If you look through the CATB Live accounts there's a section for equipment and machinery so I think a lot of the stuff they used for touring was bought through the company. I suppose that makes things messy now though because they've got to work out whether Bondy owns them or CATB do 😬 I can definitely see both sides, the amps would have been bought specially for Bondy to use and he was 25% of the company so technically he would have owned 25% of the equipment. But I can also see CATB's point of view, the amps were bought for the band to use and it sounds like they could be quite expensive. They probably don't want to pay out and buy all new ones for whoever the new session guitarist is to use 😬 They probably never thought this would be a problem they would come across 😞

Thanks for sharing this and explaining this in a way that makes sense! This sounds like an awful situation but I can see where they’re both coming from. 😢 I hope they can work something out. I feel bad for them both but I always go for the underdog which is Bondy in this case. CATB will make back the money but I worry about Bondy. 😢
