More music memes! I was tagged by @shiftylinguini  ✨ and @thebluepeninsula  ✨ to put my music on shuffle and list the first 10 songs that come up AND the ship each song reminds me of.  I’m doing the shuffle-from-the-2017-wrapped-played-list-on-spotify technique - It’s funny as a lot of these are from writing playlists so take me to that fic straight away..

Zayn - Like I Would - ugh - Zarry - I mean the whole song is the most Zarry thing I have ever heard of from the start to the end. That it’s Zayn’s song only makes it worse. I blame Writ & @jiksax & @daretomarvel & M & J & S for Zarry being everywhere all of a sudden and breaking my heart daily..  Hey what's up? The Pretures - Yananda - I am not sure this song makes me think of any ship - it’s almost too special. Maybe just Harry Potter after the war. Being free. Finding his home and his own terms for how he wants to be..  And I'm high there walking with you again / Tell me how it was in the beginning of our land / We're like the dreamtime, shedding our skin again 

The XX - On Hold - I was going to say Gryles, but I think Larry as well if not more. Lyrics speak for themselves..  And every time I let you leave / I always saw you coming back to me / When and where did we go cold? 

Faker - Love for Sale - This is one of my favourite songs of all time from one of my favourite albums from one of my favourite bands. Gryles - This album (Addicted Romantic) is like Bloc Party’s Weekend in the City to me. I feel so much about every song it’s hard to pull apart on it’s own. But there is something in this track about a push pull and not knowing what you want and bing angry at people for moving on but knowing that neither of you really will..  Go and love the one that your with / I'm calling this a state of emergency / My love's for sale / I don't need it anymore

Jimmy Eat World - Sweetness - Ok this has to be Drarry - it’s the point in time. It’s that I think they both had several burnt cd’s worth of quite emo-pop-punk music (& Shh ! mixed cds ARE magic so of course they work 😂) And these lyrics.. lordy it’s post war Drarry central..  I was spinning free / With a little sweet and simple numbing me / Stumble till you crawl / Sinking into sweet uncertainty / Are you listening? Raye - The Line - Ohhh so good! OK so Pansy/Ginny and Lav/Pav - Double date night out; cheap wine that Pansy is loathe to admit isn’t that bad; It’s hard to fit a wand in a tiny handbag and so there is no such thing as warming charms. There is a reference in the lyrics to a bouncer looking like a broomstick AND the girls are going to run the club out of business for making them wait - which sounds like they are going to curse the whole club out of revenge to me..
