"I really need a night out" Sonny huffed and lent back in his chair

"We can make it happen" you smiled back "We can do it this weekend and you can stay the night at ours so you don't need to go home"

“Amanda?” you looked over at her

“Sorry my Mum is here”

“Fin?”

“Family thing”

Liv had just started to walk back to her office with a fresh coffee,

“Liv, Saturday night out?”

“Sorry its Lucy’s weekend off”

“Guess it’s just you and me partner” you smiled at Sonny

Sonny had been going through a lot. His parents were in his ear for not taking better care of his sister and the cases that were coming in were frustrating so a night out was what you needed.

"Rafi, Sonny and I are going out on Saturday night, did you want to come? I said he could stay here too so he could have some drinks"

You were standing in the door way of his home office after just getting dressed for bed. Rafael hadn't been home long. He was behind his desk looking extremely sexy with his shirt buttons undone seeing his undershirt, no tie, suspenders and sleeves rolled up. He looked up from his paper work, one eye brow raised and smirking,

"Just you and Carisi?"

"Yeah, Amanda's Mum is in town, Fin is doing something with his family and Liv is busy with Noah. He needs a night, he is going through a lot"

"As much as I would love too" he huffed "I have that dinner at City Hall with the DA" you walked around his desk to lean on it near him when he spun around to face you in his chair.

"Oh yeah I forgot about that. Well you could always come after" he grabbed you and pulled you onto his lap. You let out a sequel in surprise.

"Trust me, I will be coming after, hopefully more than once" you laughed out loud back handing him softly on the arm before he lent in and kissed you deeply.

"Thanks again Barba for letting me stay"

"No problems Carisi, you can make breakfast tomorrow" he smirked.

Rafael had just walked out of the bedroom from getting dressed in a blue plaid suit for his dinner with the DA. You were doing your final touches in the bathroom.

Summer was in full swing, it had been nothing but hot and humid, Rafael was standing at the end of the island when he saw you walk out and his heart skipped a beat. You were in a black cotton form fitting shorts playsuit. The shorts part was not too short, they were just right with thick straps and a scoop neck, you had black slides, light make up and your hair half up and half down. You saw Rafael look you up and down and he swallowed deep, you winked at him.

"Rafi, you’re going to be late"

You walked up to him kissing him on the cheek and grabbing his upper thigh so Sonny didn’t see. You heard him growl and you pulled away. Rafael giving you a warning stare.

"Sonny ready when you are" you gave Rafael a cheeky smile.

"You are such a tease Hermosa"

Rafael whispered in your ear as you hugged him goodbye. The cab was waiting for him to get in and Sonny was standing back looking at his phone. You pulled back and giggled.

"Text me when your finished Rafi and I'll tell you where we are"

"Have a good night, Carisi take care of her"

"Come on Counselor, you know me"

Rafael was sitting in a room filled with DA's, ADA'S and politicians. Not a place he liked to be at the best of times. But he knew soon he would be able to slip away. Dinner had been had and speeches were made, when his phone chimed. He pulled it out and seen your name with a photo message. He took the last sip of his drink and opened the message.

It was a photo of you, clearly you were alone, in the bathroom. You had your pointer finger hooked on your scoop neck pulling it down slightly, winking and poking your tongue out, with the attachment "Waiting for you Rafi". His phone chimed again with another message, which was the address. He didn't even think twice, he jumped up and walked fast outside to get a cab.

You and Sonny where having a great time. You ended up at a small bar not far from yours and Rafael’s apartment. It was busy and it was playing good music. You both had some dinner and then started to drink. You were pacing yourself pretty well only on your second drink. But Sonny was knocking them back one after the other and shots in between.

"Sonny, you need to slow down, I don't think I can carry you home" you laughed at him.

"Thanks for coming out with me Y/N, you’re my best friend ya know that"

"That's just the drink talking"

"What, na it's not. You really are, I would do anything for ya." he lent over and hugged you.

"I know Sonny, same. You’re my best friend too. I just have to run to the bathroom"

You hopped down off your stool and walked in to freshen up. You were still feeling a bit flirty from earlier so that's when you sent Rafael the photo and then went back out to Sonny.

Little did you know what you would be walking back out too. Sonny managed to have two more shots while you were gone and had gotten a new beer. Sonny was standing in the middle of the bar singing at the top of his lungs, couldn't stand straight and spilling his beer all over the floor.

You stood there for a minute looking on in amusement, 'That escalated quickly' you thought to yourself, before he seen you. A big smile came to his face and he walked over to you and grabbed your hand continuing to sing. He let go of your hand, wrapping that arm around your waist to dance.

"Ok cowboy, I think that's going to be your last drink"

You went to pull the beer bottle out of his hand, but surprisingly he was quick and he sculled the rest down, then handed you the empty bottle. You gave him a dirty look and he lent down and gave you wet sloppy kiss on the forehead.

"I'm not leaving, the night is young" you pulled out your wallet from your cross body and threw some money on the bar.

"We are leaving NOW"

"I'm not going anywhere" Sonny sat down on the bar stool.

"Dominick Carisi Junior GET UP NOW"

Just then you felt an arm wrap around your middle pulling you into them.

"Everything ok Hermosa"

"Barba you made it" Sonny slurred.

Sonny got up off his stool and lost his balance, you reached for him to stop him from falling flat on his face. Sonny fell on top of you, you almost losing your balance as Rafael reached for your hips to hold you steady.

"How much have you had to drink?" Rafael scoffed trying not to laugh.

"Too much, let's go" you snapped.

"Objection" Sonny mumbled as you put an arm around his waist to guide him out.

You guys finally managed to get home. Sonny had fallen asleep on your chest in the cab snoring and walked up to the apartment with you holding him up pretty much still asleep. You walked him straight to the couch and laid him down. You took off his shoes and threw a blanket over him and went to meet Rafael in the bed room.

You closed the door and lent on it with a huff. Rafael walked out of the walk in with just a pair of boxers and made his way over to you.

"Is he ok?"

"Yeah he's asleep, he will feel it in the morning" you rolled your eyes.

Rafael gave you a small smile, put his hands on your hips and pulled you closer to him and started to kiss your neck. You placed your hands on his pecks and started to run your hands down his chest. You let your right hand slide down to cup him through his boxers. As you squeezed ever so gently, Rafael pulled away from your neck with a little huff as the pleasure ran through him.

"But right now the only thing I want to be feeling is you" you said into his ear.

"We will have to be quite" Rafael gave you a serious look.

"Rafi he is drunk, he won't hear anything"

You woke up naked next to a naked Rafael with just a sheet over you both. He was asleep on his tummy and you could hear moving around in the kitchen. You lent over and kissed Rafael's back, got up and put on some shorts and a lose t-shirt.

You walked out closing the bedroom door behind you, Sonny was sitting at the island with a cup of water and cup of coffee looking sorry for himself.

"Oh you’re awake" you raised your eye brows at him.

"Morning. How much did I drink last night?"

You scoffed and pulled out the Panadol from the second draw and popped out two and handed them to him.

"Enough that you were singing by yourself in the middle of the bar"

He raised his brows at you.

"You almost fell on your face off a stool”

“I’ am never drinking again” he groaned.

“Oh and you fell asleep on my chest in the cab. Hope it was comfortable” You laughed out loud.

"Ok enough, I don't want to hear anymore" you laughed at him again.

"I heard noises last night" Sonny looked at you frowning.

You turned away from him to reach for a mug so he didn’t see your reddened face.

"What noises Carisi?" Rafael was standing at the island in track pants and a T shirt

"Umm- like muffled moans"

"You must have been dreaming" Rafael said back to him not even breaking a sweat "You drank a lot last night"

Oh good luck then and huge props for (probably) going into teaching. I've worked with a few teachers and it seems to be one of these professions where even one motivated, caring teacher can make a huge difference for many students! For myself, I'm done with school (I hope 🙈). I'm an "early career" scientist in academia, on a temporary contract. I mainly do simulations and data analysis on the computer, but will be able to go into the lab soon to test/calibrate one of our prototypes /1

And meet my colleagues face to face, now that I live closer to work. I was working remotely for one year! I had a great weekend, met some friends/colleagues yesterday for breakfast tacos, and today I went out and explored my new neighborhood some more (went to a coffee shop, bakery, and a food truck and found my way home without looking at my phone!). Also tried a new method for no-churn ice cream, I'm excited to taste it later when it's frozen. Hope you had a good weekend too! --🍑 🔌 anon

Haha thank you! (Probably teaching is my backup plan lol, I would dream wise just be an artist but... you probably know how risky that can be). Right! I had so many good teachers that even though I didn't and don't like school lmao that I just think it'd be really good to get to do that for some people. Especially high school and/or college age students. Whoo! Out of school is a good! I, personally, can't wait to be done. Even if I'll go right back as a teacher haha

My weekend was just drawing and writing and fixing up my masterlists as you know haha and, of course, prepping for back to school shit. Also I am currently half watching criminal minds as I write smut so... life is good haha

Dear diary

It's been a minute, sorry. So I'm in university now, how crazy that is?! School is great, I'm the only boy, that ok. I've been reading a lot and I'm trying to keep up with my classes and homework. I love my professors too. I quit my job. A lot has happened really. So I quit because it was too much for me to handle and adding school to that, no ma'am. I'll be missing having an income, it was a little something but still. I did save a little bit of money for a couple of things I want to buy like shoes, books and plants. I'm still looking for a boyfriend. I think I'm getting closer. I mean, love is in the air; some of my friends have gotten new boyfriends or they are on their way to get some so I'm hoping for the best for everyone. I had sex for the first time. Well actually I did it twice. The first one was ok, it felt weird but it wasn't bad, however the second one was awful and it was with the same guy. He was having the time of his life but not me. Hopefully my future boyfriend will have more experience; so I'll keep waiting for him. My expectations are way too high, I'm not fully expecting a specific look, we'll sort of, I'm expecting quite an specific behavior and a attitude. I might list very soon my green flags.

in other news I might have a new dog. I've been feeling like it's time for me to have a new dog, I don't know why I just feel like. I was expecting my mom not liking that idea and for that reason not allowing it however she said yes. She even suggest it.

Yesterday I eat lunch with Danny. I was fun. I told her all of this, it was weird telling her about my first time.

I have a lot of homework. I going to try and have everything done before Friday so I can have my entire weekend free. I want to watch some movies, i even bought a lot of snacks.
