you can come up with lol Some of my favourites are Rob and Robble
2. When is your birthday? November 21st
3. Where do you live? A little town in Niedersachsen (Lower Saxony), Germany. Known for being the summer residence of a royal bloodline some 200 years ago. Yes there's a castle :P
4. Three things I am doing right now? Trying to forget the nightmare I just woke up from, thinking about getting a few more clementines from the kitchen and fininishing a little sketch I started yesterday
5. Four fandoms that have piqued my interest: Metalocalypse (ofc), Hogan's Heroes, Ghost BC, What We Do In The Shadows. Those are the main 4 at the moment but there's always a chance for other fandoms to take over for a bit.
6. How has the pandemic been treating you? ....yeah. Not so great. My grandma died suddenly at the start of the pandemic, I had to leave my internship I was super happy at early because of lockdown, finished my last semester at college with horrible online classes, had to move back in with my parents, cut contact with someone I've known almost all my life, barely passed my finals, still on the hunt for a job (started applying to places in September) and am close to losing it any day now lol Also pandemic means no flea markets which was one of the few things keeping my brain happy and occupied while giving me a chance to ride my bike around the region for hours :^(((((
7. Song(s) I can’t stop listening to: Sadly no particular song coming to mind right now, but I've had Ghost's entire discography and Dethalbum I, II, and III on rotation for months now lol. This Toss A Coin To Your Witcher Remix has also been stuck in my head for a while and is always worth a listen (Also have some silly techno/hardstyle remixes stuck in my brain permanently because I listened to them as background noise while trying to make my final college projects somewhat decent. Terence Hill & Bud Spencer - Lalalalalala, Da Tweekaz - Jägermeister, Star Wars Hardstyle, DJ Ötzi - Anton aus Tirol, Das Leben des Brian - Schwanzus Longus)
8. Recommend a movie: The Road to El Dorado by Dreamworks, a children's movie, I know... Each song is an absolute banger tho (even the German versions!), the jokes are silly but fun, the queer/gay hints add that little spice that I subconsciously picked up on and felt comforted by as a kid and the design of the everything is just (chef's kiss) Also the chemistry between the 4 main characters is gud as heck. It's the childhood movie I latched on to the most, my mother had to rent the dvd almost every single day until I bought a copy myself lol
9. How old are you? 24 orz I don't feel like it at all...
10. School, university, occupation? Finished college in August, unemployed because no one wants to hire in the creative field during a worldwide plague :^)
11. Do you prefer heat or cold? As long as it's under 35°C I prefer heat. My hands and feet are icicles 95% of the time after losing weight :^(
12. Name one fact others may not know about you? Since I'm an expert oversharer you probably know almost everything about me already orz But uhhh. Lemme see... I learned how to operate a laundry machine at the ripe old age of 20 at my internship at a hair salon lmao My mother never had the nerve to show me how on the modern machine we have at home (along the lines of "you will fuck it up anyways so let me do it >:^(((" which is an overarching theme in her raising me lol), but the older machine with the simpler dials at the salon was a good start to learn and honestly one of the things at this internship I'm still super grateful for...
13. Are you shy? Oh hell yeah I am... It's all the years of getting only negative feedback for trying to interact with others lol
14. Preferred pronouns: He/Him mostly, still figuring out if I still like they/them or nah (since in German there are no neutral pronouns that aren't neopronouns I've automatically gotten more attached to he/him lol)
15. Biggest pet peeves: I feel so mean for admitting it but honestly: Any noises my parents make. If I'm having a particularly bad low brain energy day even hearing them breathe makes me wanna run away and scream in anger... (Doesn't irk me with anyone else tho, which is weird...)
16. What is your favorite "dere" type? Oh there's more than 4 types now?? I've always liked Kuudere types the most out of the original 4 types, but I guess Shundere and Utsudere are right up my alley too!!!
The Kuudere (クーデレ), sometimes written Coodere or Kūdere, type refers to a character who is often cold, blunt, and cynical. They may seem very emotionless on the outside, but on the inside they’re very caring — at least when it comes to the ones they love.
The Shundere (しゅんデレ) type refers to characters who are sad and very depressed. While a full smile on their face might be out of the question, their love interest can help them open up and feel accepted.
The Utsudere (うつデレ) type refers to a character who is often sad and depressed. There is a reason for the character’s despair such as being bullied at school. Even if their life improves, they are often wary of other characters’ motives.
17. Rate your life 1-10? Maybe a 4? 4.5 at max
18. What is your main blog? The one I'm posting this on lol
19. List all your side blogs and what they’re for:
yorkiesart - old as hell and inactive artblog
bleedingheartbird - very triggering and depressing vent blog :^(
yorkie2111 - my very first username, a sea and ocean themed aesthetic blog now mostly for when I miss Denmark a whole lot (kinda inactive)
robinsartnest - a second attempt at a separate art blog, inactive as well lol
20. Is there anything people should know before becoming friends with you? I'm a clusterfuck of several undiagnosed mental illnesses and probably other conditions that I'm trying to figure out and deal with on my own until I can get professional help and some diagnoses. At times I'm weird and distant and overall very depressed and unpleasant, I've already hurt so many people this way and am trying to be better every single day. Basically I've never been given the "How to properly Human" manual and am frantically trying to get it right without hurting too many innocent people in the process.
Anyway, if you are nice to me I will love you forever ♡♡♡ :'3c
idk who to tag so if you wanna do this, do it~
#oh wow that's a long one haha#gosh these tag things really encourage my oversharing nature oops#anyway if any of you want to do this too feel tagged :D#get to know me better

ok but,,,, imagine this analodukeceit au
fantasy setting. logan, remus, deceit and virgil a a gang of exiles, cast out for various reasons. they fall in love with each other and go on adventures together.

Logan Blackberry Everton, 27
Expert swordsman. Refuses to harm or threaten anyone he considers an ally with his sword.
Exiled 6 years ago because he "betrayed" the royal throne of the Paawtonia kingdom, by killing the heir, Dayd Harper, on the day before his coronation.
In reality, Dayd was a corrupt ruler waiting to happen, and knew that Dayd was going to bring his kingdom down to ashes.
Before exile, Logan was a royal guard, specifically Patton Harper's personal guard. He & Patton were in love, and when Patton had discovered what Logan had done to his older brother he exiled him, and by the time Patton learned the truth it was too late. Logan was too far away. Their love has faded into history.
Logan's never seen without bandages covering his arms, from shoulder to wrist. Can't tell you why, it's spoilers.
Calm, calculated, but loving. Knows exactly how to calm his lovers due to his experience with having to deal with Patton's occasional mental breakdowns because Patton had a rough childhood.

Ethan "Deceit" Moreau, 25
Works with a staff + sword combo. His boyfs thought his sword was odd for a while until Ethan finally revealed he and the "sword" could cast magic.
Exiled because he was born in an anti-magic kingdom, having magic powers. He naturally knows dark and deceptive magic, and he taught himself some fire & psychic magic later in his life.
Never seen without his body almost 100% covered and part of his face covered. The location that's covered is always changing. Sometimes one eye, sometimes both, sometimes his mouth, etc. It is unknown in the group why he does so. It is theorized to have something to do with his magic, perhaps a side effect? Only Ethan & the people from his home village knows.
Reserved. Keeps things close to his chest(metaphorically). Will take things you say about him seriously and it will take a while before he forgives you for it. He thinks fast on his feet, and is usually the reason his boyfriends dodge being hit by someone, because otherwise they'd have no clue.

Remus & Roman Aveyard, 23
Remus uses a large, spiky battle hammer as a weapon. It's lighter than it looks, most of the impact and damage comes from the spikes. Remus just likes swinging a hammer more than a morningstar.
Roman is never seen without a shield. He'll take any weapon, but he knows to protect himself during combat. He'd never intentionally give up his shield for another person, it's all about keeping himself protected.
Exiled together at the age of 16 for sabotaging their kingdom, Fairience. They hated their father, Romulus, their mother, Farah, and their older brother, Pryce; Which led them to the foolish decision to attempt to assassinate their whole family and take over the throne together. The twins successfully killed off their parents but were halted before getting to their brother.
Pryce took over the throne, the twins got chased out of the kingdom and were hailed fugitives. They tried to stick together until eventually during an ambush they got separated and presumed each other dead, so they went their separate ways.
7 years later which is when the story starts, Remus had ended up in the exile gang this au is about, while Roman became the leader of a gang of thieves. The gang Roman leads is known to bring harm to whoever resists their ways, no matter what. They'll even overthrow their own leader if the leader goes against their ways.
Remus was mostly alone those 7 years, and became touch starved because of it. So this short, rambunctious kid known for frequently going beserk curls up in fear, shaking, just from being touched. Roman however, is not touch starved but is vary wary about strangers touching him, causing him to quickly dodge oncoming contact from someone new faster than most people could, it's a sixth sense for him to know when unfamiliar touch is coming.
Remus is super wild and all over the place, and at times seems so hyper that he must've had a lot of sugar. He's not afraid to roast & talk sh** about someone, and slap a b***h too. But when it comes to his boyfriends, Remus is very affectionate, giving lots of compliments and kisses. He is very good at distracting them from whatever is bothering them as well.
Roman is prideful and despite him keeping a shield with him most of the time, he's not very cautious. He'll dive headfirst into danger with a shield in hand. He's one of the few who can keep Remus under control(aside from Remus's bfs). He will gossip about you, just accept it. On the outside he acts very social and outgoing but on the inside he's very shy and just wants to get away from the crowds.
Roman isn't as big in this AU as Remus is, Roman's just put here for convenience.

Virgil Caverly-Deckett, 24 (His name in the image is wrong)
Rogue, uses close-range weapons like daggers. He intimidates most who get close to him so it gives him the advantage.
Exiled for being only part human. His mother had an affair with a demon, so he's part demon. His birthplace is known for being heavily religious, and all the people saw him as a child of sin. So against his mothers cries for mercy, he was chased out of town the day he turned 8, which is when the rumors of him being part demon were proven due to his demon heritage finally coming to light. He still doesn't know what type of demon he partially is, as the only signs he has shown so far are the tiny horns that stick out of his head, the odd patches of skin on his arms and his sharper-than-average fingernails.
He was found and raised by the Dragon Witch, who is actually a relative of Virgil's birth father. Virgil then left his new home at age 19, because he wanted to make a name for himself out there(as well as find others like him), but he occaisonally visits his "Mother Witch"(as he sometimes refers to her as) whenever he can and spends time with her.
Prior to meeting the exile gang, he stopped speaking sentences longer than 10 words, and nobody knows why except for Virgil himself. Not even his Mother Witch, because he hadn't visited since it happened. He can frequently be seen counting on his fingers over and over.
Vigilant. Was pretty vagrant too, until he met his lovers. Soft spoken when calm, but when in battle or stressed his voice is loud, booming, and aggressive. His glare is powerful due to being part demon, he can convince people to back down with it. He rarely uses it on his boyfriends, its only when it's absolutely necessary. He's super affectionate, but in a cuddly way. He's silently demanding them to cuddle him a lot, and they give in because either they want to or they can't resist.
Other noteworthy characters:
Patton Catonica Harper, 24: Ruler of Paawtonia. Used to be in love with Logan but exiled him out of grief after he killed his brother, Dayd. Found out once Logan was long gone that Lo had done him a favor and has since become a shadow of his former self.
Serilda "Dragon Witch" Caverly, ???: Mother figure to Virgil. Master of making potions, charms, and other magical objects. Casts spells with staff. Has wings on her back that she can shrink for comfort and grow when she wants to fly. She also has dragon-like pupils, and has dragon claws, feet, horns, and tail that she can disguise at will for ease. She is a Draconic Demon.
Remy Brantley, 20: Wizard in training. Focuses on sleep-related spells & items. Has trouble with duration of his spells.
Emile Picani, 23: Patton's head servant and best friend. Essentially Patton's therapist as well, as he's the only one who has helped the depressed king with his trauma.
Thomas Sanders, 21: Wizard in training & Remy's best friend. Born in Paawtonia & is faithful to his kingdom. Knows Logan because they are cousins, was very close to him. Fears the day Logan returns because that means, as a defender of Paawtonia, he would have to kill the intruding exile.
