literally this year i’ve decided i’m so over getting diagnoses. and i’m not against therapy but i have not liked a single therapist i go to bc they never listen

#my solution is calling my symptoms ‘backwards brain’ and ‘russian nesting doll’#i’m not reading fige different things to tell me how my symtpms should work just to get no answers or help #when i can say that so easy and go oh i know how to handle it then #legit the other day too i made a private post being like psychology is ruining art
