I don't know if I'll be finishing this post before the day's end (for my time zone, at least), but I'd at least like to start. I have a habit of doing the Daily Challenges for Windows Solitaire, but between my family, general chores, and Father's Day preparations, I haven't been able to get to them. It feels weird not keeping up with that portion of my routine, but I guess it's not the end of the world.

I did end up getting the flan done yesterday, though, so I'm happy about that! Despite the fact that my time was mostly taken up by being with/recharging from being around family (they are a handful), I still feel a little guilty for not getting more done these past two days. Hopefully I'll be able to do another lesson for COP 3223 tomorrow.

Tomorrow, I also officially start Kode With Klossy! I'll have to be up for it much earlier than I usually am, but maybe that'll give me the shot to clean up a little and do things I usually don't want to do because everyone else is already awake. There's something cathartic about doing little chores alone in the (relative) dark. I've set my alarm clock to "Zero Percent," so hopefully I'll have something good to wake up to! My sleep hasn't been the best lately, but I think it's more of an anxiety/lack of daily satisfaction thing, since drinking more water didn't help, so hopefully this page will help out with that!

(I'm tempted to do my Solitaire dailies now, but I've already stayed up late enough entertaining my competitiveness with learning French on Duolingo (it is the last day of my time in the Emerald League, and I felt the dying need to reach first place at least once), so I think I'll save it for my 30-minute lunch period tomorrow.)

1.2.15 HALLOWEEN NIGHT/NOVEMBER 1st 5:55 AM

Chelsea drained her coffee mug and set it down on the coffee table. She tried again to dial Ellen's number.

“Hey this is Misty. Leave me a mess...”

She hung up before the greeting ended.

She knew Misty kept her phone in a locker at work. She had to, she was more or less naked the whole time. However, she also was expecting her to be done and on her way home any minute as well. Lou closed the Rabbit most nights around 4 or 5 in the morning, 6 maybe on Friday or Saturday nights. Chelsea could see on her phone that it was five till 6. She knew there was a possibility that Ellen could be even later on account of it being a Halloween party.

The other Ellen paced in the kitchen, talking into her phone. She had received call after call throughout the entire duration of the night. Most of which had been the other officers checking in about the search for Maddie but there had been others too. Chelsea, in her grief, hadn't caught on to all of it, but apparently the town's Sherriff---Sherriff Brackett was in the hospital with his daughter, and there had been some kind of police shooting of a high school kid, and another shooting at a restaurant somewhere outside of town.

Probably the full moon, Chelsea thought. Her friend April, a nurse at Haddonfield medical center, always said things got crazier when the moon was full, Ellen had mentioned that the full moon made the crowd at the club a little handsier and a little more apt to fight, and she had even heard of police officers talking about how the full moon made people do crazy stuff. Speaking of police, she thought and looked over to her left.

Humphrey Bogart Trenchcoat Man still sat in the recliner, reading a five year old Maxim magazine that had featured Misty Dawn on the cover. Chelsea looked at him and discovered he was actually nodding off to the magazine. The toothpick dangled precariously from his mouth. Chelsea contemplated throwing her coffee mug at him but just then the front door opened.

Ellen Rawls/Misty Dawn walked in, pulling a giant black umbrella behind her. She wore sweatpants and a t-shirt bearing Kermit the Frog. Chelsea jumped up and ran to meet her and as her friend hugged her neck and Misty shook out the umbrella she asked, “Jesus, what the hell is happening, why are there so many cops here?”

“Why haven't you answered your phone?” Chelsea asked, the tears automatically coming in a torrent as she buried her face in her friend's neck.

Misty shut the door behind her. “I think my fucking charger is shot, my phone didn't charge all day while I was sleeping and when I got to work I forgot to put it on the charger and just threw it in my locker. What's happening? Where's Dylan?”

Chelsea broke away, allowing her friend space to take off her flip flops and throw the umbrella into the coat closet by the front door. “He's upstairs asleep.” Chelsea replied, “It's Maddie. I can't find her!”

Misty's eyes went wide. “What?” She breathed.

“Good evening Miss...Rawls? Is it?” Trenchcoat man was up and wide awake now. He smiled from ear to ear as he extended his hand.

“Who the fuck are you?” Misty looked the man up and down, “If you're a cop you should be out looking for my friend's kid.”

“I assure you we're doing everything we possibly can.” The other Ellen spoke. She was off the phone now and coming towards them from the living room.

Misty ignored her. “How long has she been missing?”

Chelsea shrugged. “Before midnight. We were watching a movie in the theater like I said we were going to and I have been able to find her since it was over.”

“Well let's go look for her!” Misty said.

“We have officers patrolling for her right now.” Trenchcoat replied.

Misty licked her thumb and reached for Chelsea's face. “You got some of my glitter on your cheek.” She said. “What about your house?”

“Josh is there,” Chelsea replied as her friend tried to smudge it off.

Misty sighed. “Why don't you go get a shower. I'm here now. I'll stay up.”

Chelsea shook her head. “No, you've been working all night and...”

Chelsea looked at her friend in the eyes. Misty's pupils were the size of dinner plates. She had no doubt that a few synthetic chemicals were providing her an extra boost of energy. “Come on up with me, I need a shower too, get this make up off my face.”

“You're going to shower together?” Trenchcoat smirked.

“I just got off the radio with Marks and Cooper, they're enroute, Meeker still says he can only free up one car right now.”

Trenchcoat watched as the two women were out of sight upstairs and then whispered to Ellen. “This is a waste of time. I think something's fishy about all of this.”

The other Officer, a tall caucasian woman with green eyes and her brunette hair done up in a smart bun replied. “What do you mean?” Her nametag read: L. APPLEBY.

“We've had cops crawling all over this town tonight...not to mention US Marshalls, searching every square inch. You don't think we would have come across a lost five year old?” Trenchcoat turned the toothpick over in his mouth.

“We've searched the grounds. If she was upset or hiding she would have come out by now.” Ellen replied.

“What about an accident?” Chang asked.

Ellen shot a glance up at the stairs. “Now that she's upstairs, do a thorough check of the house real quick. I mean, every cabinet, every nook and cranny. Basement..everywhere.”

“They already kind of did.” Trenchcoat replied.

“Just do it again.” Ellen snapped.

“What about upstairs? The kid's rooms and stuff?” Appleby asked.

“I went with her to put the boy asleep.” Trenchcoat said. “I checked his closet, nothing seemed to be out of place.”

“You go upstairs and poke around quietly.” Ellen pointed to Appleby. “And I mean quietly. I don't want to arouse suspicion in them that we might think she's here.”

“But if we mention we might think she's here and they had something to do with it, they might get squeamish and be able to tell.” Chang replied.

“I just don't get that vibe from all of this.” Ellen answered.

Giving him an apologetic look, she tells him she's sorry. "But hey!" She continues "Would you have rather met her, just waking up, discombobulated as hell. Or awake and on point, like you are now?" She tries to persuade him.

Giving Luna a huff, Rook agrees she's right.

"She pulled that one out of her fucking ass." Colson smiles, amused by his girlfriend's power of persuasion.

"Christopher!!" Bella says, greeting the older gentleman approaching their table. She stands as he greets her with a kiss. "How are you?" She asks.

He responds with a "Great!". Chatting with her, he looks around the table spotting Luna. "Stephanie said you girls were in town!! How good to see you both!" He walks over to kiss Luna's cheek.

Seeing Colson's jaw clench at another man touching her, she introduces them. "Christopher, this is my boyfriend Colson and our friends, Slim, Rook and Mod. Guys, this is Christophe de Lellis. He's the Executive Chef here at Le Monde."

The guys say hello, complimenting their meals.

"OH, FUCK!" Luna says standing up. "I don't know what I was thinking!! Congratulations on the third Michelin, Buddy!!" She pulls a laughing Christopher in for a hug and congratulatory pat on the back. "I'm sure Joël is ecstatic, Eh?"

Christopher nods his head proudly.

She turns to Colson. "Christopher and his partner Joël are family friends. They know my Mom-mom from back in the day, when they were just poor, little, pizza boys." Luna teases Christopher. "And now they have, this one, 2 at home in NY and, what 6 or 7 others through out the world, I believe."

"The American dream." Christopher says displaying his hands out, beaming. After sending his love to Patti, kissing the girls goodbye and thanking the guys for their company, Christopher heads back to the kitchen.

"I can't take you anywhere, can I?" Colson laughs asking Luna as she sits back down.

"Nah. Not really." She tells him with a smile and a kiss. They finish dinner before heading to The Park to experience Enigma.

Backstage is insane as with any of Stephanie's shows. Between the crew, props and costume changes it's always looked like a different universe to Luna.

"SMIIIITH!!!!" Stephanie shouts for Luna, running up to her in only fishnets, panties a bra and a wig cap. "UGH!!! I'm so excited you're here!!" She exclaims, slipping a bullet into Luna's hand. "One shot. It's from The Netherlands." She tells Luna with a sneaky smile before throwing an "I love you!! ENJOY!!!" over her shoulder as she runs off.

Luna goes to find her seat and Colson. Stephanie had hooked them up. They're in VIP, just behind the pit.

"These are great seats!!" Bella shouts.

"Steph said this shit was too." Luna responds opening her hand. "It's pure as fuck. She said just take one shot." Luna warns her. Bella nods in understanding as she lifts it to her nose. She passes it back to Luna who hits it herself.

Luna nudges Colson, who's talking to Slim. She shows him the bullet. "Hit it once and pass it. Let them know ONLY once tho."

He takes it from her, asking her where she got it.

"Steph." She responds. "She said it's from The Netherlands, so it's not cut like we're used to. Let the boys know that." She tells him with a concerned look in her eye. Colson takes her seriously, trusting that Luna knows her drugs. After Colson bumps it himself, he passes it with the strict warning. Once everyone has hit it, he passes it back to Luna. As she slides it into her purse, he reassures her no one did too much. Just then, the lights drop and the show begins.

Of all the artists Luna knows both personally and otherwise, Stephanie has always been her favorite performer, even back when she was playing little clubs in The West Village. She's only gotten more amazing and creative in time.

The amphitheater is booming with electronica, raging guitars, thumping drums, a heart wrenching piano and wild fans. The imagery is mind blowing. MDMA only amplifying the feelings of the thriving colors and sounds as Just Dance rips through the air.

Bella and Luna dance, sing, hold hands and even cry while going ABSOLUTELY bonkers during the show. Rook and Mod move over to them. Both dancing and singing along to Luna's surprise. Colson and Slim are locked into Stephanie's stage performance. Sitting. Not moving. Only staring. Very intently.

Looking over to check on Colson, Luna sees her boyfriend stuck. Reaching in her purse, she pulls out 2 joints. Sitting down next to Colson, she hands him a lit one and a bottle of water. His big eyes and wide smile thanking her. Moving down, she sits next to Slim, handing him the same items. He's able to utter the words "Yooooooo...." with a grateful look.

About 20 mins later, they're both up. Moving, laughing and taking in the atmosphere with the others.

"SHE'S FUCKING SIIIIICK!!!!" Colson shouts at Luna as he scoops her up for a passionate kiss. The vibration of the room and drugs pulsing through them.

Stephanie sings live, dances her heart out and flies through the air. Enigma is not a concert. It is not a show. It is an experience like no other. Stephanie explaining to Luna her concept a long time ago. Enigma being a spirit guide and manifestation of Stephanie's inner most psyche, guiding her to a greater truth about herself over the course of almost 2hrs.

Luna stares at her friend in amazement. The same way she did all those years ago, at the first show of Stephanie's that she had ever caught.

"She fucking did IT!" Luna's heart glows with pride for her friend. Never doubting she could.

Rolling their faces off, after the show they're headed back stage. Colson points at a drum kit, teasing Rook about his love of Gaga.

"Look at THAT fucking smile." Luna thinks snapping a quick picture of Colson.

Things are much calmer in the dressing room. Stephanie is sipping a glass of champagne, smoking a joint when they all come in. "Hello!" She says standing to greet them. "Thank you so much for coming. Did you enjoy?" The 6 of them erupt into giggles. "So, you did." She laughs, tilting her head with a knowing smile.

"It was fucking off the wall, Steph!!" Luna exclaims hugging her friend. "You nailed it. It's so much greater than we ever IMAGINED it could be!!" She kisses her friend hard on the lips.

Stephanie kisses her back. "God, I love you, Doll." She tells Luna, thinking back to that tiny apartment and a simple concept. "What are you guys doing tonight?" She asks.

Luna looks around at her tripping, giggling friends. "We were gonna play some poker, but I think we're probably gonna hit The Strip and watch the colors. Wanna come?" She asks.

"ABSOLUTELY!!" Stephanie declares.

"Awesome!!" Luna grins, hearing Bella shout with her in unison. She's close enough for Luna to reach out and squeeze her hand. Grateful for their connection.

Luna then turns to look for Rook. Finding him, she pulls him over. "Steph this is Rook, Rook, Steph. She's gonna hit the strip with us." She tells his happy eyes with a smile.

"It's an honor to meet you!!" He beams brightly, taking her hand, making Stephanie blush.

"Let me change and I'll meet you by the stage." She tells them. Luna hands her back the bullet, which Stephanie promptly hits and passes around to them all again.

It's deff gonna be a colorful night.

Out on The Strip, they are their normal, wild, fucked up selves. Just tripping balls on a Monday night in Las Vegas. The boys are running up and down the sidewalks. Slapping signs, jumping all over each other. The girls skip together, linking arms and giggling. Everyone is pointing at something in amazement. Colson swings Luna around, continuously kissing and laughing together. She makes him sad when she declines his piggy back ride because her dress is too short. Making it up to him with more sweet kisses and I love-LOVE yous. They're loud and rambunctious. Happy and having fun. Roaming in and out of the casinos. One always catching the other before they cause too much ruckus. Although, Colson does channel his inner Tommy at The Fremont. Smacking up a tray of drinks, while screaming "WHOOOOOOOOH!!" in the waitress's face. Instantly grabbing Luna's hand and running for the door. The other 5 hauling ass behind them. Hysterically laughing as they all safely make their get-a-way. The mini Eiffel Tower catches them, while they all stand and stare at the lights. Holding hands in a row, feeling a deep, spiritual connection. Later, Mod tries but fails to throw Bella in the Bellagio fountain. Rook and Stephanie hit it off right away. Her appreciating his love of her art and respecting his craft. At some point Colson pulls on Luna's cheetah print coat. He looks great in it and keeps trying to share its softness on everyone. As they wander around Vegas, Luna gets a great shot of him distracted, laughing at some strangers, standing with a posed Mod and Slim. Rook, Bella and Stephanie deep in philosophical talks behind her. Pounding water, puffing on pens, the group spends the rest of the night wandering and laughing. Stephanie enjoying the rarity of blending in.

It's late-late when Colson and Luna make it back to their hotel room. Everyone had popped a bar before splitting up to ease the buzz in their heads. Slipping off her dress, she climbs into the soft bed as he heads into the bathroom. She's knocked out by time he comes back in. Taking off his clothes, he slides into bed with her. She moves enough for him to slide his arm under her, cradling her on his chest.

"God, I fucking love her. Mmmm..... She smells so fucking good... I'd spend the rest of my life right here if I could." He thinks kissing her forehead.

Wanting the world to know how he feels, especially Bleta, he grabs his phone. Staring into the camera he takes a selfie and posts it to his Instagram. He captions it....

Trust and believe. This is how I start every day and will always end each night. With MY girl

I tried my best to like it. Especially because I liked the other titles they had and after Yohans solo I was pretty hyped up. I think it fits good in the springtime though and it has a happy vibe that might become addicting or become annoying. The MV puts you in a good mood and I adore that so much. It´s youthful and bright but personally I like the angstier stuff more. (Since it still made it into my good mood playlist it deserves to get a 7 in the ranking)

"BLOSSOM" is a solid bright pop song but doesn´t give me too much to really enjoy it. "Super Bumpy" has such a unique vibe I kinda like it. "Know Ya" is another pop song that has a little bit of R&B and it´s okay but still doesn´t amaze me. "Bad Night" has a groovy sound but sadly I think this song will just annoy me. "Bouquet" is the last song on the album and it's a love ballad that shows their vocals very well.

Here it is. It's always something different when your ult group has a comeback. I stayed awake till 5 am for this and after it, I was so hyped I couldn't sleep at all. It sounds so different from their latest stuff and I freaking love it. The "Haha" and "ping ping" are so addicting. I didn´t knew I would love the screwer sounds so much but especially with the genius choreography it´s just awesome. I love that I.N got more lines and also Lee Know has his time to shine. And the voices of Hyunjin and Felix blend so nice into each other in the chorus. And the layering and this organized chaos in the refrain add so much to the song. The MV is so well shot and produced like it´s common for Stray Kids and I love to see the upside-down world again since Hellevator is still one of my favorite MVs. I swore to myself that I don´t want to be too biased on this and give it an honest score and I swear it is I just really love it so much because it´s exactly the kind of song I love. And don´t get me started about the lyrics and the meaning behind it because it´s such an important message to be who you are and don´t hide your true self and everything.

And this album has a big potential to beat my long-time favorite "I Am Who" but I'll see over time. "Venom" starts off strong and the beat just hits. "Charmer" is so smooth and lives to his name. "FREEZE" is such a good track with a little bit of dubstep that makes it fun to listen to it. "Lonley St." was my most awaited track on this album. I expected it to be Streetlight pt.2 and lyricwise it definitley is. But even the instruments and everything is just so great I´m very pleased. "Waiting For Us" feels like the big brother from "I am here always", maybe just because Seungmins line but anyways, in the end it could be a Day6 song which I really love it´s just that the song just started a little bit too slow for me. And lastly, we have "Muddy Water" that has a jazz sound and such a good rap like Felix and Hyunjin did so well on this and then Changbin slays like always and Han is so smooth I'm so in love with this. 3RACHA overcome themselves with this album and especially the rap line killed it. I love all songs so much to name a favorite would be like asking a parent who is their favorite child. The only thing I have to complain about is that the songs are a little bit too short or maybe it´s a genius move because I can´t get enough and stream the songs way more often.

It has a hip-hop beat, the typical experimental sound, traditional instruments and synths. The MV shows the member Shotaro and a stunning performance.

"DAYDREAM" is a solid pop song with beautiful vocals. It´s not bad at all but it´s missing something special which makes me kinda sad because I love the lyrics so much. The choreography felt very smooth and the MV also has beautiful visuals.

"Night Fog" continues the album with R&B vibes showcasing the pretty vocals again. "Don´t Leave" is upbeating and puts me in a really good mood while "PLAY" is an enjoyable pop song. The next song "Our Eyes" has beautiful high notes but I got a little bit bored at the beginning of the song. "Whatever" has an interesting melody that will stick in my head while "Seven Wonders" again goes in the R&B direction making it a very chill song. "Classic" has its own vibe but I don´t really like it. I was afraid of the title "Lovely Day" and I don´t know why but this song sounds exactly like I hoped it wouldn´t. It´s this kind of soft-chilling-it´s-a-good-day-and-the-melody-will-stuck-in-your-head-sound I don´t like. Lastly "All My Life" is a beautiful ballade for the end of the album and I enjoyed it so much.

To be honest I don´t know much about this group but this is the second half of their first full length album and sadly I didn´t like the title. It´s not that it´s bad but the kinda funky electronic pop track isn´t giving me much. I mean at least I like the MV with its high school setting and a choreography that at some point suddenly reminded me of Monsta X and I realized in the end they are under the same company.

"POW!" is such a surprise for me because I didn´t expect this sound at all. "BOPPIN´" and "Chandelier" are also pretty good with their hip-hop sound. "FLIP THE FRAME" kinda change the mood at first but then changes quickly to something powerful again. "Maybe Baby" is a little bit boring again while "Late Night" changes the mood now for real with it's happy vibe. Lastly "Outro: In Our Cosmos" is something I would have wanted as a full track.

Okay, I didn´t expect this at all. After reading the title I thought it would be something with ain´t a special meaning but that lyrics are digging deep. The MV is really something else with showing the boys arguing and fighting and also hinting at things like drugs and smoking and everything. Also the visuals are really beautiful in this MV.

"Our Spring" is a slow ballade that showcases their vocals very well and it has a winter magical vibe.

It´s a really pretty emotional song and his lyrics are always so relatable it almost hurts. We got only a visualizer which shows him singing with a little bit of flash lighting that fits the mood very well.

I loved and still love "My Name" last year so my expectations were pretty high for this comeback but sadly it didn´t reach it. I think it´s the chorus which is pretty boring like it doesn´t add anything special to the song. The MV had a low budget and also they decreased in the count of members so I´m a little bit afraid they will disband or vanish into the unknown. (Taking a little distance from my expectations the song isn´t that disappointing as it was the first time listen to it so it may be a grower)

"Love Me" is a solid pop song with its own vibes while "Challenge" is a rap heavy song and I enjoyed it a lot.

I´m surprised. Really really surprised. We got an NCT Title track I actually like at the first listen. It still has the NCT (or more the SM) like experimental sound but it´s not that annoying and I love the bit sounds because I´m stíll a little nerd that easily gets amazed by this stuff. I also like the MV and the choreography. But I just can say that this is a common NCT song and not an NCT U (okay wow good that I control read it though lmao I guess my point is clear) NCT DREAM song if you know what I mean. I´m not a nctizen so I barely know anything but I have an important question and that's why is Mark literally everywhere.

Full Album reviews always take their time and to release them this late in the month is stressing me out to be honest. Anyways let´s start with "Fire Alarm" which is a very typical NCT like and I´m glad it didn´t become the title because the siren sound is literally killing me. (I may have a thing for it because I´m a volunteer firefighter in my village but that´s another story). "Arcade" is a pretty solid song I enjoyed a lot while "It´s Yours" put me in such a good mood. Next is "Teddy Bear" which is also a solid song with nice vocals it´s just a little bit too long for me and "Saturday Trip" is back with that special sound and "Better Than Gold" brings back the good mood again and is a really good song. "Drive" continues this vibe once more although the car locking/opening sound is also annoying me just a little bit. "Never Goodbye" is a really interesting ballade and lastly "Rewind" is also a fun listen.

PROLOGUE I don't know how it happened. Only that it was a slow process. First the weak, the young and old, the Ill and poor. They were the first to show signs. They slept more and more which wasn't that noticeable because they sleep all the time anyway. However we noticed the problem when they stopped waking up. Then the average people and even the well off started sleeping. This went on for the next six months. No one could figure out how to wake them up or to stop people from falling asleep. At the end of the first year all the people who were still awake moved everyone else to a central city. The sleepers were put in pods that kept them alive providing them with nutrients and other basic needs. The pods monitored them and recorded data in hopes of finding some answers. Every one else was also give a pod in preparation for the worst. Luckily the city runs itself so all we had to do was research and by the end the computers were doing that too. By the end of the second year I was the only one awake. Which I question every day. Why me? Of the millions in the pods why am I awake? CHAPTER 1 : AWAKE I started recording this as a precaution, in the case that I do become a sleeper or if someone wakes up I can fill them in on what happened. This camera is powered by solar panels with a backup plasma battery so I never really need to worry about it dying. ..... Dying that's something that you forget about when you have an entire world that just fell asleep. For two years now I haven't thought about death. Sleeping seemed so much more likely. The fear of going to sleep and not waking up. The ever present possibility of a necessity becoming a prison. That seems more real. Every day I do the same thing. I wake up it gets a little later daily, two years ago I woke up at nine am, a year later it was ten today eleven. After awake up I check the pods, I know the alarm will sound if anything happens. High pitched if a system failed. Low pitched if someone wakes, but I check away. Then I eat, the auto farm produces enough to feed everyone but I carbon freeze the rest for reserves. After breakfast I play pokemon go. It's dumb but it passes the time I carry two phones and play against myself, valor verses mystic, I take the gyms and hit the pokestops one day and the next I switch to the other phone. I helps me feel like it's the good old days. Not to mention it helps me stay active. I come back for lunch around two and after lunch I conduct my research. I'm not a scientist but you pick up a few things when there are ten people awake in the world and the other nine are fading fast so I learned everything I could and now I do the research while they sleep. Five o'clock is quitting time I eat dinner and shower then bed by seven. Then repeat over and over. When I'm lying in my bunk trying to sleep but being too afraid to let it happen, I often think of the days before. They seem like a dream now so surreal that it couldn't be the truth. That life had to be nothing more that a dream. CHAPTER 2 : DREAM I was a handyman before. Nothing special, not a man of science or a politician. Just someone to call when you needed a carpenter or a plumber. My dad always said that's something that will always be needed. They may have computers for everything else but they can't duplicate the human touch. The craftsmanship. So I followed his words. I served in the army first though. The draft for the war with Russia had just kicked off when I turned eighteen and sure enough three months later I was at Fort Benning, Georgia for basic training and infantry school. I served two tours in Siberia as forward forces against the attack on Alaska. When the sleep started taking people I thought it was the Russians attempting some kind of biological attack. But when most of Russia fell asleep I knew I must be wrong. I'd give anything to be back on that battlefield now. At least then I had allies around me and a clear objective. Now the gun shots are silent, the battle cries are only echoes in my head and the died are only sleeping. So it's my job to them wake up. I've had to become a scientist and put down my hammer spending hours researching book after book to find an answer that's never been found. Now instead of fighting with a rifle my fight is one of the mind. CHAPTER 3 : MIND I've been completely alone for about two months now. I have a routine which makes me feel safe. However I can feel my mind slipping. Talking to sleepers, talking to myself, Talking to walls. Desperate for something to talk back. To help me focus I've begun to play my recording back each night. Not to mention pokemon go actually really helps. I pretend that the other phone is someone else and I'll look at some of the other phones, if they have it I use them too. As a "guest appearance". CHAPTER 4 : APPEARANCE There is a lure! A pokemon lure! I didn't place it but it's there. I opened the app and there it was twenty five minutes left on a pokestop maybe 7 miles away. Someone else is here. Not me and not a sleeper but another person who is awake! They know I'm here and that I play pokemon go. So they've probably been watching me for some time now. Do I go to it and see what they want? Do I start building defenses and prepare for them to attack? If I get captured or killed there will be no one to protect the sleepers but this lure could be an olive branch and I have been extremely lonely. That settles it I'll go. I am taking a rifle and sidearm though, just in case. *The man moves out of view as he turns the camera around and straps it to his helmet* let's go see if it's friend or foe. CHAPTER 5: FRIEND OR FOE *The man rides his bike check the phone every few minutes to make sure he's heading the right way, once he gets close he drops his bike. He pulls up his rifle and starts moving forward, slowly moving his head back and forth between buildings scanning for danger* OKAY I'M HERE! What do you want? *A second voice answers from the shadows *"I'll answer with another question. What do you want?" I want to know who you are and why you've been watching me. "Is that all you want? How boring." Answer me and show yourself. " I am the reason your friends are asleep and I have been watching to understand why you are not yet asleep. I wanted to place the 'lure' to see how you would react. I will answer nothing else at this time. Goodbye" wait! I have more questions. *silence* Damn, what the hell just happened. *biking back as fast as he can the man arrives to the pods and does his checks* no harm has come to the pods so why draw me out? Was that really the voice of who ever was responsible for all the sleepers. If so how. A virus? A poison? What could it be? And who are they? Most importantly what happens next? CHAPTER 6: NEXT For the last five days I've rode back to the pokestop where the voice was but nothing else has happened. I'm more paranoid than ever now. I've built fortifications all around the area, trip wires that trigger alarms, and pit falls. However if they really have been watching they'll know exactly where to step. Other than to check the stop I don't leave camp. No more casual pokemon go. Who ever that was they definitely have pushed me closer to insanity. CHAPTER 7: INSANITY Its been a month since the event. A week since I checked the site. I have been hearing voices from the pods. The sleepers I think they are trying to tell me something. .... maybe if I close my eyes I can focus on the words. Yes I hear them. They know the secrets. They say they'll tell me. *the man sits quietly for a few minutes eyes closed face still. He then falls forward dropping the camera. As he lays there asleep foot steps are hear from behind the camera.* "finally the last one falls"
