my highly niche curiosity about the new expansion is what the new skin variants will look like for each of the mounts. there'll likely be several variants of the goat skins for warclaw going by past patterns, but I wonder what new griffons, raptors, and jackals we might get...

#my posts #gw2 janthir wilds #gw2 jw #not spoilers really just me thinking out loud #it'd be neat to get more feathered raptor options #i'd really like something like a wild raptor for Ruju #and maybe more eagle or hawk-styled griffons #jackal and skyscale could be just about anything #hoping for some more unusual options... i want to give him his own full cast of funky creatures to be buddies with #since right now i just have him on inquest exosuit ones #and i love that set don't get me wrong but i'm using it on like 5 different characters now HDFHDHDB i need VARIETY #i'm also hoping for some more new roller beetles since we haven't gotten a whole lot of those lately #my DREAM roller beetle would be one based on the maguuma bonebreakers/rolling devils but prob not for this expansion #i mostly want him to have a feathered raptor so i can pretend it's the one that scientist in Metrica turned giant #Ruju wrangling it with a lasso like some sort of tiny cowboy would be a really silly story beat and i want that to be a thing #the raptor tries to eat the scientist that raised it and Ruju's like 'yeah. i want THAT one. perfect pet material right there'#(i know the primal maguuma is an option but it's not QUITE what i'm looking for y'know. give me more options anet)
