I don’t think Kurt’s a horny/flirty drink. The two times in canon that he definitely consumed alcohol had him throwing up on Emma’s shoes and getting a tattoo. He either can’t hold his alcohol or loses his anxious inhibitions and does something silly.

To be fair having a drink for the first time at 15 and not being told by April when to stop has that throwing-up effect. I don't think it should be representative of his adult life when he knows when and how much to drink. Could anyone have held their alcohol if freely given a copious amount the first time they tried it?

The tattoo thing had a rather specific set of circumstances but I'll allow that. "Loses his anxious inhibitions" is pretty much what I said and also how, like, alcohol works in general. And in my opinion that would come with a boost of sexy confidence for Kurt.

I'm basing some of this on PUC, which okay crowd put the pitchforks down. You can exile it from canon if you'd like but I'm choosing to incorporate it into my belief system, but that just makes it my opinion and everyone can think what they like.
